Iris:

Why is it so dark?

I could hear breathing and panting, I realised it was not dark, we were burried alive by the gorge. As soon as I woke up from that, I coughed, lots of times and could feel Megatron was ontop of me, not on and that but holded his weight on his bare legs only to shield me.

"Megs-!" I coughed again and touched his chest, then stood little on my feet and could hear how he breathed heavily.

"Stay low." He growled, I could feel how he struggled to stand.

"I'm fine! You can move-!" I coughed again and holded my winter cloath's sleeve in front of my mouth. "Here's no air-!"

At that, Megatron with roar throwed the pieces on his back away and falled on his knees. I was luckily few meters away from him. The sun peeked from above us, the gorge had indeed came down and small hole was left of it.

Galvatron and Megatron nowhere in sight.

"I'm so sorry!" I said with tears in my eyes, when I saw his wounds and cuts. "I couldn't fight it!" I yelled and punched a rock, disappointment and anger filling me up. 

"It was not your fault." He reassured with pant and looked up at the small hole. "But I need to get you out." He stood weakly on his legs, I shook my head.

"I'm not leaving you." I stated firmly, but he made serious face to me.

"I don't have the strenght to blow that wall up, I need you to get Optimus and others here." He stated while grabbed me again like a pup and walked towards the hole.

"What about you? If those two comes back-!"

"That's exactly the reason I want you out. If they come back, I can barely fight them." He stated while put me on the hole's opening and looked at me. "Do as I say, just this once."

".. It was my fault.." I stated still, he came up with smile.

"Also I wanted to apologize of my... action." He spoke up, I wiped the tears away and shook my head. The bite was all gone and forgotten.

"It never didn't even bothered me. You were angry, I get it." I stated while crawled bit out and saw how the light shined behind a mountain. It was setting down. "But it's getting late..."

"Walk the path we use, there should be Bumblebee or someone patrolling." Megatron instructed while pushed me further. "Now go."

I looked behind at him sternly.

"I'll come back." I warned, while crawled more out. "You haven't even seen your children." I was out and still looked at him. "I promise you that much."

He only grinned.

"I know you will." He answered, at that I jumped down.

"Stay safe."

"Walk the path.." I murmured, my arms crossed, teeths clattering, legs exhausted of all walking on the path and night had fallen on the woods, which told it was extremely cold. "Easy for him to say, he's taller than me 8 times!" I growled quietly, while looked up at the stars.

Well.. it sure is pretty.

I could hear branch snatch, causing me to take dragger out and point the direction. Only to see it was small bunny eating a carrot. I sighed in relief and kept walking on the snow.

"So cold.." I murmured, then heard my stomach growl. I looked down at the bump, regretting I didn't eat breakfast.

Wait.

The chocolate!

I took from my pocket the chocolate sack and opened it up. Seeing all brown and small pieces of it. I took one bite then chewed and swallowed.

"Delicious!" I squealed quietly, while took another one.

"You."

I looked behind me at 'high heels', who stepped out of the woods with his red eyes staring down at me.

"Hey Screamer."

Yeah I was not afraid of him.

Who would?

"You're on my territory, fleshie." He growled, I shrugged it off and keeped walking.

"I'm on our path, are you blind?" I asked with growl, then ate another one. "Now I have already seen two most rather annoying dragons of all time today, so don't be the third one."

"Why you little-!"

"Nah ah ah." I pointed my dragger on his face, causing him to froze and stare down at me with glare. "Jeez, just let me be." I growled and turned my back to him, while I keeped going.

Never heard of him on that night.

~ Time skip ~

So.. cold.

My legs almost gave up, while the cold wind blowed my hair and face.

Megatron must be cold too..

I felt so bad. He, although my all doings saved me and is the one who's suffering, still believes and looks after me.

Does he even have own life?

I stepped one step, until my legs gave up and I falled on my knees.

"N-o.." I growled, my teeth clattering. "Get- up."

