Years Later.

Blake woke up to a large figure on top of him. He remembered what had happened. Black, the dragon he was with, came home in a bad condition and Blake wasn't any better. The two of them practically fell asleep due to how bad it was. Blake had been in a panic attack and had frozen up. Black had been attacked and was in an uproar. Blake reached up and touched the dragon's soft scales, waking it up. It shrank down to human form and went on top of him. Blake felt a pair of sharp fangs on his neck. He adjusted slightly as they pierced the skin. He hummed quietly after the fangs left.

"You good?" A soft voice entered the empty air. He shifted to look up at Black.

"Just cold. You?"

"Better. I'm glad that my rage didn't hurt you." Black curled up beside him and the air started to warm up. Blake smiled faintly before touching Black's hair.

"C'mon. We need to go get food."

The sound of swords clashing filled the air as a group of soldiers practiced. Footsteps appeared, causing the swords to pause. A tall, lean girl came through the door. She paused before shouting.

"Continue on!"

The soldiers grunted before resuming their training. She sighed as she went to the other side of the room. She went up the stairs to the throne room. The king smiled as she entered and bowed.

"Your Majesty."

"Meisterin White."

"You called?"

"Yes. As you know, a boy had disappeared from the kingdom." Her heart skipped a beat. She remembered the day vaguely. Gold and Whitley running with her to go find Blake.

"Absolutely."

"Great. I have decided that, since the others can't seem to do it, I would like for you to take your turn. After all, that was one of your goals in taking your father's place." She smiled before bowing.

"I won't let you down."

He nodded and dismissed her. She went back through the training room and entered a small room. This was the meeting/sitting room of the 7 Flügelkriege der Drachenkönige, a special group that is the strongest in the kingdom. White took her father's place as leader. Several other children are now in their parent's spot. There were two spots that hadn't changed. Madam Fedorov, who was supposed to be replaced by yours truly, Blake. Her son, Blake's father, couldn't take the position because of his condition and he was restrained from leaving the family house. The second person was Wino, a powerful knight who had died looking for Blake. Her spot laid unfilled as she had no known kin. White was the leader. Gold, a powerful pyromancer and Blake's possible brother, was one of her fellow members with Whitley, an overly strong speedster and the forest creatures love her. She was the closest person to find Blake. Then there was Green, a wingly that had joined their ranks after he ran from his kingdom. The king had mercy for him since he had saved him from a group of rogues. Hau, an earth mage who was an expert in large area attacks and was well known with all of the other kingdoms. She walked over and sat down. The others were silent as they stared at Wino's seat. It was common that they did that. They were waiting for a spiritual awakening. No matter life nor death, Wino was always the last one to a meeting. Finally, White spoke after feeling a faded presence.

"I thank you all for coming." She gazed around. "I hope to be quick. The king has picked the next member to go look." Gold smiled.

"Be careful." Madam Fedorov spoke, knowing. "We don't know anything after so many years." Her voice was filled with pain. White smiled at her.

"I made a promise to my dad and this kingdom that I would keep looking. I said that I would return a member of our family back home. This is my chance." Madam Fedorov nodded. A misty, yet faded laugh came from the empty chair.

"White... you still kept that promise. You know where you're going? Oh that's right. The Lands of the Wild. No knight dares go. That's the last place he could be unless they moved him."

"Wino... weren't you the first knight to step in there?"

"Oh! That's right! In any case, you best be careful. That is a realm of many powerful creatures. Survival of the fittest. That is a place that you will want all of your skills to be ready. Especially your words. Many times your foe will heed your words before your sword."

"Thank you Wino. I wish you were here to guide me through some training."

"Just remember our past and let it help your wings spread. I have been by each of your sides as you search. You should take someone else."

Her eyes drifted over the group. The king always said that they had to have a person. They have always chosen Wino. She looked over at Green. The one person who hasn't left the kingdom since they let him in. He's always trembling when they discuss certain topics. She's never seen his full strength. Whenever someone tried to assault him, he would give them a certain glare and they would leave him alone. She would question it if he was so fragile about the topic. He had three personas. One was a cold and dark persona that he showed to enemies and bullies. Another was a gentle and kind persona that he showed to poor and weak people. The last one was a fragile and hurt persona that he showed people that cared for him. He never turned to violence unless the opponent started. He was right now fiddling with something in his hands. White smiled softly before speaking.

"Green? Wanna come?"

His eyes drifted up and met hers. The others had shipped him with the heir of the earth kingdom, Blue, for a while. They never could get the two together because he was always guarding the kingdom. His eyes were slightly misty due to his thoughts had taken over. He blinked the mist away.

"Huh?" The group chuckled at his weakness. He frowned nervously. "What?"

"Do you want to come with me to go out and look for Blake?" Green studied her.

"Sure." He mumbled faintly. She grinned.

"Perfect. We leave tomorrow. Be ready." He nodded. Wino laughed.

"Green... I would like to talk to you after this in the training room." He nodded before drifting off again.

"Alright! Meeting adjourned."

Green went down to the training room. Silence filled the room as he took a deep breath.

"Wino?"

"Here." He turned to see a ghost floating over.

Green smiled. Since he was a wingly, he could see things that others couldn't. Wino went over and smiled.

"As we all know, you will be drifting and losing focus. You will also not be in the right mindset. So... let's get started."

Black and Blake entered their home with some stray animals that they had hunted. Blake went over and sat down. Black sat down beside him and nuzzled Blake's neck. Blake leaned against him and fell asleep. Black wrapped himself around the small boy and nuzzled against him as he fell asleep.
