Day 10: Antagonist(s) Name and Primary Personality

Think: You want your antagonist to be multidimensional, just like your protagonist.. It isn't enough to make them the mean girl or the crazy terrorist; they need to have depth to be interesting. And, they don't have to be evil in any way, they simply have to be trying to block the main character... perhaps the antagonist is simply a secondary love interest that is trying to woo the main character away from a supporting character.
If your antagonist is a thing, you can still describe how it acts. It might have an idiosyncrasy that causes it to behave differently under different situations. Consider a plague intent on wiping out the population, for example, or weather like the scorching sun of the desert, intent on burning everything under it.
Exercise: In a chapter of your book, repeat the previous name and personality exercises, but with your antagonist in mind. Again, you'll want to be as in depth with the antagonist as you were with the protagonist. Describe their disposition and their primary qualities.
For example, suppose that your antagonist is indeed a terrorist who seems to be crazy. Sure, you can make them stereotypically mentally ill (which can be offensive to those with mental illnesses, by the way; check out the Story Services forum for help), or you can go into depth about their reasons behind their actions. Maybe, they see themselves as the underdog in a revolution such that the things they are doing are what they consider to be "necessary evils" in order to achieve the ultimate goal.
