Sniper in hand, the young assassin skipped through roofs, searching for a high and good place to eliminate his target. This week's job is to kill an enemy gifted; ability: unknown. For some odd reason, their boss seemed to think that he's the perfect one for the job. Their bright strategist and detective seemed to agree, so he has no choice but to do it. Besides, he's always up for dangerous and unpredictable missions, as he treated every one of them as an 'adventure'.

Perched on top of one of the highest hidden balconies in the area, he activated his ability. Three pairs of eyes starred intently and calculatingly at their target, minds connecting to formulate the right angle, posture, speed, and other necessary things needed to kill their prey.

"Tom, will you do the pleasure?" he asked one of his munchkins.

"Of course." The little creature loaded himself in the bullet charged in the sniper, eyes locked on the tiny vital spot behind the man's neck. The assassin pulled the trigger. "Here I go."

But the bullet didn't hit anything.

Shocked and confused, the trio looked at each other questioningly, all trying to take in what happened. They didn't missed; that's for sure. Unless...

Three gun shots were heard in the small area. The two little creatures vanished as blood escaped from three tiny holes on the assassin's chest. Behind him stood a hooded man with a smoking gun on hand.

"Y-You got me..." He let out his last bright laugh before light escaped his emerald eyes.
