Part 3

As Mark watched Rosemary raise her hands to silence the crowd, Mark noticed a young man casually walk up beside her.  The man was thin framed like Jack, but was dressed in tight black leather pants with a thin black leather vest.  Upon his head was a set of black cat ears and a long black tail.  The young man draped his arms over the stair banister lazily, smiling down at them all.  Mark couldn't help but feel like he had seen this man before... but he couldn't remember.  As the crowd fell silent, Rosemary announced sweetly.  "Thank you all for coming! I know everyone is eager to get to the games. So, I'll just get to the point. This charity is to support the women who have suffered miscarriages. I know almost everyone in this room has suffered from this. It's heartbreaking and I want to help. Tonight I have featured a special drink. I call it the 'Double Trouble Brew'. For every donation, this little cauldron shot will be given to you as a treat! Enjoy! Happy Halloween"!

Mark watched the young man lean in to whisper something to Rosemary, before he turned strange green eyes on Mark and winked.  Mark turned his gaze to Jack, who was chatting with a woman as the music started back up.  Mark looked back to the stairs feeling uneasy.  He thought it might be nothing, but something in his gut was twisting.  Rosemary was gone.  However, the young man was walking around the floor with a silver tray that had little black cauldrons on it.  A few women were chatting with him, before putting money in a larger cauldron that Rosemary was holding.  Jack nudged his shoulder to draw his attention, before yelling over the music.  "You want to donate"?  Mark shrugged a little shaky.  Why was he feeling so nervous all of a sudden?  Jack pulled out his wallet and pulled out some money, placing it to Mark's chest as he yelled out.  "Put this in for me. I'll be right back".

Mark took the money, then tried to grab Jack's arm as he was leaving.  Why was Jack leaving?  He was barely able to focus with the music and the whirl of dancing people.  Jack slipped away into the crowd vanishing almost instantly.  When Mark turned around, he found himself staring into bright feline green eyes.  The young man smirked at him, saying calmly over the music.  "Hello Mark. Will you be donating today"?  Mark could barely look away from the young mans eyes as he dropped Jack's money into the cauldron.  The young man started to reach for a cauldron on his tray, when Rosemary nudged the young man firmly.  Leaning in she told the young man loudly.  "Not that one! The other one, Nico"!  Nico flashed her a guilty smile and Rosemary started to say something to Mark, but became distracted by another woman asking her a question.

Nico took a different cauldron off the try, but Mark couldn't tell the difference between any of them.  Mark took the small cauldron shot as Nico told him with a smile.  "It's Absinthe. Strong stuff. She knows you don't drink... but I know this was for Jack anyway".  Mark nodded with a smile as Nico walked off.  Maybe he was just being paranoid.  Halloween must have been getting to him.  Jack made his way back through the crowd with a plate of two slices of pineapple pizza.  Mark rolled his eyes.  That explained why he slipped off in a hurry.  Jack handed Mark another soda and told him happily.  "I was worried I wasn't going to get any"!  Mark shot back playfully.  "Why? How many people here eat it"?  Jack didn't seem to hear him as he started eating.  Mark shook his head, handing off the cauldron shot to Jack, saying louder.  "Here! This is what your donation got you"!

Jack took the cauldron from him and stared into it at the bright green liquid.  Jack smirked at Mark, before shooting it back.  Mark thought Jack would fall onto his ass the moment he downed it.  Absinthe was a very powerful alcohol that was known for making people see fairies and causing them to pass out.  However, Jack simply shook his head and coughed loudly.  Mark placed a worried hand on Jack's shoulder.  Jack looked up at him with a smile, leaning in closer to yell into his ear.  "It's good but damn... It burns on the way down".  Mark rubbed Jack's back more to comfort himself than Jack.  Jack was fine.  Soon everyone was locked into different kinky themed games.  Mark stood watching a few of them and thinking about how he could do some in a possible challenge video, when Jack suddenly wrapped his arms around his shoulders.

Mark turned to look at Jack's flushed face with worry.  Jack had only had the one shot... Yet, he looked smashed.  Mark lead Jack outside for some fresh air.  Jack really was a light weight.  Otherwise, that Absinthe really was strong stuff.  Mark took Jack out into the backyard, listening to Jack mumble something softly in a thick accent.  Mark carefully sat him down on a tree stump, telling him a little worried.  "Jack? Are you alright? I think we should start heading back now".  Jack shook his head like a kid, then his eyes suddenly lit up when he saw the woods.  Jack shot to his feet, causing Mark to fall back onto his ass, while Jack lifted his hands into the air screaming out.  "I WANNA RUN NAKED THROUGH THE WOODS"!  Mark quickly climbed to his feet to wrap his arms around Jack's waist before he could dash off, answering bluntly.  "Let's not do that".

Jack tried to pull out of his arms, whining out.  "WHY NOT? IT'LL BE FUN"!  Mark tightened his grip and tried to lift Jack off the ground, but Jack was like a squirming cat.  He was hard to hold onto.  Mark tightened his grip more around Jack's thin frame, grumbling back through clenched teeth.  "It won't be as fun as you think, when you wake up with poison ivy everywhere"!  Jack thrashed in his arms, until he wiggled free and dashed for the woods.  Mark groaned in frustration, snapping out at him.  "JACK! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE"!  When Jack didn't respond, Mark sighed heavily and ran in to find him.  The woods were dark, illuminated only by the large bright moon above.  Mark carefully stumbled around, until he saw Jack staring at a small waterfall in a little steam.  Jack looked transfixed by the way the moonlight glinted off the churning water.

Mark was just relieved that he wasn't naked yet.  Slowly, Mark approached him, calling his name softly.  Jack looked up at him with a smile, before standing up to hug him tightly.  Mark patted Jack's back a little confused.  When Jack whispered to him softly.  "I found it".  Mark pushed Jack back a bit, asking curiously.  "What did you find"?  Jack chuckled, looking up as he answered.  "Nico told me about this place. Said I'd have to put on a bit of a show to make sure that no one followed us here".  Mark gawked at Jack, pointing back toward the house as he grumbled out.  "Are you telling me that you lured me out here with that little drunken act to see a moonlit stream"?  Jack shook his head, pushing Mark's jaw up to see a large tree house above them.  Mark marveled up at it, while Jack whispered into his ear.  "I lured you out here to be alone. What do say"?

Mark lowered his head, staring into Jack's bright blue eyes.  They rarely ever got to be alone together.  Reluctantly, Mark nodded and Jack pulled him toward the ladder.  Jack climbed up first, flipping open the floor board.  Mark carefully followed up after him.  Only when he climbed through, he froze for a minute.  Jack had his back to him and was pulling his shirt up over his head.  The small window sending the moonlight across Jack's pale back.  Mark climbed in, unable to look away.  Jack let his shirt fall to the floor and that's when Mark noticed that Jack's shoes were already off.  Mark's heart began to pound in his chest.  Already his palms were burning to touch his skin.  Would Jack feel warm or cold in this chilly air?  He wanted to know.  Moving up behind him, Mark placed his hands on Jack's hips.  Pulling Jack back against him as he kissed his bare shoulder.  Jack felt cold.  Jack tilted his head back, moaning softly.  Mark let his warm hands roam up Jack's chest.  He'd have to warm him up.  To Be Continued...
