Draco

It was the last day if term and everyone was excited to see there families for Christmas. The group of five made their way onto the train and found a compartment. Draco and Hermione were actually allowed to sit with friends the train ride since it was just the holidays.

Hermione as always was reading a book and leaning against Draco.

"Let's play truth or dare" blaise said

Everyone agreed, blaise started.

"I'll start. Hermione truth or dare?"

"Truth"

"Do you like Draco for his personality as well as his looks?"

"Yes"

"Wait so you actually like me because of my personality?" Draco asked

"I'm just as surprised as you are. Now Ginny truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"OK, go and sit on blaises lap for the rest if the train ride and give him a kiss every 30 seconds"

"Hermione, but I'm with harry"

"Just do it. Its for fun"

"Fine" and Ginny got up from next to harry, walked over to blaise, and sat on his lap. Once she was comfy, she gave him a small kiss on the cheek. "OK, harry truth or dare?"

"Truth"

"Were you surprised when you found out that Snape had been trying to keep you alive?"

"Yes. OK, umm... Blaise truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"Ballroom dance with Malfoy."

"Eh... Alright." He got up and so did Draco, and together they waltzed in the small compartment. "OK, Draco truth or dare?"

"Dare"

"Ok, well. Go give weasel a hug and take one of us with you"

"Fine. Hermiones coming with me"

Draco and Hermione then stood up. They walked out of the compartment and walked towards the front if the train until they found the compartment with Ron, lavender, Neville, Luna, and cho. They looked up as Hermione and Draco walked in.

"Neville, Luna, cho, lavender. Good to see you." Hermione said.

"You too 'Mione."

"So, what are you and the ferret doing here. Making rounds are you?" Ron snarled

"No, Ronald. Draco has something he needs to do."

"Oh, really. Its Draco now, what happened to when he was just malfoy?"

"Shut it weasel. Hurry up Draco, please I don't want to be here anymore."

Draco walked over to Ron and wrapped his arms around him. To add a little extra, Draco kissed his cheek and said, "Love you Weasel."

Draco and Hermione laughed as they walked out and back to their own compartment. As they reached their compartment Ginny kissed blaises cheek, and then went back to talking with harry.

"Was that the 30 second mark ginny?"

"Yeah, it was ferret."

"Guys look, we're here!" Blaise said. It was true the train had just pulled into kings cross and was coming to a stop. On the platform families were waiting. They each grabbed their luggage from the overhead compartment and walked off the train. Waiting for them silently was Narcissa Malfoy, who hugged Draco lightly before sending a small smile to each of his friends.

"Mother. It is good to see you again. I believe you already know my friends, Blaise Zabini, Ginny Weasley, Harry Potter, and Hermione Granger."

"It is good to see you as well Draco. I was told I would be meeting your girlfriend as well. Is she here?"

"I will explain everything when we get back to the manor, but for now we should go."

His mother agreed and together they walked off the platform. Once they were out if Kings Cross they walked into a back alley and apparated to the manor. It was still the big intimidating building that it was during the war, but now it had colorful flowers in the garden and the gates were wide open.

The group walked inside and into the closest sitting room. Narcissa sat on an armchair while the rest of them split between two couches - harry and Ginny on one and blaise, Draco and Hermione on the other.

"So Draco. Where is your girlfriend?"

"Mother. I would like to introduce you to Hermione Jean Granger - Zabini, Head Girl at Hogwarts, brightest witch of her age, brains of the golden trio and my girlfriend."

"Zabini"

"Yes Mrs Malfoy?" Both blaise and Hermione said at once.

"Does this mean your a half-blood, and not muggle born?"

"I believe so Mrs Malfoy."

"Draco, come with me."

"Yes mother."

With that Draco followed his mother out of the room and into a nearby office.

"So, tell me why you chose her."

"I love her."

"Do you even know what that is Draco?"

"I think so. Its the first time I've ever really felt thus way before, but it feels good. I never felt this way with Pansy or anyone else."

"My dear boy, you have chosen well if its true. Zabini blood is good"

"I don't care about blood mother. I haven't since the war."

"Is she staying with you?"

"Only if you allow her to"

"She has my permission. No doing anything that you wouldn't do at school"

"Yes Mother. Can I go back to them now, so that you cab tell them their sleeping arrangements."

She nodded and together they walked back to the sitting room.
