"What's wrong, kitty? Are you shy? There is no need to be. Cross is nice!"

*Hiss*

"No need to be scared. Cross wouldn't hurt you. He's really nice!"

Ink tried to gently convince the now juvenile sized golden tiger to meet Cross, using his arms to support their back legs which were dangling far off his shoulder, the creature not willing to move from his shoulder at all.

The sight was somewhat comical, the Creator not exactly a big monster themselves but it was never more obvious then when they stood next to other monsters. That they were insanely strong and somewhat insane was the main reason few dared to tease them about their height it in case they triggered the unpredictable Creator.

Sun scrambled to stay where he was, claws fully digging into Inks shoulder and let out a truly unhappy growl when he was still dislodged from his spot on their shoulders and once again held under his arms. His back feet actually touched the ground this time, it odd being in such a large form but the bigger claws were a lovely bonus.

His ears were still flat on his furry head, eyes narrowed on this Cross and gave an unfriendly hiss when they tried to touch him. He refused to show any fear in front of them and instead pettily spat some magic in their direction where he felt a Nightmare was in hopes of making himself feel even a little bit better in this horrible situation but even the stupid corrupted monsters yelp of pain dwarfed in comparison to his wariness of the thing in front of him.

"I wonder what is up with him. He was fine earlier and had no issues with Error, who is much grumpier"

"It's fine, Ink. You know how some animals can be. They just need time to get used to my scent. Why don't you tell me about the new AU you have planned out? Im sure i can give you a few ideas for it"

"Oh, why didnt i think about that. Its ok, kitty. Why don't you go play for a bit? You will learn that Cross is nice"

Sun hissed once again when they dropped him, wacking his tail in his stupid servants face and quickly ambled off before they tried to keep him in place near them again. His fur stood on end at the feeling of eyes on him, just knowing it was Cross which only cemented his opinion that all adults were idiots.

He didn't like the way they said 'animal', feeling they could see what he truly was which was another reason he feared them.

Who would ever want to be near a thing like that, practically able to taste the power coming off them and in no urge to get within grabbing distance.

He pushed down the fear of knowing they could grab him even at a distance, refusing to give in to the fear, especially not like he had done since he was first born. He refused to ever submit or be pushed down into a mould.

He refused to let himself act like he had in his Birth AU. Refusing to ever be forced to act like a mere puppet again.

Sun despised this feeling, tail twitching in agitation at how little control he had right now, nothing in his life feeling in his total control at all.

His magic was unstable and he could feel it growing at a worrying rate, fearing what could happen to him if it continued, alarmed when it kept lashing out of his control.

His body felt strong but he could feel aches returns like before, feeling it was only time until it broke down on him in some way.

His SOUL near burned with all the magic he gained from eating all of those apples, feeling it pulse irregularly and shuddering when his body changed yet again, gaining another an inch while his body tried its best to expend magic as fast as it could in a futile attempt to stay stable.

He was stuck in this black and white AU with an unknown entity and couldn't leave no matter how hard they tried.

That is to say he wasn't happy at all right now and so decided he needed a wonderful distraction and what would you know, there was a perfect one standing right nearby.~

-

Corrupted was tired and unsure what he had done in his life to deserve this, feeling there had to be some cruel Deity out there that was feeding off his suffering. That was the only reason to explain why he was running through a forest while trying to avoid a 200 pound feline trying to pounce on him.

He quickly ducked when he felt a flicker of magic, feeling a drop of sweat when he saw the golden anomaly crash into the tree and cause the entire thing to crash to the ground like it was made of mere straw.

They were oddly hard to sense with their emotions seeming to flicker at a rapid rate but was easily able to tell they were loving every second of this cat and mouse game.

He had made the mistake of not being aware once and had the bruises to prove it, cursing when he saw the devil cat's head snap in his direction and show a mouth full of very sharp looking teeth.

"Meow?~"

His eye light grew sharp when the feline rolled onto their back and flicked their tail, looking at him with large watery eyes and they once again meowed pitifully at him, as if he was the bad guy here.

"I'm not falling for that again! Dont try to act cute now after nearly trying to take a chunk of my tentacles two minutes ago!"

He very much hated how even if he knew they were trying to get his guard down it still somehow worked nearly every time, briefly pausing when he saw them lift their paw as if hurt but that worry Instantly vanished when what he could only describe as pure mischief flashed in their expression before they disappeared in a cloud of colour.

*Fresh Poof*

"..What the FUNK?!"

What kind of magic did they have?! And why was he suddenly censored?!

He was going to kill Ink when he could, fully blaming them for this entire thing.

He wouldn't dare blame Error for being forced to be here, the blue magic string around his neck a warning what would happen if he messed up. Reminding himself to send updates as soon as he got a break from being chased, as he had no urge to get on their bad side.

He didnt have time to think longer before it suddenly got oddly dark, yelping in shock when he looked up and barely dodging being squished by a golden tiger.

"Meow!"

"It is not 'cheating' to not want to be squished. I didnt even agree to play this game!"

"Aww, look at how much fun kitty is having. You are good at this, Corrupted"

"This isn't a game, Ink! Come over here and help *gah*"

Ink clapped happily as he watched kitty finally relax, so happy at the size they had gotten and sure they would look like they did when they first met in no time soon. They were recovering so well, with them looking much more relaxed just like Cross had said.

The black and white dressed skeleton next to them watched with an odd glint in their eyes, smiling to reveal sharpened fangs, no one noticing when the usually white eye lights flashing gold as he watched the scene with a truly amused expression.

"Yes, your friend truly is interesting, Ink"

Cross hummed, watching for the exact moment when things could all come together.

~~~~~~
Sun: *Hissing like crazy trying to get away and the size of a small tiger* 🐯 💢
Ink: *Cooing at them like they are a small kitten and carrying them like they weigh as much as a feather* It's ok, little one. I'll take care of you!
Corruption: *Watching from a distance and suddenly recalling that Ink is more than an air head and feeling greatly resigned* We are never getting rid of that 'cat', are we..?
-
Sun: *Feeling down and trying to cheer himself up, eyes landing on Corrupted in a very unfriendly manner* At least i can still entertain myself
Corrupted: *Suddenly feeling he is in for a very bad time and cursing the other Guardians for being stuck doing this*..why do i always get the short end of the straw?!
-
Corrupted: *Getting chased by Sun and starting to fear for his life* DONT JUST STAND THERE, HELP ME!
Ink: *Happy the kitty is having fun* You had the best idea, Cross, they seem to love playing with Corrupted
Cross: *A mysterious smile on his face and watching Sun with an odd intensity* They very much are...
