They're one of my two main My Hero Academia ocs. I made them after I read the first 3 volumes (or was it two?)

Their name is Teruko Minamoto and they have bioluminescent hair (all hair not just head hair) and can hold their breath for up to 10 minutes.
Aaaand they're in the support department in UA. Tbh I didn't really want to make them a hero character, they would be more of a support character that's also useful in certain rescue situations.
