It all started when one of the usagimimi police officers accidently shot a lost child nekomimi. War broke out. The resolution was to build an indestructible glass between the nekomimi's and the usagimimi's. There were solider troops that hated both races. Their plan is to demolish all the kemonomimi's. Aka the faunus. A human being with some sort of animal part in their anatomy, mainly ears or tails. Regular humans despise them, treating them like garbage, taking advantage of them. Most kemonomimi's have to hide whenever soldiers came by. The glass only allows humans to pass, any kemonomimi's trying to pass/break the glass, will end up either dying or getting badly injured.
