Here are some steps how to draw a hand. Well this probably won't help so sorry XD I just never use steps in drawing hands so I'M not sure how to make steps.
1) draw the palm part connected to the arm.
2) draw knuckles and sure as chapter them to lines with a circle at the bottom of the lines (to know where to draw the fingers)
3) draw the fingers
4) erase all of the extra parts and reshape the thumb and other nessasary places.