My legs kept shaking with my body, until I sit on my butt and looked up at the stars and cold looking dark blue sky.

I can't..

My body yelled warmness, at that point I totally had hypotermia. I looked down at the ground too, then breathed out warm breath on my hands. Warming them up.

I just can't..

I panted there and felt even colder than moving. My stomach stinged and so did my legs too. My babies were cold.

In here?

Or with Megs?

Totally with Megatron.

My eyes felt almost like closing, I couldn't fight much.

Until..

"Iris!"

My head raised enough up to see Smokescreen run up to me with Bumblebee. He came behind me and breathed into my neck some warmness, I just kept shaking.

"Megs-" I spoke up and felt my eyes like closing.

"What about him?" Bumblebee asked while warming my face up, I looked seriosly at him.

"He's- stucked i-in a cave.." I stated, while breathing in and out. "Foll-ow the path- to.. gor-.. ge."

..

My eyes closed.

Again?

Really?

You're such fucking idiot.

You know that?

Just.. what happened?

My one eye peeked, my mind almost at full functioning. I stared at the seiling above me, familiar one. My eyes gazed to beside me at Julia, who was working on something.

My head hurt, causing me to groan and raise my head.

"Iris!" Julia noticed me and run up to me. "Don't move!" She ordered, while put my arm back down. "June! She's awake!"

Soon into the den came more than June, but also Ratchet and jet-twins peeked from opening.

"How are you feeling sweetheart?" June asked while checked my pulse.

"Ugh.. like hang-over." I growled, while stared the seiling again. "What happened-?"

Like light ball the memory hit me.

My eyes widened and besides Julia's order, I stood like flash up and tremped on my feet.

"Easy there!" Ratchet growled while helped me.

"Where is he?" I asked, concern filling me like none other.

"Don't worry." June reassured, while helped me with Ratchet. "Megatron's safe in here."

I sighed in relief and looked out.

"I want to see him." I demanded, looking at them. They exhanged looks.

"Iris, now's not the best time-"

I growled and brushed Ratchet and June away, then weakly walked out of the den. Only to see others yell at Megatron of something. Although Optimus didn't do anything he just watched from aside with sympathy, companied by Arcee and their cubs. Soundwave was also very quiet -as usual-, but seemed to look at them with glare.

"-To leave her like that!?"

"You have to know she could've died!"

"If she wouldn't be found!? What then!?"

Megatron just heard their yells out with frown and sad face, anger filled me up totally. He did feel sympathy, I could see that.

"Enough!" I roared, earning everyone's attention. Their eyes were wide, when I rushed towards them. "Yell him one more time and you're all facing it to me."

"Iris.." Megatron stood up, while I walked in front of him and pointed his back.

"He did save me! He shielded me from coming rocks idiots! Hear him out before you do something you'll regret!" I growled, others narrowed their eyes.

"You could've died." Bumblebee pointed out seriosly.

"Well I did not." I growled.

"This is not a game, Iris!" Moonracer growled, my eyes narrowed with hers. "Your cubs could've also died."

My mouth twitched, but I had nothing to answer for that. I turned my head in ashame and guilt.

"Enough." Optimus growled, while stepped forward. "Your cubs are fine and well." He reassured while nudged my head, I smiled bit and looked at his eyes. "You shielded them greatly, enough to keep them warm."

"Optimus.. Megatron did save me." I stated firmly, he nodded.

"You proved that much." Julia said with sigh while walked out. "But mind telling us how you got there in first place?"

I froze and looked up at Megatron, who did same. Optimus' eyes narrowed when he and Megatron shared long stare. They talked probably from mind-link.

"-- Impossible." Optimus growled, his wings raising up.

"What?" Arcee asked, her cubs following.

"He's back." I stated, everyone looked at me, while I looked out of the cave. "Unicron's back."

The growls told everyone was pissed off as fuck.

"How?" Ironhide asked, I flinched.

He totally kills me now!

"How did you do it?" Megatron asked, I flinched after seeing Ironhide's glance at me.

