A Month has passed, since the defeat of the android Cell, and peace was restored, thanks to the son of Son Goku: Son Gohan.

But this battle has cost the young Saiyan the father he always loved and cared for.

But he was not the only one suffering for this loss...

His mother too.

Chi-Chi also felt bad, because that martial artist that she always loved disappeared from her life. That carefree martial artist, that man that stole her heart...

Now gone from her life.

Even the Saiyan's friends felt the same way as both of them.

The Namekian warrior, Piccolo felt bad, even though he didn't demonstrated it, because at first, they were enemies, but thanks to the arrival of Raditz, Piccolo decided to, temporary join Goku to rescue Gohan from the hands of the evil Saiyan brother.

But thanks to Gohan, Piccolo changed his evil heart for a good heart. In fact, he looked like a second fatherly figure to Gohan.

Krillin was bad too, because Goku was his first and best friend and he had an unbreakable bond of friendship. Now he only had his new girlfriend, Lazuli A.K.A "Android 18" to unburden himself from that pain.

The martial artist, Tien shin han felt bad as well, because he has known Goku since the Saiyan was a kid. And after their match in the 23 World Martial Arts Tournament, he had to come to a way to respect the Saiyan, by training harder and harder.

And the past bounty hunter Yamcha felt bad, because Goku also had an unbreakable bond with him, thanks to the past fights they had. Even in the World Tournament, they formed an unbreakable bond.

Even the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta felt bad, but also humiliated by this, because without Kakarot, there would be no more intense training/sparring sessions for the two to find out which of them is the best. No Kakarot, means no one to surpass.

And let's not forget the "Mysterious Youth" that came from the future to try and successfully save Goku from a heart virus. The son of the Saiyan Prince Vegeta: Trunks. He felt a part of his life being cut off his body, because he is the father of his mentor, Future Gohan, who also died at the hands of the future androids. So he decided to stay in the past to try to protect his mentor from the past.

All the friends and family that Goku made were deeply sorry for his sacrifice, by taking a self-destructing Cell to King Kai's world.

All they could do was pray he would be okay and still training in Other World.

Now we go to an actual day, where the Z-Fighters decided to overpower this grief they felt for their friend's death...

By moving to a city called Megaville...

A city full of heroes.

*1 Month later...*

A plane is seen arriving to the Megaville Airport International, in which the Z-fighters, along with Mrs. Bulma Briefs and Mrs. Son Chi-Chi, are seen arriving, while feeling a little better after the death of their leader.

The Son family went to a beautiful house, and bought it with part of the money they received from the Briefs family:

Vegeta and his family decided to have another house for themselves, one block away from the Son Residence:

Tien decided to not use money, but use his own hands to craft his house in the outskirts of the city, along with Chiaotzu and Yamcha:

Piccolo also decided to make his own house with his own hands:

Krillin and 18 decided to have some money from the Briefs family and buy a house and, just like the Briefs family they are one block away from the Son family Residence:

Gohan and the other Z-Fighters felt a lot better, thanks to this change of life. They had honoured Goku's memory and treasured it in their memories forever.

*1 Week later...*

In the Son Residence, Gohan got news from his mother that he'll be attending school, which made the young Saiyan worried, due to not being able to keep his training on.

But that changed when Chi-Chi told him that every day, after school, he can train all he wants, due to him inherited Goku's Saiyan blood. This made the kid very happy, because he will be able to keep alive his father's legacy.

The mantle of "Protector of the Earth" has been passed from Father to Son.

*Megaville City: Megaville Elementary School (7:45 a.m).*

We can see Gohan walking through the hallways of the school, in direction of his classroom. He was wearing the school's male uniform, except he had a purple jacket and tie.

After 3 minutes of walking, Gohan found his class, which said "4-B", he could hear a lot of noise inside, making him realize that those were his classmates. He knocked on the door and heard a female voice saying "One minute please.".

He waited and then heard the female voice say "Come in.", while he did so.

The classmates saw Gohan and were very surprised to see someone like him join their school.

"Everyone, we have a new classmate and it's him~!" The female teacher, known as Mrs. Meryl said, while showing Gohan to everyone in the classroom.

*First part kicks in.*

"Hi, everybody! My name is Son Gohan and I hope we can get along! ^_^" He said with the typical smile he inherited from Goku.

"Welcome to Megaville!" The classmates said with smiles on their faces (including three girl sisters and a boy in a lab coat and glasses.).

As Gohan walked by the seated classmates, they could see his well-trained arms, which made the girls blush, while the boys get shocked.

Then Gohan took seat and payed attention to Mrs. Meryl, as she continued her class.

*Megaville Elementary: Playground (9:25 a.m)*

*Second part kicks in.*

We can see our Saiyan warrior, seated under a tree, resting his body and mind. actually remembering, at one point, the times of peace before the Cell Games, when Gohan went with his father fishing, like he promised him in the fight against Vegeta.

Gohan sighed dreamily, after remembering that beautiful moment with Goku.

But something interrupted his thoughts of his family.

"Excuse me?"

Gohan turned to the voice...

Only to see a boy in a lab coat, with purple gloves and glasses.

And three girls in three respective colours: Pink, Light blue and Green.

"Oh. Hi there. How can I help you?" Gohan asked kindly to the group.

"We were concerned about you, my friend." The boy started. "And we came to the conclusion that you might not be a normal pre-teenager."

After hearing that, Gohan's hair spiked up a little, almost as if he was a Super Saiyan, because he was fearing that these people might find out he's a Saiyan-Hybrid.

"So we've decided to see what you can do." The boy said.

A brief silence formed, while the group was waiting for an answer.

"No, thank you." Gohan said, surprising the group.

*Music stops.*

"Why not, tough guy?" Green asked him, thinking he was a coward.

"It's not that I'm a coward. I don't like senseless fighting." Gohan told the group, but specially to Green, who noticed that the kid read her thought of him, which surprised her.

But they felt a chill run down their spines when they saw Gohan's face.

"Now if you're done asking useless favors of senseless fighting, please leave." Gohan's voice sounded like a territorial animal, demanding it's preys to leave.

The girls' skins almost turned pale after they heard Gohan's voice and saw the look in his face.

But this made the boy more interested in Gohan.

"If you won't fight--" The boy tried to say, but was stopped by the girls.

"Dexter, we probably should listen to him..." Pink told the boy, now known as Dexter.

"Oh you know I won't!" Dexter said, before his bag pulled something out.

Gohan turned to Dexter...

Only to see him with a weird suit.

"Now, you shall call me--" Dexter didn't finish as he felt a sudden pain and something shoved on his stomach.

He looked down...

Only to see a fist shoved in his stomach.

He looked up...

Only to see Gohan with a deadly look in his face:

"Who..... are you.....?" Dexter said, before passing out.

The girls were in total horror of what they just saw.

"Hey!" A voice said, catching the attention of Gohan and the girls.

Not too far away, there was a man in a light blue sports jumpsuit, with a wooden sword strapped to his back, a whistle hanging from his neck.

The girls already knew who he was...

"Son Gohan. Girls. Please come to the Dojo." The man, with a serious look in his face, known as Jack told the kids.

Gohan still had a serious look on his face, but felt embarrassed after punching the hell out of Dexter.

The girls are ashamed of Dexter's attitude.
