Vader paced beside the stone table before stopping and turning his back on his pack.

"Jarrus is still alive" he growled.

"What? But you poisoned him with your venom" Night Moon told him.

"I thought I did. I'd forgotten that Kanan is immune to poisons. He got that from his father."

"Isn't Blade your father too?" Hunter asked.

Vader glared at the young Inquisitor, pupils in slits, a dark growl rumbling in his throat.

"Depa and Blade are not my parents Hunter" he snarled walking over to the dragon.

Looking up at Vader, Hunter bowed his head in respect and apology.

"I'm sorry my lord" he said quietly.

Vader hit him on the head with one of his paws before turning round and went back to his pacing.

"Kanan and I are connected through a bond I loathe and I can feel he's still alive. All his pack is. We need to act quickly on the boy. Kallus."

The dragon looked at his alpha immediately.

"Did you make sure the youngling drank all the potion before the sedative got to his head?"

"Uh, no my lord. I had to leave before I could see" Kallus replied.

"What were you doing in that cave then?" Vader asked.
"I was trying to convince him to join us."

Vader considered the dragon for a few seconds.

"And did you succeed?"

"I'm not sure. But he was definitely thinking about it" Kallus answered.

He wasn't too sure if Vader knew he was lying or not but by the look in the alpha's eye, he had a bad feeling he did.  
A sudden blood chilling roar echoed around Shadows Glade.
The Empire pack looked round to see a group of dragons running on to the cliff.
Kanan skidded at the edge of the rock hill and roared so loudly, even Vader felt a flicker of nerves.
His brother's eyes were unnaturally like slits, his barbs open as his tail swished angrily.
His claws were out and sharper then before.
His pack were the same way except Kanan looked the most terrifying.
With a loud, and long roar, he jumped from the rock face and shot like a missile towards the enemy with his pack right behind him. 

Over protective Kanan is gonna kick his brother's ass!
