The duo went out the next day. The fresh air hit Green and he instantly faded. He stared at the sky. She giggled as they left the kingdom walls. She tapped his cheek, bringing him back to reality. He blinked and rubbed his head sheepishly.

"Sorry..."

"You're good. This is your first time out of the castle since you've entered. You should go out more." He looked away as they entered the Land of the Wild.

A few hours later...

They eventually found a resting area. White sat down and sighed.

"Wow... this is hard." Green stared at the sky. It was getting dark. He kind of faded as White set up camp. She put a hand on his shoulder, snapping him out of his daze.

"Sorry..."

"It's ok. Let's get some rest."

Blake had cooked some food and brought it over to Black. Black looked at him and noticed a scar on his forearm. He took the food before grabbing Blake's arm. He was instantly stunned as the dragon boy inspected the scar.

"When did this happen?"

"Eh?" 

"The scar." Blake stared at the scar.

"I don't know..." He mumbled. Black sniffed the scar before making Blake sit down. Blake blinked out of the daze and ate the food. He gazed at Black as he thought of something. "Do you have anywhere to be tomorrow?"

"Yes... I have to meet with Phara. If I come back in a bad mood, you'll know why..." Blake grabbed Black's empty plate and put the two plates to the side as he snuggled against the dragon boy. Black pulled Blake into a hug and nuzzled the young boy's neck. Blake giggled as Black tickled him. 

"C'mon. Let's get some sleep." As he spoke, Blake felt Black lean heavily upon him. Blake looked back and saw the dragon asleep. He smiled as he shifted the dragon onto his lap and fell asleep.
