-Dongpyo pov-

"Who does he think he is?" I muttered to myself out of annoyance.

I was nice enough to wake him up for recess . Tsk .

Rude jerk.

A voice interrupted " Pyo, calm down he had always been like that " Eunsang my newly friend said.

"You know you shouldn't mixed up with him and his gang ,as far as I know they are bad news " Eunsang said while wiping his glasses lenses.

We are currently sitting at one of the table at the corner of the cafeteria. I've bought a plate of spaghetti bolognese while Eunsang bought tuna  and egg sandwiches.

"Yeah I can clearly see why they are bad news especially there's him, the rude guy" I said while slurping my delicious spaghetti.

Dayum how tasty the food is compare to my old high school which tasted like total garbage.

As I was enjoying the food suddenly I see familiar faces sit right in front of us.

One with bushy brown hair and the other one with long legs .

How can one be born to be so tall. And why I'm not? This is unfair.

Unconsciously I pouted at the thoughts.

"Eun,why you didn't wait for us?" the brown bushy haired boy said as he settle down on one of the chair.

"Hyung, you know our history teacher legit asked us to carry four stacks of books for him and all of them were thick " the boy with long legs complained while frowing.

"Whoops rip yalls " Eunsang said while sticking his tongue out.

"Meanie" both said in unison.

"Guys, let me introduce you to Son Don-" Eunsnag was cut off .

"Yeah we know ,don't you realised that we are in the same class?" the bushy haired boy said .

"Hi I'm Dohyun " the one with long legs said while showing off his smile.

"I'm Hyeongjun ,nice to meet you" the bushy haired boy said while biting onto his hotdog. Mustard smears all over his face .

Aw

"Nice to meet the both of you too" a smile crept into my face as I had managed to make new friends on the first day of schooling.

Dohyun was munching on his nuggets when he suddenly asked "so hyung, how did you end up schooling here?"

welp I'm quite shook that Dohyun skipped two grades because he's a smartass.Basically I'm his hyung. I'm still shook .

I thought for awhile and answered "Just because I miss my hometown"

"Eh Pyo where are you from actually?" Hyeongjun with confusion showing on his face.

"Actually I moved to California eversince I was 8 years old because of my family business" I explained to them.

"Oh woah I wish I could go California one day " Dohyun said in excitement.

"One day I'll bring the four of us to my home " I brightly smile to them.

The four of us had a great recess time and we joked most of the time.

Sigh I'm blessed having them as friends.

-after recess over-

The four of us walked back to class once the bell rang indicates that recess is over.

By the time we reached the class, most of the students are already there .But two particular people weren't there.

It's the jerk and his sidekick that were missing in action.

I just shrugged and sat at my place. Dohyun and Hyeongjun seatings were the opposite mine which is at the left side of the class while me and Eunsang is at the right side near the door.

Too bad our seats are too far away if not we would be hella noisy .

As I was bored, I took out my novel entitled Witch Finder  by Ruth Warburton from my bag. I had always been a bookworm ever since I was a lil bean .

The feelings of flipping through the pages itself is satisfying . The smell of book is o gosh .

Heaven indeed.

While flipping through the next page, I was interrupted by someone shouting .

"Hyungggggg it's hurtttttttt~"

"Stop kicking my ass"

"Wooseok hyung HELP MEEE"

Sounds like the sidekick voice, Yohan. Probably getting beat up by the jerk,Han Seungwoo.

Basically I learnt their names during recess with the others. They said the gang that Han Seungwoo is in shouldn't be mess with.

They are the so called kings of Hanlim itself. All coming from prestigious families. Basically everyone knows who they are and what they are capable of.

And I've learnt a fact that Han Seungwoo ,the jerk is a playboy that had slept and used girls as his own toys.

I should really distances myself from those guys.

The screaming of Yohan stopped and is replaced with

"YOU TWO STOP YOUR DUMB ACTS AND GO INSIDE YOUR CLASS" Mrs Song yelled out.

She's scary when she's mad

So those two enter the class quickly .

Why these people are ruining my leisure time of enjoying my novel . Sigh.

Han Seungwoo was the first to step in the class. While passing my seat, he gave me a glance for second .

I might be wrong but I think he did glanced at me just now.

Then, followed by Kim Yohan walking slowly while rubbing his bottoms. Probably to lessen the pain of getting kicks from his  dearest bestfriend .

So, the class goes on with my all time favourite subject , English Literature.

We were learning on one of the famous literature written by Shakespeare entitled Macbeth.

I was so excited throughout Mr Lee's class. Honestly, I had always admired Shakespeare's work pieces.

Mr Lee explained the origin of the story and about the characters too.

I could hear some students were yawning at the back. They sure don't know what masterpiece this is.

So Mr Lee goes on explaining the first act of the drama .

"Okay class, your assignment is discuss the importance of the prophecies of  the witches in act 1 and you'll be assigns in pairs" Mr Lee instructed.

"I'll be the one to assign you in pairs" . Once he said the the all the students started to complain.

"It looks like we won't be partners" Eunsang said while a frown was forming on his face.

"What if we will though?" I assured him.

"Dohyun and Hyeongjun"

"Yohan and Eunsang"

"Seungwoo and Dongpyo"

Wait-

Did I misheard or am I really partnering with him?!

Goodness gracious why am I his partner?
