In battle, the movement of this dragon is as fluid as its namesake. These dragons have also been observed to take great pleasure in splashing, much to this trainer's annoyance.

Human form - Blue swimwear,coral headband,boobwindow(If you couldn't tell she is friends with Mitsuri.),dark skin,long pastel blue hair.

Dragon form:Its light blue body is covered in rounded scales. A soft, ocean-blue stripe separates the body from the pale blue underbelly. It has two fins on either side of the back of its head, each with blue-gray webbing. Two spiral, golden horns jut out from its forehead, which are set between bright orange and yellow eyes. Its beaked snout has slitted nostrils. Three parallel rows of spinal plates adorn its back, and its flippers are covered in ocean-blue plates.
