Story:
Born to Scott Cahan and Shard Jaeger, Luna Rose gained her mothers dragon heritage and her fathers personality. Alongside her brother Cataclysm she helped her parents put an end to ghoul conflicts in their district. Coming off as shy and sarcastic at times she's easier to get along with than her brother. After some odd combination of ghoul and dragon heritage she can manifest a Kagune which causes her to look like a human-Kitsune hybrid because of the nine white and blue kagunes that come out her lower back. Strongly dislikes the ghoul group who tried to kill her mother.

Level one Kagune: Covers his whole body to make him look like the Pokemon Zoroark

Story:
Born ten minutes after his sister, Cataclysm devolved Ghoul powers when he reached puberty. His Kagune mixed with his dragon heritage creating a whole new type of ghoul, Draconian Ghoul, this manifests as wings and a tail with wires extending from his back and arm guards which take blows that can hurt regular ghouls but a drawback is that it only activates during times of great need. Coupled with his incredible speed, he is clocked at around 3,000mph Max, he's able to take down more enemies than his father can. Unlike ghouls he and his sister don't eat blood and flesh as it doesn't agree with them and only weakens them. He maintains good relationships with Kaneki a Japanese Ghoul, however he does like to trick him using illusions.
