Beth continued creating several smaller fashion pieces with the help of her friends. When everything was finished, she made a social media account for Dreamchasers and sent out an 'official message' to schools and institutions. With one school appreciating the idea and spreading it to others, the show became the talk of the town among the Laurel high school circle.

For the rest of the one and half years in high school, Beth and her friends toured around, doing Dreamchasers in school theatres, festivals, and ven at the prestigious Laurel Hall. Throughout this time, Simone and Julianna mentioned magic fewer and fewer times. Eventually, no one talked about it anymore. Beth, however, still remembers her magic fondly whenever she looked at the white dress she made.

And with things getting busy, Beth decided to put the last show at the graduation ceremony for Felicity, before her college application season.

The graduation took place at the school auditorium. Waves of 'aww' and 'ooohs' followed slide shows of awkward photos taken during school trips and study periods. Whispers of school gossip and inside jokes could be heard from students. After the photo showcase, diplomas were handed out to students one by one. The post-graduation student performances were situated at the school gym. As expected, every school band and dance group made their appearance on the stage; Simone promised Beth that she would be giving a surprise performance at the end of the Dreamchasers show.

Dreamchasers was scheduled right at the end of the graduation ceremony. Everything was going well: Beth watched her friends and classmates smoothly perform all the walks in her pieces, wooing the audience over. After everyone finished their catwalks, Beth gathered all the participants in her show behind the stage curtains, waiting for the grand finale to come.

Simone followed Felicity to the stage.

As soon as Felicity held her guitar and played a tune, all the disco lights on the stage concentrated on her at once. A group of dancers appeared from the back, all in yellow spacesuits. Simone emerged after the white theatrical mist dominated the entire stage. When the spotlights turned towards them, Beth noticed that Simone's shiny flapper outfit and her crewmate's suits matched those in her Out in Space music video.

Several people in the audience screamed.

'Today's a particular day to rejoice.' Simone came up and said. 'Why not we dance to the youthful rhythm and savor the moments we once had together? Let's all come and show us our moves!'

While the music played, Simone waved her arms and darted down the stage. Crowds of people imitated her and whirled around, crashing into each other, spreading happiness from one person to another. Someone set free the balloon bouquets on stage; balloons of all shapes and colors bounced from person to person. Beth and Julianna held their hands together as they spanned across the wooden floor, springing upside and down. The whole show became a melting pot of laughter in the sweat-filled air.

Felicity and Simone weren't sad anymore. Beth came to a halt and gazed across everyone dancing at her show. And I will say goodbye to this stage for now. The time for me to apply to colleges had come.
