After we gather everyone else I show them the 20 dollar bill.

"OMG, we can buy the whole store !" Gabby yells punching the air and jumping up and down.

    " Don't get to excited." I say " Miss. Whitson may find out so

don't. Say. a. Word."

    I go and place the money under my mattress. Then, right as I was going to put the stuff away that I got at the drugstore I hear this,

    "WHAT IS THIS!" Me and the girls look at each other with worry. Miss. Whitson is awake!

    "I THOUGHT YOU LITTLE BRATS WOULD PUT THE STUFF AWAY FROM THE STORE!!!!" She screamed and I'm pretty sure the neighbors overheard.

    "COME HERE YOU LITTLE RASCALS!" She yelled stomping around the place.

    All five of us scurried up the stairs to see Miss. Whitson pacing back and forth slowly.

    "So, which one of you scamps forgot to put the groceries away." She says with a devilish look on her face.

    We all look at the ground.

    "No one's gonna answer are they." She says "Tisk, TIsk, Tisk. well I'm just going to have to choose."

    She looks around at all of us probably deciding who to get info out of. She stops pacing at me,

    "Was it you?" She says.

    "No ma'am I didn't do it." I say obviously lying.

    "I'll be back later!" She says with a snarl and walks back upstairs to probably nap some more.

    *RING* the doorbell rings and we all turn our heads in surprise. All the other girls squeal because no one EVER rings the doorbell any more. I go to the door and open it,

    "Hello beautiful, long time no see." Said a boy.

    I look up to see the boy from before sanding with a smile on his face. I blush as our eyes meet.

    "H-Hi." I say looking like an idiot. "H-How did you find me?" I ask.

    "Well this is the only all girl orphanage around so I came here to see you." He said " Also I didn't introduce myself before, I'm Ace."

    Then out of nowhere Zoe pops out.

    "Ah!" I yell.

" Whatcha doing?" She says.

"N-Nothing" I stammer, my face flushing with a bright red "Just talking to a friend."

    "Is it that guy that was totally flirting with you outside the drugstore that you said was cute?" She says

    "I didn't say that Zoe!?" I say hinting at her to shut it.

    "My name is Ace, and you are?" He ask.

    "I'm Zoe, It's a pleasure to meet you!" She says chipper as always.

    " Nice to meet you Zoe, you sister here is quite beautiful isn't she?" He says making we want to crawl into a hole from embarrassment.

    "Oh, she is not my sister." Zoe says " But she is very pretty!"

    "OK!" I yell "Zoe just go away!" I howled literally pushing her back inside.

    "She seems like a nice person." He says.

    "An annoying one if you ask me" I say under my breath so he can't hear me.

    "There's a reason I came here" He says after a while.

    I blush "W-why?" I say.

    "I came here to......" He hesitates " To see if you would want to go grab a bite to eat with me." He says, with a smile on his face.

    "I'm not sure if I ca-"

    "Please just say yes I would like to get to know you better." He says.

    " O-ok then." I say "I'll see if the girls can distract Miss. Whitson when I'm gone."

    "Great!" He says "See you at 4:30 to pick you up, bye!"

    "Bye!" I say as he is leaving.

    I go back inside and drop to the ground. I think my heart has skipped a few beats.
