Y/n: Your just gonna gloss over the fact you skipped the Christmas special.

Xir: I...

Jeff: Yeah, haven't you been lazy long enough?

Xir: Can I just...

Clockwork: I'm pretty sure people figured he gave up on this book.

Xir: Look if you'd just let me explain...

[Suddenly Lazari, Jane, Stripes, Puppeteer, and Painter walk in.]

Jane: Is the new chapter out yet?

Xir: How did you all get in here?!

Y/n: No, the author is still being lazy...

Xir: .............

Lazari: How are you still even here?

Xir: .............

Painter: Uh, guys...

Stripes: I told dad to let one of us finish the story, but nooooo we can't disrupt the story.

[Angel slightly backs away hold on to Painter.]

Angel: Guys I think you should stop before he gets mad...

Ben: Hahahaha What's he gonna do about it? He's been lazy for the past what 2 maybe 3 months.

[In the background Smiley and Ann can be seen prepping their medical supplies.]

Jill (notices Smiley and Ann): What are you two doing?

Ann: getting ready for upcoming patients.

Smiley: Seem like. there will be quite a lot.

Ben: What do you mean?

[Ann points towards the silhouette of the author as he is covered in a dark aura. The only thing that can be seen is glowing eyes and a smile.]

Xir (evil smile): It seems like I won't be able to get a word in with all this distraction going on...

[All the creepypastas are holding on to each other trembling scared as the author looks to the reader.]

Xir: A moment please it seem some people don't know how to listen.

[The screen goes black as screams and what sound like objects and possible bones being broken occur before the reader's vision comes back, but the camera is facing a different direction.]

Xir: Apologies for the distractions, as I was saying before I get started with this new year's special I would like to thank those who actually managed to read this book and actually like it. That being said there will be a few changes to the book and one major change so ill get the major change out the way first.

The major change is that Ticci Toby will no longer be in this story. I'm sure most of you know by now the his creator Kastoway has made it known that he does not want Ticci Toby associated with Creepypastas no more.

This announcement was made a good while back and seeing as Kastoway, himself is no longer in the fandom it's only right to respect his wishes. That being said I'll probably write a chapter dedicated to Toby leaving the Fandom and that will be that.

And for the people who say Ticci Toby is still a creepypasta. Respect the creator and his wishes. The man deserves more respect for caring about his creation than leaving it to the fandom to turn into it was never intended to be and for that I respect him for it.

As for Kastoway's or Ticci Toby's return to the fandom that is completely up to Kastoway and from the looks of it he ain't coming back at all unless there are big changes to the fandom and that in of itself is up to the fandom so it's probably not likely.

That's it for the major change.

The 1st of the minor changes is that I may (keyword being may) rewrite this story in script format. I don't know yet because I want to see if script or book format is easier for the readers to read.

2nd change is a personal one but will will be aiming for a chapter a week because I don't want to let this story or any future stories die because or writers block or laziness. It honestly shouldn't be hard to write a chapter a week.

Xir: Anyway that's all I have for updates I hope y'all enjoy this new year's special. Oh! And as for Y/n comment on the Christmas special I was already like a day or two behind when I had the idea for the Christmas special and while I was writing it, I changed my mind because Christmas already passed and for ME (looks at the creepypastas) it didn't feel right uploading a Christmas special days after Christmas so I scraped it and figure a new year's specialwould be just as good. Did thatanswer your question Y/n?

Y/n (scared): Y-Yes...

Xir: Good. Anywho enjoy the new year's special. (Walks off)

Jeff: Note to self never piss of the author...

[The other pastas just nodded in agreement.]

[No one's PoV]

(Y/n is in his room sleeping when he is suddenly awakened by to sounds of loud footsteps down the hall followed by voices)

"Come on, come on! If we don't hurry there won't be any left!" Said the loud and excited voice of a child. "Hold on Sally, they aren't going anywhere." Another voice said. "Ben, that's exactly what you said last year and when we got there all the good stuff was gone." Sally argued back.

Y/n looks at his alarm clock and sees it is 7:27 am. 'How the hell can they be up so fucking early in the morning...' Y/n covers his head with the pillow to block out the sound as he tries to go back to sleep when suddenly...

Beep! beep! beep! (crash)

Y/n smashed the alarm clock to pieces.

'Never again am I getting another one of those heretical devices ever...' Y/n thought to himself. His thoughts were soon interrupted when his room door opened up revealing Ben looking in. "See Sally Y/n can take you, im going back to my room and going back to sleep." Ben said as he quickly disappeared into the tv.

