"How could he do that?!" Krillin asked in shock.

"Babidi only seeks out the strongest fighters." Shin explained. "Once he has no more use for them he destroys them. He plans on using Majin Buu to destroy."

"It seems the supreme Kai brought some friends." Babidi said quietly to Dabura.

"Yes. I count eight total, each of them are strong however, only four have an enormous amount of energy." Dabura said to his master.

"Well we can't use the Supreme Kai or Kibito for our plan. However those four, we could use them." Babidi contemplated. "There seems to be enough energy between all of them. Let's lure them in. Just be sure to spare the Supreme Kai."

"Yes my master." Dabura nodded as Babidi and the other minion went back inside.

"How come Dabura is standing by himself?" Goku asked.

Dabura turned to face them. Vegeta jumped up, "he knows we are here!"

Dabura appeared right in front of Kibito and he grinned as he held a hand out. Mae covered her eyes at the bright light and when it faded Kibito was gone. "Kibito!" She called but he had been blown up.

Dabura turned his head to Krillin and spat on him. "Oh gross!" Krillin said as he tried to wipe the spit off.

"Damn it!" Piccolo said as he flew to Dabura. Before he could reach him Dabura spit on him as well.

"Oh no!" Shin became panicked. "Dabura's spit turns people to stone!"

"Krillin!" Gohan called as Krillin indeed started to turn to stone.

"Piccolo!" Goku tried to help get the spit off but to no avail. Within minutes both of them were stone.

Mae reached out to Piccolo but Shin stopped her. "Don't touch them! They could break and then we won't be able to put them back together!"

"This is your one chance to run." Dabura grinned before flying back to his ship.

"Is there a way to save them?" Gohan asked Shin.

"Yes. They will return to normal if Dabura is defeated." Shin said.

"Great lets go!" Gohan nodded to Goku.

"No wait it's a trap!" Shin called to them. "We need to wait here!"

"And miss all the action?" Mae grinned.

"We saiyans aren't the patient type." Vegeta said as he and Mae followed Goku and Gohan.

They jumped down a long elevator shaft and found themselves in a large round room. "This looks like an ordinary room." Mae said looking around.

"Yea it does." Gohan agreed. "Maybe we should bust down the door."

"That's a good idea." Goku said.

Shin suddenly arrived and the hole they came through closed up. "Supreme Kai you came with!" Gohan said.

"Yes and now that we are here the only way out is to defeat Babidi." Shin sighed.

"No problem." Mae folded her arms over her chest.

"We should just blow up the ship." Vegeta said.

"If we do that Majin Buu could be awakened!" Shin said becoming more frustrated. "It's astounding how much you four are underestimating Majin Buu. Don't you realize that at just a fraction of his power he could destroy the whole world!"

Before the saiyans could respond the door opened and a man wearing white spiked armor came out. "Welcome to stage one."

"Who are you?" Mae asked.

"I am Pui Pui and I am the warrior guarding this floor." He grinned. "There are three stages and if you want to get to Babidi you must defeat each warrior. Unfortunately this is where you die."

"So who goes first?" Goku asked.

"Why don't you guys just fight him together?!" Shin urged.

"Where's the fun in that?" Mae shrugged.

"How about we do rock, paper, scissors to figure out who goes first." Gohan suggested.

"Fine." They agreed and after many rounds they figured it out. "So Vegeta first, then me, gohan, and lastly Mae." Goku explained.

"Such a bullshit game." Mae sulked.

"You're just upset cause you have to go last." Gohan laughed.

"You're damn right." Mae stuck her tongue out at her brother.

"Hey Mae I'll tell you what, when we are finished here you and I can have a match." Goku grinned.

"Don't you mean if we make it out of here?" Shin asked.

"Nah this wont be a big deal." Goku said.

"You're on! I'll show you how strong I am!" Mae grinned.

"Grr, I don't care who I fight!" Pui Pui snapped.

"You think you can win?" Vegeta asked as he stepped forward.

"Babidi told me that because of your high energy that you would be dangerous but I can assure you I am strong!" Pui Pui said confidently.

"Haha well I am the strongest fighter alive!" Vegeta grinned.

"Is he really that confident?" Shin asked Mae. Mae only shrugged her shoulders.

"All of your energy will be directly transferred to Majin Buu." Pui Pui said as he rushed Vegeta. Vegeta blocked easily. "How?!" Pui Pui seemed shocked.

