Here's a step by step tutorial on a dress with a cover thing XD

1) draw the body base
2) draw the outline of the dress (just a very simple one)
3) draw the cover thing at the waist of the dress(and a tie to keep it together, in this case I just put circles and a fluffy thing there with strings) also draw the cover squiggly (like i did) or straighter
4) add decorations and erase extra lines! ^-^ for the decoration I just did circles on the top part of the dress and added creases and wrinkles to the rest.I also curved the bottom of the dress.