I saw how Bumblebee explained to Ironhide everything, his eyes flamed of angerness. I knew where this was going..

"Megatron..-" Optimus begun, while turned to look at Ironhide, who in return stared deadly at me. He noticed it also. "Take Iris away from here." He growled, his teeth showed when Ironhide's did so too and his wings raised up.

"YOU-!"

Megatron snatched me out of the way when Ironhide charged at me, but Optimus attacked on his throat and pinned him to one wall.

"Now!" Optimus ordered, Megatron growled and put me on his back, then went to fly.

I looked back sadly at them, knewing this was again my fault.

Again..

~ Time skip ~

Megatron landed on Jack's house, I just keeped staring his neck. There was nothing for me to say. And I didn't want to leave. It was not for me to deside.

"You need rest." He spoke up while looked at me.

"I can't." I answered. "Now everyone hates me."

"No one hates you, Iris-" Megatron said with sigh while grabbed my jacket and raised me to stand on the roof. "That bastard is just crazy." He growled, I only looked away.

".. What about you?"

"What?"

".. How do you feel?" My eyes stared deeply into his. "I, just woke up the most dangeroust dragon of all time. I, just betrayed everyone and still may be controlled by that monster! I, who can do everything wrong may not still be alive when our kids-!"

"Enough Iris!" Megatron growled, I shutted up and looked down. "I know how you feel, but try to act normal. For everyone's sake." He groaned my mouth twitched.

"Night." I growled and walked the stairs down, then to the floor and opened it up.

I closed it and headed towards upstairs, ignoring Jack's and dad's yelling after me. I smashed my door close and layed on my bed, my face on the pillow.

Then I begun crying.

"Iris?"

My one eye peeked to see Jack there, on his one knee and shaking me awake. I growled and turned my head to other direction.

"Go away."

"I can't." He stated, I heard when he stood up. "Get ready, we're leaving."

"Where?" I growled, while sit on the bed's edge and stared out of the window. Still thinking of yesterday's events.

"I don't know. Arcee didn't tell me." I heard how he stepped out of my room, I sighed and stood up with my bump and noticed I still wore my jacket.

Why bother?

I exited the room and walked to downstairs, seeing how Jack waited me on the doorway. With growl I walked past him and out, the bright sun hit my eyes.

"Here." Jack walked towards the woods behind his house, I followed after him. "Here's better to meet up."

When I moved a leaf out of the way, I saw Arcee stood there, waiting for us.

"Where are we going?" I asked, when Jack jumped on and I stopped.

"Can't tell." Arcee said with grin. "But I would suggest you to climb on."

I of course hesitated, but Arcee grinned only when there was something incredible or funny coming. I slowly let Jack pull me up, then took good position and Arcee started running.

~ Time skip ~

It took 20 minutes when Arcee slowed to stop and walked rest of the trip. But after when she moved huge leafs out of the way, we widened our eyes to see the exact river where we always walk and go to drink. But we didn't widen our eyes because of that, but because everyone was there.

Optimus turned to look at us with sigh of relief.

"You had me worried." Optimus said while nudged Arcee's side. We got down and my akward glance towards Megatron and Ironhide was embarassing. I had to look down.

"Mind someone tell me why was I waked up this early?" Alex asked with yawn, while scretched his arms.

"Yeah, I would like to know too." Raf replied, I walked over to the water and kneeled down, then drinked for thirst.

"Unicron's back, shortly." Jazz explained, I could feel the tense in the air.

"But- how!?" Jack asked, I wiped my hand and sit on the snow, staring at the river.

".. That's not important."

I turned my head to look at Megatron, who looked at me too. Did he just say those words?

"Indeed." Optimus replied, not glancing at me because that would seem pretty obvious.

"So, why are we here?" Miko asked too, her arms crossed. "It's winter anyway."

"But Spring's coming." Bulkhead pointed out.

"What's spring, mama?" Orion asked from Arcee, I smiled bit.

