Author's Note:

Thank you all for following me into this writing journey of Violet and Devin in this story. This piece relates to some situations in life and felt dreams where it felt so real. The story plot was similar to some of my work I was planning of doing about a year or two ago.

The song "Broken" by Secondhand Serenade was an acoustic song that was about not leaving and how much someone can feel down from so much (Refer to Part 3 of Dream Of Me). Yet, to not give up on hope and keep going on.

In this part, I shall not spoil the ending to this story. I want you all to be curious about what happens to Violet and Devin. Enjoy.

Part 4:

I am tired... another harsh month, but yet staying with Devin and felt better. I haven't been feeling bad in my life this insanely. I don't know how much longer I would bear to carry on life with things. I just feel like this isn't going to work out. However, I am going to see Devin tonight for a night under the stars. That was surely something I can look forward to and then, I might tell him the news about something.

Something.... that would be shocking.

"Mom, I am heading out with Devin tonight." I said putting a letter in my pocket and smiling trying not to hide the tears.

"Alright sweetie, don't be back too late." She responded.

"Alright, mom!" Heading out the door and goes walk with Devin.

"Are you alright, Hun?" Devin said holding my hand and looking at me concerned.

"Y-yes, there is something I must say. I might not be around anywhere tomorrow or ever." I answered crying and falling to my knees.

Devin grabbed me and pulled me to a hug almost about to cry. He then then kisses me, wipes my tears away, and rests his forehead on mine.

"Please, don't do this. I care about you so much... I do not want you to go away." He said choking back on tears.

I quickly got out of his arms, dropped the letter, and run away. Suddenly, a car comes and hits me badly. Devin then runs to me crying and calls the ambulance.

"Someone... please, help me!" Devin shouted for people to hear, but no one was there.

When the ambulance came, Devin noticed that I was starting to become pale. That was the moment where I am gone.....

Devin opens up the letter and it said:

Dear Devin,

I want to say thank you for everything you ever done to me in my life. You were the greatest thing that ever happened to me and I don't know how to repay you. I am probably gone by now, but I will always be with you forever. I may not be only your angel, I will always be by your side if anything ever happens. Just please remember, that I will always love you forever. Thank you, Devin. I will never forget you. Please, dream of me every night.
