"Gohan I still don't see why I have to go to high school with you." Mae said as she and Gohan made their way to Satan City.

"Come on don't you think it'll be better to go to school with other kids?" Gohan asked. He was seated on Flying Nimbus. "Besides you did really well on the entrance exams."

Mae was seated next to him, there wasn't much room for both of the saiyans on Nimbus. "Yea only because you told me to. I think I could make better use of my time training with Vegeta."

"You'll still get to train. School has never stopped you before. Besides the high school is closer to Capsule Corp." Gohan reminded her.

"Hmm I guess I never thought about that." Mae rubbed her chin.

"Besides you could also use some friends." Gohan laughed.

"I have friends." Mae crossed her arms.

"Name one." Gohan replied.

"Does Vegeta count?" Mae asked.

"Uhh no?" Gohan wasnt sure if her mentor was considered a friend.

"Fine what about you?" She asked.

"I'm your brother." Gohan chuckled.

"Fine whatever. Friends are dumb anyway." Mae pouted. "Looks like we are almost there." She said as they came up on the city.

"Alright this is where we leave you Nimbus!" Gohan said as he and Mae jumped down. They walked over to the entrance of the town where they saw a sign with Mr. Satan's face on it. "Wow so people still think Mr. Satan saved the world." Gohan said.

"Kinda pisses me off." Mae said adjusting her bag. "You were the one who stopped Cell."

"True. I don't mind though." Gohan said looking at his watch. "Crap we are going to be late. Wanna race?"

"Hah you know it!" Mae said as she and Gohan ran towards school. As they came up on a bank Mae noticed men with guns. "Gohan, hold up."

"Huh?" Gohan said as they slowed down. "Is that bank being robbed?"

"Looks like it." Mae said. "We should help."

"Yea we should." Gohan agreed.

"I got this. You keep a look out." Mae grinned.

"Wait transform first so people won't recognize you." Gohan said.

"Right!" Mae nodded turning super saiyan. Her yellow hair stood straight up and her eyes turned green. Mae rushed the robbers and within seconds they were taken down. She quickly ran back over to Gohan and transformed back while the police were trying to figure out what happened.

"Who was that girl?!" "She was wearing an orange star badge. I think she was a high schooler." "She was a blur of golden light." People around them started chattering.

"Hey you two!" A strange girl snapped at them. "What happened here?"

"Oh we don't know we were just walking by." Gohan stammered. "Anyway come on Mae we are going to be late!" Mae eyed the girl before turning to run after Gohan.

Not long after that they arrived at Orange Star High School. "Quiet down kids. These are new students, Mae and Gohan. Gohan here got perfect scores on his exams and Mae wasn't far behind him. Now if you two would please take a seat." The teacher said.

"Hey over here! There are two seats next to me!" A girl with short blonde hair called to them. "I'm Erasa and this is my friend Videl." She smiled gesturing to the girl next to her. She had black hair in pigtails.

"You're that girl from earlier!" Gohan said.

"Oh you guys already met?" Erasa asked.

"Yea I ran into them outside of a bank robbery." Videl said.

"Hey you guys saw that?" A boy with long blonde hair asked. "Did you see the fighter there? They said it was a girl with blonde hair, they are calling her the Golden Fighter."

"I heard about that." Videl said looking right at Mae. "What's weird is that they said she was wearing a grey shirt and black pants identical to what you are wearing, Mae."

"Huh that's weird." Mae shrugged.

"Mae is too hot to be the Golden Fighter." The blonde haired boy said.

"Ugh that's Sharpner, just ignore him." Erasa groaned. "Did you know that Videl here is famous? She's the daughter of Mr. Satan!"

"Wow that's amazing!" Gohan said cheerfully.

"Yea nerd she's too good for you." Sharpner sneered.

Mae growled lowly, "what did you just call him?"

"Mae calm down it's fine." Gohan whispered.

"Hey you guys! Keep quiet and pay attention!" The teacher scolded them.

