A bang at the door startled Gauri as she sat upright and looked around rubbing her eyes, realizing she had fallen asleep while crying, Gauri quickly got up staring at the door that was just next to her contemplating whether to open it or not, then realizing the puffiness in her eyes would reveal that she was crying, Gauri quickly ran to the washroom as the banging on the door continued.

Coming out after washing and wiping her face, Gauri ran to the door and opened it, "Sorry Mumma...I just fell asl..." Gauri was speaking while opening the door but paused midway as she saw the three people accompanying her mother; Dev, Radhika and Omkara.

Dev passed her a pleasant smile, " I don't know if you could make time to meet me or not but I had to meet and talk to my best friend so am here." Gauri passed him a faded smile.

"You felt asleep at this time?Never in the past...Leave it, Dev told me he wanted to go out with you and his friends and you had been waiting for him for so long so..." Gauri's mother was speaking when Gauri cut her in the middle, staring at her but replying to Dev.

"Mumma, You know I am busy...I have to learn my dialogues, tomorrow is the final rehearsal of the play."After answering, Gauri moved her eyes towards Dev for a second and then lowered them.

"Bawri, You can't..." Dev was speaking when this time it was his tern to be cut.

"Are you a theater artist?" Omkara questioned not realizing Dev was speaking. Gauri raised her eyes to look at him, then nodded.

"Wow, Thats so amazing, you know I have never seen play rehearsals before,I really want to see it, Can I come to see the rehearsals?" Omkara requested as his eyes shone up with excitement, he seemed to forget there were other people around.

"Actually , I am sorry...I don't think so, no outsider is allowed during rehearsals and I am just a side actor, not lead that they'll fulfill my wishes." Gauri said looking straight at his eyes as his eyes lost the excitement, she felt sad for him but forgetting the sadness, Omkara quickly replied trying to be enthusiastic, " Ok, no problem but at least tell me what role are you playing?"

Gauri smiled at him sweetly, first time genuinely after Dev's return, " I am playing the Heroine's younger sister who falls for the Hero but soon realizes that the hero isn't meant for her...Its a small role where she realizes how the hero-heroine love each other and are perfect for each other and she...nothing for the hero..." Gauri stops midway as she looks at Dev from the corner of her, her smile fading and being replaced by seriousness again.

Omkara who was looking at her notices the side stare but doesn't react, "...by the way,I'll try to arrange for you to see the rehearsals if I can..." Gauri smiled at him.

" Great, By the way...I am sure the 'side character' that you are playing is also going to get someone who loves her a lot because she might be a side character in someone else's story but she is the main lead of her own story , just like you are of your own." Omkara smiled widely at her as Gauri looked at him confused.
