Gohan woke up suddenly in the night. He had been staying with Bulma and Vegeta since his sister had collapsed three days prior. However he woke because he could no longer sense his sister's energy. He got up and raced out of his room and banged on Vegeta's door. "Vegeta get up something is wrong with Mae, I can't sense her!"

Vegeta opened the door with a tired look on his face, "why the hell are you banging on my door in the middle of the night. I can still sense her so I don't know what your problem is."

Gohan's eyes widened in realization and with out a word he ran to Mae's room. He opened the door and he saw her standing in the darkness with blue light around her. "Mae!" He gasped looking at his twin he felt her power surging through the room. Behind him Vegeta and Bulma entered the room.

"Hey Gohan, Vegeta, and Bulma." She turned around to face them. Her blue hair trembling from the energy coming off her body.

"So you finally are awake," Vegeta said smirking.

Gohan ran to his twin and embraced her. Her power was making him feel warm throughout his body. "I was so worried about you."

Surprised, Mae hugged him back, "I'm sorry Gohan. I'm okay though. How long was I out for?"

"You've been sleeping for three days. Vegeta said I could stay here until you woke up. You really are amazing." Gohan said looking fully at her new form.

"When I woke I wanted to see if I could still use this form." She said still holding her brother's hand.

"You've made that power your own." Vegeta said.

Mae remembered her dream and the words that her other self had said. "You're right Vegeta. I will continue to work on this power!"

"Hmph," Vegeta turned around smiling, "I'm going back to bed now." Vegeta and Bulma left the room and went back to their own.

"You should go back to sleep too, Gohan," Mae said reverting back to her normal state.

"Yea you are right. I'm glad you are okay." He said as he walked out of her room. Mae stared at her twin with unconditional love. She knew that no matter what happened Gohan would always be there for her.

The next morning Mae got up and prepared herself for a full day of training. She hadn't been able to go back to sleep after she had woken up so she spent the night meditating and focusing her energy like Whis had showed her. She was ready and waiting when Vegeta had woken up. She was in such a good mood she decided to surprise attack him.

She waited quietly until Vegeta turned the corner. She then used that moment to fly and attack him with a kick. He grabbed her leg before she hit. "You have to try harder if you want to sneak up on me." Vegeta said with his eyes closed.

He threw Mae down the hall where she rolled and caught herself. She went to super saiyan and was about to go in for another attack when Bulma stopped her. "What are you doing?! You are not going to be sparing here in the middle of the hall. Either go outside or the gravity room. I can't believe I have to tell you this!" She grumbled as she stormed away.

Mae laughed, "man Bulma can be scary when she's angry."

"Yea she can. We should go have breakfast then we can train in the gravity room. Let's see if your super saiyan blue is actually any good." Vegeta said going to the kitchen area.

"Hmph you're on!" Mae said following him.

When they were finished eating they went to the gravity room and began their training. They started off slowly, sparing at their base level before kicking things up to super saiyan. The gravity room made their fighting more intense because of the weight pulling on them. Eventually they worked their way up to super saiyan blue.

They fought each other at intense strength and speed. Vegeta was faster and stronger but Mae wasn't making the fight easy for him. With them both at super saiyan blue the gravity room was starting to shake. Mae thought for certain the room would break from their sheer force of their power. They stopped fighting when they heard a sudden shriek.

"What the hell?" They both said going to their base form. They ran out and into Vegeta's room. Bulma was standing there in just a towel and on the bed Goku was sitting there looking as confused as they were.

"K-Kakarot?! What the hell are you doing here?!" Vegeta stammered.

"I don't know I just showed up here!" Goku defended himself.

"Dad?! Why are you just sitting there on their bed?!" Mae inquired.

"What were you trying to get a look at me naked?!" Bulma yelled.

"What?! No of course not! I'm trying to find King Kai!" Goku got up and put his hands up innocently.

"Get out of here Kakarot!" Vegeta said his face was turning bright red.

Goku laughed and backed up right into Mae before he used his instant transmission. They popped up at Krillin's police job and before Mae could tell her dad she was still there he had transported again. This time they finally got to King Kai's.

"Dad! Stop you dragged me along with you!" Mae said falling to the ground.

"Oh I'm sorry Mae!" Goku said extending a hand to his daughter.

"What is with you?! Randomly porting around, this isn't like you." She said dusting herself off.

"I know that's why I came here. I hoped King Kai could help me." Goku turned to the Kai.