Later they went outside for P.E. Class. They were playing baseball. Videl put Mae and Gohan in the outfield. Mae wasn't paying much attention but later Gohan told her how he jumped up and caught the ball. Then when he was up to bat he got hit in the face and got to walk to base. Everyone seemed impressed that Gohan wasn't hurt.

After school was finished they were standing at their lockers when Erasa came up to them. "So Gohan where do you two live?"

"We live in the 439 mountain area." Gohan said closing his locker.

"Wow! That's like a five hour car ride!" She said in surprise.

"We don't drive." Mae said flatly.

"Then how the hell do you get here?" Sharpner asked walking over to them.

"We fly." Mae said. Gohan gave her a look and she continued. "Well what I mean is that we have a friend at Capsule Corp and she gave us a copter so we could get to school fast."

"Oh wow!" Erasa said, "Gohan will you give me a ride home?"

"Well it's only a two seater." Gohan laughed nervously.

"Well Mae can hang out with me while you take her." Sharpner draped his arm around Mae's shoulders.

"Get your arm off me now before I break it off." Mae growled. "Let's go Gohan." She snapped as she walked away from them.

"Hey nerd tell your sister to be nicer." Sharpner glared at them.

Gohan sucked in air holding his breath waiting for Mae to turn around. When she didn't he let it out glad that she didn't hear that comment. "Mae let's go see Bulma. I have an idea so we don't have to keep using Nimbus to get to school."

At capsule corp they explained to Bulma how they needed outfits to disguise them so they can fly around. "By the way is Trunks around?" Gohan asked.

"Yea he just finished training with Vegeta." Bulma explained. "He's set on making him stronger than you."

"Oh wow haha. Don't you think he's a bit young?" Gohan asked.

"I think he's at the perfect age. Gohan you and I were even younger when we started training." Mae said.

"That's true." Gohan said. "I'm going to go find Trunks while we wait."

"Hey Bulma is Vegeta in the gravity room?" Mae asked.

"I'm guessing you want him to train you?" She asked.

"Yep!" Mae said excitedly. She brought her training clothes to school with her and had already changed.

"Yea he should be back there." Bulma sighed.

"Thanks!" Mae took off running and when she turned the corner she ran right into Vegeta. "Vegeta hey!"

"What are you doing here brat?" Vegeta scowled.

"Will you train me?" Mae smiled.

"You aren't too busy with school?" He asked.

"Nah training is more important." Mae said.

"You hear that?" Vegeta turned his head to Gohan. "Your twin seemed to have more sense than you. While you've been in the library she and I have been getting stronger."

By the time Mae and Vegeta we're finished training Bulma was done making them suits. "So I just press this button?" Gohan asked inspecting his watch.

"Yep. Mae yours is a cat bracelet and the button is the cats nose." Bulma pointed to her bracelet. Gohan and Mae presses the buttons and a suit appeared on them. "Mae I know you like cats so I designed yours to be like that."

"Wow thanks Bulma!" Mae said inspecting her outfit. A mask and cat ears covered her face and cat paw gloves were on her hands. A black dress and leggings covered the rest of her. "The dress is a bit much but it'll work."

Gohan's suit was more heroic, a green shirt and black leggings and long sleeve undershirt along with a helmet to cover his face. "This is great Bulma! Mae we should be heading home now!"

"Yea you are right mom is probably worried." Mae agreed. She and Gohan took off home as they were flying they saw someone driving recklessly along the road.

"Hey let's go stop them!" Gohan said. Mae sighed and nodded. "Stop there!" Gohan landed in front of the car Mae behind him.

"What the hell!" The driver yelled out the window as the car skidded to a stop. "Who the hell are you?!"

"I am the Great Saiyaman and this is my side kick Kuro Neko!" Gohan announced heroically.

"I'm not your damn side kick!" Mae yelled.

"Bahaha!" The driver and his friend got out of the car and started laughing at Gohan.

Gohan became angry as they laughed, "don't laugh at me!" He stomped his foot causing the ground to shake instantly they stopped laughing. Mae rolled her eyes as the men stammered an apology. Gohan let them go and he and Mae were back on their way home.
