"Now. You are going to be sorted into a different house. Your house is like your family. There are four houses. There is Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Slytherin." a black haired, tired looking man named Shota Aizawa explained. "You can earn your house points or lose them by doing good and bad things. Get in trouble and you lose points. At the end of the year, we round up the points, whatever house gets the most points, wins the house cup." he continued. "Understood?" he asked. Everyone nodded before he grunted. "Alright. Follow me." he said before opening the doors to the great hall. Inside was filled with tables that held students in different robes. At one table, they had the black robes with blue on them. Then another had yellow, another red, and the last one had green. There were floating candles everywhere above the students' heads.

He led all of the first years into the front and stopped them once they were all piled together. Izuku stood next to a nervous red winged boy and a bouncy blonde girl. Ochaco and Tenya were next to Himiko while Tomura was on the other side of Keigo. Aizawa walked up onto the mini stage like platform where a large, long table filled with teachers were sat at, waiting. He then took a tattered and old looking hat from a long blonde haired male with a red and green eye. "I'm going to call your name, and you are going to come up here and sit down. Yamada is going to place the sorting hat on your head. He is going to sort you into your house." Aizawa explained. He then pulled out a piece of parchment from his robes and cleared his throat.

"Katsuki Bakugo." he said. Said blonde then walked up and sat down in the chair. The hat was placed upon his head. After a quick minute, the hat spoke loud and clear. "GRYFFINDOR!" he shouted. Then all of the kids from the Gryffindor tables clapped loudly, cheering for their new classmate. He grinned proudly and walked over towards the table, sitting down. "Himiko Toga." Aizawa called. She sat down, the hat speaking up a minute later. "HUFFLEPUFF!" it shouted. There were claps from Hufflepuff students and she ran towards the table, beaming proudly. "Denki Kaminari." Aizawa called. A yellow haired boy with a black lighting streak in his hair came up to the chair and sat down. He had a small conversation in his head before the hat spoke up. "GRYFFINDOR!" Denki beamed proudly before getting up and going over towards his table and sitting next to Katsuki.

"Shoto Todoroki." Aizawa said. Katsuki snickered slightly seeing that it was a Todoroki. "He's going to be a Slytherin like the rest of his family. I mean look at that cold stare and-" "HUFFLEPUFF!" the hat announces. The two blonde boys stood there in shock. Shoto told Aizawa something quickly before he nodded. "Dabi Todoroki." he said. Dabi had instantly brightened at how his name was called. He came up and sat down. The hat was placed on him and he looked over towards his twin nervously. Shoto gave him a reassuring soft smile before the hat spoke up. "SLYTHERIN!" it called out. The Slytherin table started clapping as he came over and sat down. A couple more students went by. Ochaco got Hufflepuff with Himiko. Tenya got Ravenclaw like the rest of his family. A red haired kid name Eijiro Kirishima got Hufflepuff. A black haired boy named Hanta Sero who got Gryffindor.

Next was Keigo's turn. "Keigo Takami." Aizawa called out. Keigo walked up, more nervous about what house he'd get than the stares he got about his wings. He sat down with his leg bouncing slightly. It took a minute before the hat spoke up. "SLYTHERIN!" it shouted. Keigo beamed and looked at Izuku who gave him a quick thumbs up. Slytherin table was clapping as Keigo came over towards the table. The hat kept going. Kyoka Jiro got Slytherin and a boy named Jin Bubaigawara got Hufflepuff. A girl named Mei Hatsume got Ravenclaw along with a girl named Mom Yaoyorozuzu. A boy named Neito Monoma got Ravenclaw as well. A girl named Tsuyu Asui and a boy named Fumikage Tokoyami both got Ravenclaw. A boy named Yuga Aoyama got Slytherin. A girl named Mina Ashido got Hufflepuff. More kids kept going, a majority of them being Hufflepuff after Hufflepuff after Hufflepuff. Finally, it was Izuku's turn, him being one of the last few students.

"Izuku Midoriya." Aizawa called. Izuku went up and sat down, waiting for Yamada to place the hat upon him.

Izuku POV (about time i did his pov)

I waited for the hat to be placed on my head. I then felt a little weight being placed on my head. I then heard a soft whisper in my ear, as if someone was beside me, talking. "A Midoriya huh?" it said. "You have a heart. Pure and kind. But closed off." it told me. "And you are old and dusty." I whispered. "You are rude child." the hat said. I just shrugged the comment off. "You are quite courageous and brave. But also very very cunning." he continued. "You have great potential to be a great leader. You are very ambitious." the hat told me. "You would do well in Slytherin. Could make many friends." he told me. "You can meet the real friends there. Ones who won't leave you. That's what you're afraid of. Right?" the hat said softly. "What are you? My therapist?" I deadpanned quietly. Aizawa and Yamada were staring, as if waiting for something. "SLYTHERIN!!" he the hat called out loudly. Yamada took the hat off my head as the Slytherin table started clapping loudly. The hat seemed to have winked at me before I left for Slytherin table.

I ignored it and made my way over towards the table, sitting in between Keigo and Dabi. "Hey." I told them. "Congrats!" Keigo said while grinning as Dabi gave me a bright smile. "SLYTHERIN!" the hat shouted. I looked over to see the blue haired boy from the train. He came over and sat next to Dabi. "Hey Tomura." I greeted quietly. "Hey." he said smiling softly. "I can tell us four are going to be great friends!" Keigo announces. Tomura scoffed while Dabi laughed lightly and I just smiled. "We'll see bird brain." I told him. He started fake pouting lightly. There was another call out from the hat, him shouting "SLYTHERIN!" I looked over to see a purple haired boy walk over. I've seen him before. I waved since he caught me staring. He waved back before paying attention to the front.

A short white haired man walked up to a podium and spoke up. "May the feast, begin!" he announced. Only then were there tons and tons of food placed in front of all the students. Me and the rest of the students then dug in, chatter easily floating around the room. I talked with Keigo, Dabi, and Tomura, as well as some other first years and even a couple of upperclassmen. Overall, it was nice. Once everyone was done eating, the upperclassmen were tasked with leading all of the first years back to their new common rooms. A four year and up was tasked with leading four kids each. Yes we were all going to the same place, at least the other Slytherins, but it was to help keep it organised. Me, Dabi, Keigo, and Tomura were told to follow a fourth year named Kurogiri Shirakumo. Apparently his older brother worked at Hogwarts like Tenya and his older brother Tensei. He had dark purple hair with bright, almost glowing looking yellow eyes. He seemed like that reliable older brother that you could depend on. It was.... nice.

He led us to the common room. When we got there, Aizawa was there and pulled Dabi away to talk to him. Kurogiri told us it was nothing and led us to a dorm room where us and Dabi are going to stay. Dabi then came in a couple minutes later. Put stuff was already there so we just unpacked quickly and all got changed and ready for bed. After talking for another 30 minutes, we decided to finally go to sleep.

Today, has been nice. Hogwarts isn't as bad as I initially thought it was going to be. But how would my parents react to me being in Slytherin. I know how badly they wanted me to be in Hufflepuff like my mom or in Gryffindor like my dad. They hate Slytherins. Something about something that happened when they were in school. How am I supposed to tell them? What do I do when they find out? My grandparents will be so pissed! I know that everyone in the family has been a Gryffindor from my Dad's side. They practically despise Slytherins. And Mom's side has always been a Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. Gosh. What about Kacchan? I know that we both wanted to be Gryffindors together. What will he think? By the time I finished my thought about Kacchan and my family's reactions to me being a Slytherin, I looked at the clock to see it being 2 am. Great.

I guess thinking will have to wait until tomorrow.
