Alrighty, so this was actually me requesting to draw something. So, my friend came up to me with this character, and she didn't have back round information for him. So, I gave some suggestions, which she seemed to like. I then ask if I could draw him and here he is! 

This is Izar, meaning star. He is a demi-god, and when his left eye cries a new galaxy is made.