"And we must be ready." Ultra Magnus replied, while Arcee quietly explained what Spring is.

"And how?" Julia asked.

"Unicron must've have other army to rule, therefore, we must be ready for that." Optimus explained.

"How?" Alex asked, while stood straight. "Fight? We? Humans?"

"Absolutely not!" Ratchet said quickly. "You're here, because we want to make sure you stay safe."

"Don't suggest we stay with you again." Julia said with wide eyes.

"No. You can go into your village also, but we must have to bond with you." Optimus explained. "To all of you." He looked at me.

"To me?" I asked with chuckle. "No worry, I might die even before that." I layed down on my back and breathed out.

"You're not going to if we have bond, kid." Wheeljack reassured, I shook my head.

"Even so-" Megatron had came up to me and pushed me on my feet. "I will have connection to you. Whetever you like it or not."

"It's not that I don't wanna!" I growled, while crossing my arms.

"It's settled then." Arcee stated.

"But, what about Iris and her.. cub and baby?" Jack asked, while stood straight. "Will they be after her and them?"

"Most likely, now when Iris posess the power of Dark energon." Optimus stated, while looked at me again. "But we will not let you fall into their claws again."

"Yeah, with mind connection it'll be easier!" Smokescreen stated, I sighed.

"Fine. What do we have to do?" I asked, while uncrossing my arms and stepping more closer.

"Firstly; cut your finger." Ratchet ordered.

"You kidding me?" Alex asked. ".. Seems I have no choice.." He said with sigh and slide his thumb by biting it.

"You too." Ratchet looked at other dragons, who bite their one paw open. "Now, one human can be linked with two dragons only, choose carefully."

I turned to Megatron, then at Optimus. They both nodded and I walked between both of them. The choice was obvious, I wouldn't take anyone else than my Guardian and Husband.

"What then?" I asked, seeing Julia was with Ultra Magnus and Soundwave, Raf with Bee and Strongarm, Miko with Bulk and Smokescreen, Jack with Arcee and Knockout, Alex to Wheeljack and Moonracer, while June with Ratchet.

"You combine your blood." Ratchet said simply, while pressed his blood point with June's.

I turned to look those two, who put already their paws on each other, then I added mine's too. It stinged and lot.

"It stings.." Jack growled, hissing in pain.

"Good, that tells it's working." Ratchet stated, while removed June's blood point and stared at her. "Our works."

I removed mine too and licked the top of my finger, then shaked it bit.

'Iris?'

"Wowwow!" I yelled out and backed away, after hearing Optimus' voice inside my head.

'.. Yeah?'

'It's working.'

Megatron said and looked at me, I made small smile.

"Works with us!" Miko yelled.

"Here too!" Julia yelled also.

"Yeah.. it creeps me out." Alex said with shivers. Wheeljack said something, causing Alex to glare at him.

"Works." Jack stated while shaked his head.

"Me too!" Raf yelled.

"So, everyones?" June asked, we nodded. "Good, we're all linked."

"We stay like this." Knockout said with grin to Moonracer, who purred and nudged his side.

"So, we all have deal?" Julia asked.

"No." Ironhide growled, I gulped as he looked towards me.

"Ironhide-"

"I'm keeping an eye on the girl." He growled, interrupting Optimus. "If she tries anything-" My eyes met his cold ones. "I won't answer the concequences."

Megatron growled at him, while stepped his paw in front of me as shield.

".. Very well." Optimus stated. "But you must promise not to harm her. If you like go ahead and stop her, but if you hurt her-" His voice turned into growl, but he kept his face stern. "Punish will be made."

Ironhide looked at me, then at Optimus.

".. Fine." He growled and spread his wings open, then took off.

".. Okay! That was wierd, but anyway-!" Miko started, while jumped forward. "Why don't we start then?"

"Start what exactly?" Arcee asked with raised eyebrow.

We all humans exhanged looks with grin.

"For training of course!"