'This man did not just dump something on to me...' Sally peaks in and stares at Y/n as he stares back before realizing what's about to happen as he quickly turns over and covers back up. "Nope. Not happening, not this early in the morning."  Sally hung her head low as she closed the door and left as Y/n fell back sleep.

(15 minutes later)

"Zzz... Zzz... Zzz..." "Y/N GET DOWN HERE NOW." Slenderman's voice boomed in Y/n's head cause the man to jump out of bed crashing to the floor. "God damn it Slender," Y/n mumbled to himself. "Well im awake now..."

Y/n got cleaned up and changed into some decent clothing before heading downstairs.

"You needed me Slender?" Y/n asked with a tired expression. "Ah, yes I did. I need you to take Sally to get some fireworks."  "Damn it Slender, wasn't Ben suppose to go do that? He was literally dressed to go outside." Y/n said. While yes I would punish someone for disobeying a command given, this task needs to be done soon." Y/n looked at slender in confusion but before he could get his question out of his mouth he was teleported into the city with Sally.

[Y/n's PoV]

"Damn it Slender, today was suppose to be my day off..." I looked to Sally who was fidgeting in place as I took a deep breath and held out my hand and smiled. "Come on these fireworks aren't gonna buy themselves." I said as Sally smiled taking my hand pulling me along.

"So Sally where do you guys normally get fireworks from?" I asked. "There's usually a shop that sell really good ones to us at a discount." I looked at her strange. "That doesn't sound good coming from y'all..." Sally giggles a creepy giggle before looking at me. "That's because we usually threaten him silly." She said with the most innocent smile which sent chills down my spine. 'Note to self never turn down Sally again!' I thought to myself as we continued walking down the sidewalk.

After what seemed about 30 minutes me and Sally finally arrived at the fireworks stand, I see a man working behind the stand handing out all kinds of fireworks and taking money. The man noticed me and then Sally and I could see his demeanor change quickly as he tried to close up shop, but he froze when Sally appeared behind him. I looked down to see Sally gone even though she was right next to me two seconds ago. 'When did she get over there?!'

I looked over toward the man and noticed Sally was talking to him but the man didn't move at all. People were asking him if he was ok but he kept telling the he was fine and he just need fresh as he was closing shop for a little bit. All I could think was do they not see the small child sitting on the counter of the shop, then I realized the Sally was a ghost and she was most likely only letting the shop owner see her. "I'm fucking stupid..." I mumbled to myself.

A few minutes later Sally appears next to me with a sad expression on her face. "So what happened to the fireworks?" "He didn't have the ones we get and no one else carries them..." I stood there for a minute thinking, I looked at Sally. "Well I guess we keep looking till we find some." We walked away from the shop and began our search for what I now found out was warimono fireworks.

(If you don't know what warimono are it's a Japanese fireworks that you see in that explode in a multitude of colors. They launch cannonball like shells out of a grounded canister.)

[Timeskip to nighttime cuz the author actually wants to post something on time for once...]

It's was dark out, but the stars were shining. Almost everyone was outside chatting and partying with each other when someone caught our attention.

"Alright everyone settle down, its about time we got started." Slender said. "About time for the show to get started." Jill said as she ran up to the few silver canister before lighting the fuses on them and backing off.

"I'm confused it's just fireworks right? What's so special about these?" "Just watch." Ann said? "Jesus when did you get here?!" "Just now." "Well at least say something instead of sneaking up on someone..." Ann just smirked at me before walking away. I looked towards the canisters as the began launching shells high into the air. As each shot went off and exploded colors erupted everywhere, but then I noticed something certain explosions became letters. "Uh, letters?" As each letter bloomed in the night sky is spelled something that I never thought I would see.

Amma (Sitting on the Beams with my arms folded): Xir, are you terrorizing the Creepypastas again?

Mistwalker (Walks beside Clockwork with a gift bag): You know he is. (Looks at Xir) Letting your readers know you're making changes?

Xir: I was trying to till I was being rudely interrupted. (Points at them)/And they called me lazy!

Amma (Looks at the Creepypastas with a sinister smile): Is that so?

Mistwalker (Places her hand on Clockwork's hip as she holds up the gift bag): Happy New Year, Babe.

[The creepypastas get a shiver down their spine as they all bolt out the mansion.]

Xir: by the way Amma how did you get inside the mansion?

Amma (Waves tail): Teleportation.

Xir: What?

Amma (Smirks with a tail wag): I have a good number of tricks.

Xir (squint's eyes at Amma): Uh huh... Well anyway dear readers that will be it for this new nears special.

Amma (To the readers): I hope you guys have an incredible year in 2021.

Everyone: HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!
