Shivaay was just shocked he saw a nurse bringing two babies in her hands

She was about to give both the girls to Shivaay , he saw Anika

He took both the baby girls and happiness was clearly seen on his face

S : Ani.....Ani.....(he cried) our baby girls...

A : yes...see you wanted to have baby girl right....but now you have two baby girls

S : Ya......My babies

A : shh don't cry shiv

He gave both too Anika

A : My Dolls (she smiled)

He went to say about the two baby girls , doctor was removing Anika's placenta and she was moving her hands on her belly and she screamed a but and Shivaay immediately turned

Anika nodded and he caressed her and babies head and went to share good news to the family and he took very good care of her and babies
