The bell rang, and the classes let out, hundreds of kids filtering noisily out into the halls. The moment Rune was aware that he was free for the time being, he started to look for that girl again. The girl with the stunning blonde hair... Where was she...
After mere moments of peering out over the floods of people filtering from the classrooms, Rune spotted the bouncing blonde and her friend going down the hall.
He found himself grinning, and decided that even if he wouldn't say anything to them, he wanted to watch them for a bit. He was curious about just what kind of girl she was...
He followed the two like a shadow and watched as they met up with a couple other friends and talked at their lockers. He was dead silent as he observed. It didn't take long at all for him to notice the way the blonde and the other male seemed to talk. Her body language...
Were they dating, he wondered? That would be too bad. The girl was the first of many he'd observed to catch his eye.
Deciding he'd have to look into it further another time, Rune turned away and went off down the hall towards his next class. He hadn't made it far when a couple of girls stopped him.
"Heyy," a curvy brunette called out as she and her shorter, slightly stockier friend moved into his path. "What's your name, handsome?"
Rune looked down at them both disinterestedly. There they wereー more girls that were the same as all the others. He didn't say anything as the two grinned up at him.
"Hey, cmon, don't be shy. I'm Lina and this is Rose. We were in home room together, did ya see us?"
The one called Rose just giggled and twirled a strand of her long black hair around a manicured finger.
Rune's voice was monotone as he answered simply. "I didn't."
The girl named Lina tittered noisily. "Aww, that's too bad. We noticed you."
He watched her step a little closer to him. There was part two to those average girlsー trying to freely touch him.
He moved to the side to avoid contact, making the girl look somewhat deterred.
"If there's nothing important that you needed," Rune spat dryly. "I'll be leaving now."
Both girls stood looking dumbfounded as Rune stepped around them and went into his class, grumbling to himself.