"Hmph." Vegeta scoffed. Pui Pui continued to attack and Vegeta dodged with ease. Pui Pui brought his leg up and Vegeta grabbed it and then punched him hard in the face.

"Wow Vegeta has gotten a lot stronger!" Gohan said.

"Well we have been training together all this time." Mae smirked. "This is a piece of cake."

Suddenly the room changed and they were on a whole new planet. "This is Babidi's magic! He's trying to give him the advantage." Shin said.

"Let's see how this goes." Goku smiled placing his hands on hips.

"He's giving the other fighter the advantage not Vegeta!" Shin explained.

"Oh I know." Goku said.

"This is my home planet." Pui Pui said picking up a rock. "The gravity is ten times that of earth."

"Oh no ten times whatever will he do?" Mae asked sarcastically.

Vegeta glanced over at her, "if this were 500x it would be a problem but I can't even feel this."

"You're bluffing." Pui Pui scowled.

"Try me." Vegeta grinned and Pui Pui rushed him only to be punched back. "It ends now." Vegeta said as he placed his hands on his chest. He unleashed an energy blast causing Pui Pui to explode. "I win."

"Nice work Vegeta!" Mae said as the floor opened up. Shin stood there stunned at how easily Vegeta took down the fighter. They jumped down through the floor and arrived in another room similar to the one they were just in.

"Alright!" Goku said cracking his knuckles. "It's my turn. I wonder who is gonna come through that door."

After a few minutes Vegeta said, "I still think we should smash through the floor."

"And risk waking Majin Buu?!" Shin snapped.

"I don't see what the big deal is." Vegeta said. "I have no intention of fighting Buu or Dabura."

"So you won't fight." Shin gaped.

"I'm not afraid. Your friend Kibito was careless. Dabura really isn't that tough." Vegeta said.

"Yea I agree. If it had been a few years ago he would have been a problem." Goku said.

"We have all fought Cell. He was really tough." Mae said.

Shin kept quiet, 'could they really be this strong? It was extremely difficult to keep Mae restrained.' He thought to himself.

Finally the door in front of them opened and a green reptilian monster stepped forward. "Oh gross." Mae said the stench alone was enough to gross her out.

"Awe why do I have to fight the monster." Goku groaned.

"I'm going to eat you all." The monster laughed.

"I know him!" Shin said. "That is Yakon, he is one of the most feared creatures in the universe! There is no way you can fight him on your own! Won't one of you help him?"

"Don't look at me." Mae said.

"Dad's got this." Gohan smiled as Yakon attacked Goku.

Goku dodged the attack and jumped down in front of them. His shirt ripped, "woah that was close? I'd better watch out for those claws!" Goku chuckled.

"Yakon!" Babidi's voice suddenly sounded around them. "I'm very proud of you! As a special treat why don't I send you to the Planet of Darkness." The room grew dark and they could no longer see anything in front of them.

"It's another spell!" Shin said. "This is the Planet of Darkness. This is his home planet, it's so far out that no light can reach it at all."

"I can see you perfectly clear." Yakon laughed. He attacked again and Goku dodged and counter attacked.

"Can you guys see what's happening?" Shin asked.

"Kakarot is winning." Vegeta said.

"Can you see me?" Yakon asked surprised.

"I don't need to see you." Goku said. "I can sense your movements also I can smell you. However if I did want to see you all I have to do is this!" He then powered up to super saiyan, his light brightened up everything around them.

"I'll just have to make a meal out of you!" Yakon said as he began to suck the air around them. Goku's super saiyan energy began to flow into Yakon's mouth and soon he was standing there in the darkness.

"What happened?" Gohan asked.

"Kakarot is back to his base form." Vegeta said.

"Yakon ate the light energy." Shin explained.

"Dad don't use super saiyan!" Gohan warned.

"That light was tasty! I want more." Yakon drooled.

"Alright I'll give you more then!" Goku said powering up to super saiyan again. Again Yakon began to suck up his energy.

"Gohan, Mae go help him!" Shin said.

"No I'll fight alone!" Goku snapped.

"Kakarot has a plan. He wouldn't purposefully get eaten." Vegeta frowned.

Yakon continued to gorge himself on Goku's energy until he became so full that he exploded. Goku turned and grinned still at super saiyan. "Wow." Mae gasped. 'He's gotten even stronger in the past seven years!' She thought. The floor opened up and they were ready to move on to stage three.
