(Reader's P.O.V.)

    When I open my eyes again I'm somewhere new. A small shack of some kind. I'm laying on a bed with red sheets. Where am I? "You're back. I was beginning to think you'd never return." Infinite, or Joker, enters the room. "What happened? How did I get here?" Then I notice something strange in the palm of my hand. A crystal? "You started making a crystal heart. It doesn't seem to be finished though." "Hey... how come you're always wearing a mask? Did the king make you wear that?" I wonder if he'll tell me. Maybe I can confirm a theory of mine. "No, I wear this mask because my face is unsightly. To the people here I'm considered ugly." "Can I see you without it?" He hesitates, looking away from me fearfully. "I-I shouldn't." "But I want to know. Please." He shakes and for a moment I see glitching pixels, kinda like the ones Infinite has when the Phantom Ruby takes over. Is this place actually... "I-I can't show you. Y-you would..." The pixels get worse when I suddenly hear Infinite's voice. "(Y/N) wake up! He has you trapped in an illusion!"

(Infinite's P.O.V.)

    I wake up to find a red aura surrounding (Y/N). While I was asleep the Phantom Ruby used its power to trap her in her own mind. "(Y/N)? (Y/N)!" I try to shake her out of it. "You won't reach her. She's in a perfect world now. A world where she can wander wherever. She won't want to leave. She belongs to me." Once again I try to shake her awake. I should've known he'd use my current state to trap her in a world of his creation. He's trying to change her. "(Y/N) wake up! He has you trapped in an illusion!" No, nothing's working. "I would give up if I were you. Your resistance is futile. It would take a miracle to pull her out now." Suddenly an idea pops in my head. Hope this works.

(Reader's P.O.V.)

    "Joker, What's going on? What is this place really?" He glitches again, "I can't tell you that, jewel." Jewel? Oh no... How could I not have seen this? Crystal hearts, people I know, complete nonsense. This whole place is an illusion of my mind. The person in front of me isn't Infinite's inner self, It's the Phantom Ruby.
