Toothless

It felt like hours. Hours that changed my life forever. I looked at Hanna. She looked horrible aside the fact that she lost her leg but at least she was alive.

"Hanna, please wake up. Please." I whispered, hoping that she heard my voice.

A stranger with a dragon of her own saved us, reassuring me that Hanna would wake up in a few days, but I'm still concerned.

I stayed by her side and when I thought it was hopeless, I see her open her eyes.

"T-Toothless?" She asks me.

The first thing I saw was Toothless and he was pretty relief that I was awake.

"T-Toothless?" I asked him. The Night Fury was happy.

"Hanna, you're up! You really gave me a scare back there." He said.

I hugged the Night Fury, "I'm so sorry I worried you, bud."

He said, "I'm just glad that you're alive."

Then I realized that Hiccup and the others might worried about me.

"Hiccup!" I cried.

"Wait, there is something you must know about first. When we defeated the Dragon Queen, um, you kind of lost some part of you." He explains.

I removed the sheets to reveal a peg leg. I remember the battle.

"Oh." All I say.

I got up and I took my first step. It was tricky at first, but Toothless helped me with my balance.

"Thanks, bud." I said.

We walked to see.... Dragons!

"Whoa. Where am I?" I ask.

"In my Sanctuary my dear." A woman say.

We turned to see a Dragon lady and she also had a dragon.

"Wow. Who are you? I'm Hanna Haddock, the Protector." I introduce myself.

The woman gasps. "Hanna?" She touches my cheek and then embraces me in a hug.

"Uh, why you hugging me?" I ask.

"I'm your Grandmother, Valka Haddock. This is Cloudjumper."

"If you are my grandma, why you didn't come back to Berk? To me?"

I am shocked that I had a granddaughter, but does she really like me?

"If you are my grandma, why you didn't come back to Berk? To me?" She asks.

"The war. When it started, Cloudjumper took me away, so I hid."

The Night Fury said, "I think I get it. You just want to keep him safe."

Hanna smiles, "Well, I'm glad you're well. Toothless and I defeated her, didn't we?"

I nodded, "Indeed you did, Hanna. I saw the battle from afar and I got to admit, I never imagine in my wildest dreams that you and Toothless from different tribes work together as a team. I wish that some villages see the truth."

"Another Village still don't understand that the Queen caused all of this war?" Toothless asks me.

"Afraid so. I'm not sure how to convince them that Dragons aren't evil."

"Looks like that's our cue, huh?" Hanna sighs.

"Wait, you can't go yet. Hiccup and the Village of Dragons might spot you. They think you're dead." I explained.

"Wow. Maybe we should get secret identities." Hanna suggested.

"Hm... Hanna Haddock is so easy to spot. How about Valerie the Brave?"

"Valerie... I like it. I think "Shadow" is a good cover up name for you, Toothless, you do blend into the dark." Hanna suggested.

"Good names. For now, you can live with me and make your own Dragon Training team."

"Ok, but first, you need a new tail and I need a few changes."
