Malfoy: I wanted to ask you if we could be friends
Hermione: sure just ask like we weren't friends around other people
Malfoy:I could do that
Malfoy goes up to her and holds out his hand
Hermione shakes it
They go to bed
The next day
Hermione gets up and goes to a chair and sits down
Malfoy: good morning Hermione
Hermione:good morning to you too
A little bit later
Hermione goes to the gyffindor common room
she looks around to find Ron and Harry
she walks towards them and they start a conversation until Hermione says
Hermione: we better get to our first class
Harry:yeah we don't want to be late
After class they run into Malfoy and his friends
Malfoy: get out of my way potter
Harry: watch where you are going Malfoy
Malfoy: I was here first
Hermione: it doesn't matter if you were here first
Malfoy: yes it does
They walk away from him
