I feel sharp pain as I gasp for air. Clutching my stomach I stumble into Talon who chuckles." Risk your life to save this stupid boy!? Big mistake little girl..." He then stabbed my stomach a couple more times and pushes me back making me stumble and fall onto the metal floor. You never know how valuable life really is until it's ripped away from you... my senses were all messed up so all I heard was mumbles and all I saw was blurs. The floor felt like sandpaper then silk. I could feel myself fade in and out of consciousness. I could also feel someone moving me, picking me up. I let my head fall limp so my vision was now upside down, and my chest hurt every time I gasped for just a small breath of oxygen. I could also feel the damp liquid flow out of my body. Someone was hugging me tight so I am pretty sure they have my blood all over their shirt... then I felt someone's lips on mine, Wally... I don't want to leave but I have to... I think to myself as my eyes get even more heavy." W-Wally..." I manage to say as someone shushed me.

"Hey... don't talk, save your strength." I could hear a voice say. I knew the voice anywhere... it was Wally's." Hey I'm gonna take you to the med bay ok? We got the owl dude so don't worry about him. Gosh why did you do that!?" I could tell he was crying now and I could barely breath now... I gasped for air and started to flatline..." Oh my gosh! Kalder! Megan! Guys! Help!!!" Wally yelled as I started seizures. I felt myself be lain down on a bed... before I knew it there was an IV in my arm... I blacked out.

3rd Person POV
The whole team were in the med bay trying to keep Nicole alive. Calder pulled off her helmet making her regular clothes appear. Megan ushered the boys out so it was just her and Artemis(so the boys didn't see anything underneath her clothes...). Artemis lifted up Nicole's shirt hallway so that the two girls could see her stomach." She has a fatal wound! We need stiches and alcohol now!" Megan yelled as Artemis fetched the needed supplies. The monitor started to become one long note..." start chest compressions!!!" Megan yelled at Artemis as Megan stiches up Nicole's wounds and poured alcohol on them too." Come on Nicole! Fight! Come on fight!!!" Megan yelled as Artemis started to cry.

"It can't end like this! It just can't so fight... please!" Artemis cried out as she stopped doing chest compressions. Megan gasped and cried into Superboy's neck as the boys came rushing back in. Wally rushed to the front and knelt down next to the bloody bed. He ran his fingers through Nicole's tangled hair and silently cried...
Beep.
"What was that?"
Beep. Beep. Beep....
"Nicole!?" Wally gasped as the monitor kept beeping. The teenagers all watched as Nicole's fingers twitched." She alive! Haha!" Wally cried pumping his fist into the air.

"She got lucky..." Connor said hugging Megan. Kalder shook his head disagreeing.

"Actually my friends, Wally got lucky. If it wasn't for Nicole's brave and courageous actions, and sacrificing her own life for Wally's, then Wally would be the one laying on the bed. Most likely dead." Kalder said to the team as they all nodded.

Through the rest of the day and night the team waited for their friend to wake up so they could embrace her in hugs. This was only the begging...
