Alright you lil bastards 

In this chapter, we'll have a heated discussion about the shit he did and counter it with arguments on why he still should be innocent and then we'll vote for a desicion in the next chapter. 

I'll start: 

-Draco Malfoy, even if raised in a racist household where he adapted this behaviour, still had scenes where his actual, vulnerable state showed (see. crying bathroom scene) because he still was JUST A KID, people. He was sixteen and already had the task to murder someone he considered innocent (eventho Dumbledore is anything but that, but that's topic for another day) 

So, of course, he might've been an ass towards muggleborns, and that is not excuseable, but let's consider how he would've acted if he wasn't raised by Lucius and instead only Narcissa.