"Hmm lets take a look at you," King Kai said. After a few moments of checking Goku out he came to a conclusion. "You have delayed onset energy disorder. It's what's making your energy act all crazy. Best thing you can do is to take it easy otherwise you won't be able to get stronger."

Goku started to freak out at this conclusion. Mae stepped in and said, "Dad you went all out in the tournament. You just need to take it easy a couple days then I'm sure you will be back good as new."

"Exactly what your daughter said. Now I'll help you two get to earth and you go home and rest!" King Kai said before transporting them home.

Mae and Goku flew to where Goku and Chi-Chi lived. "Dad do you got this? I can fly you there." Mae offered.

"No I can at least do this." Goku said. When they approached his house he started to lose control and completely crashed into his home. "Oh man flying is actually really hard!"

"Oh no dad!" Mae said as she watched the house start to crumble behind him.

"Goooku!" Chi-Chi growled from the entrance.

"Oh hey honey I'm home?" Goku smiled nervously.

"You destroyed our house!" Chi-Chi yelled at him.

"Yea I'm out bye dad!" Mae said flying away. She wanted to be far away from this situation. She took off as fast as she could back to Vegeta's house. She figured Chi-Chi would have them stay with Gohan while they repaired their house. This wasn't the first time their home had been destroyed by Goku. Mae laughed at the ridiculousness of it all.

When she got back home she realized that Bulma and Vegeta had already gone to bed so she decided to do the same. She figured that they would be able to get in more training as the days continued and hopefully when Whis and Beerus returned they would be able to go train with them.

A few days later Goku showed up in Mae's room. He sat on the bed and waited for her to return. When she walked in he scared her half to death. "Dad! What are you doing here? Don't tell me your energy is acting crazy again."

"Huh? No I'm feeling a little better. I wanted to ask you if you wanted to come train with me on King Kai's world!" Goku smiled, he wanted to do more training with his daughter especially since she had grown so much.

"Oh sure!" Mae said excitedly. She couldn't wait to go train with her father. It had been a while since it had just been her and Goku training together so she wanted to take advantage of this time as much as possible.

"Great! Let's go then," Goku said holding his hand out to her. She grabbed hold and Goku was able to successfully use his instant transmission to bring them to King Kai's world.

"What are you two doing here?!" King Kai said shocked at their arrival.

"Mae and I want to train here!" Goku smiled at the deity.

"Oh no last time you trained here you wrecked my planet! I can't imagine the damage the both of you will do!" King Kai pointed at the saiyans in worry.

"Come on, King Kai! I promise that when we go back to earth I'll gather the dragon balls and bring you back to life!" Goku pleaded.

King Kai sighed, he knew there was no point in arguing with Goku when his mind was set on something. "Fine, you and Mae can train here but please don't destroy anything!"

"Thanks King Kai! Now, Mae lets get to training!" Goku said turning to his daughter.

"I hope you're ready!" Mae said stepping into her fighting stance.

Goku brought his guard up just before Mae started attacking. He could still feel that he wasn't as strong as before. He would have to take this fight slow if he wanted to build himself back up. He stayed on the defense while Mae sent wave after wave of attacks. When he had an opening he jumped back, "ka-me-ha-me-ha!" He yelled sending an energy blast at Mae.

Mae reacted in time sending her own energy to meet Goku's. She could tell that he was still trying to take it easy. So she stepped up her power to super saiyan. She figured that if she brought out her power like this that Goku would have a better time getting back to his fighting shape.

Goku followed her to super saiyan trying to maintain the energy between them. Suddenly Mae broke off her energy dodging the attack and going in to kick her father. Only she had forgotten the small size of the planet so the energy blast came wheeling back around. Goku and Mae both braced themselves from the force of the attack.

They broke off laughing, "I got so caught up in the fight I forgot the kamehameha would come back around." Goku said.

"I told you not to destroy anything! Look at this place!" King Kai yelled at them. Mae and Goku looked at the ground that they had just turned to rubble.

"Maybe we should take a break," Mae laughed.

"Yea I could use some food!" Goku said reverting back to his normal state.

"Hmm that's weird. I sense Gotenks fighting Vegeta." King Kai said with a concerned tone.

"That's odd. We should go check it out, dad." Mae said seriously.

"Yea you're right." Goku said searching for their energy to lock on to. "Found them. Let's go!" He said reaching out to Mae.
