Tw. Drowning and shitt

"You think this is a joke?! Do you think I'm doing this for fun?! I need the information, Tommy! We need the information! Talk to me, damnit!" Dream screams at him.
Tommy just sits, curled as far into himself as he can be, shaking. He can feel the burning, the lack of air, the pain of being beaten.
He feels almost numb.
But he doesn't want to go back.
Dream is almost fuming as he grabs Tommy's wrist and yanks him up, holding both his arms behind his back and shoving him down over the water.
Tommy struggles, sobbing and begging. His voice is raw from screaming so much.
"P-please, Dream, please d-don't-" he sobs but is cut off as his head is forced under the water.
He writhes and sobs, inhaling water when all he wanted was air.
Once again, his vision fades and he slips to the afterlife.

His eyes shoot open and he leans over, coughing and choking violently, trying to get the water out of his lungs.
Wilbur and Schlatt hear and run over, trying to help as much as they can.
When he is able to stop coughing, all he can do is cry. He leans into Wilbur's chest, sobbing and holding on to him like a lifeline. Schlatt hesitantly joins the hug as well, realizing that Tommy just needs comfort at this point.
Leading up to this, he has been here for 2 days, 3 days, and 4 days in Dream's time.
In their time, it has been 1 month 17 days, 2 months 10 days, and 3 months and 3 days.
They assume this visit is going to be 5 days in Dream's time, or 3 months and 27 days in theirs.
When Tommy goes quiet, he just sits, leaning against Wilbur with Schlatt's arm around his shoulder.
"I don't want to go back..." He mumbles after a few minutes. Wilbur and Schlatt glance at each other, unable to think of a reply.

It took a few days but Tommy did eventually agree to get settled in, agreeing to play games and at least try to forget the inevitable.
Soon enough, 3 months and 27 days have passed.
The three sit in tense silence, Tommy finding the most comfort in leaning against Wilbur.
As Tommy feels the tug at his soul, he grips onto Wilbur's shirt and lets out a small sob. Wilbur rubs his arm, tears coming to his own eyes as well.
Soon, Tommy disappears from their world once again.
All Wilbur can do is cry for his brother.

When Tommy wakes up, he gasps but ends up bent over, coughing violently.
It is then that he realizes that his actual body still had water in his lungs.
"Well? Are you ready to talk?" Dream snaps, his arms crossed.
Tommy eventually stops coughing and sits up staring at the ground.
Slowly, he takes a shaky breath.
"I... I felt..."
