{ Eun Bi's P.O.V }

Dragging my feet inside the school, I made my way towards my class with my head facing down and the big black hoodie covering most of my face.

Why?

Because I was looking no less than the scary character of a horror film with all those dark circles beneath my eyes, my hair resembling the nest of a bird and negative vibes flowing out of my image.

"Good morning!" I heard from behind me and without turning around I knew who the voice belonged to.

Turning around slowly with my head still facing down, I mumbled a "Good morning." to Jay.

"Woah, what's up with the oversized hoodie? You look like a person who just got dumped." he said sarcastically.

"Yeah," I said before letting out a deep sigh.

"Wait, you mean you actually got dumped!? Who the heck dumped you- No, I mean, you never told me you liked anyo-"

"Shaddup, bro. I don't like anyone and no one dumped me," I said before rolling my eyes.

"Oh, that's good. So what's up then?"

"It's nothing serious..." I said before walking past him.

It's the freaking most important thing for me!

"Really? Then, did someone ever told you that you suck at lying?" he said before taking a step forward and standing in front of me, "Seriously, Eun Byul. What's wrong?" he asked placing his hands on my shoulders.

"I... I had a fight-"

"OH MY GOD! DID SOMEONE PUNCHED YOU?! WHO TH-"

"Jay! Calm down. It's just my... sister," I said as tears started welling up in my eyes.

"Oh, your twin sis, Lee Eun Bi, right?"

"How do you know her?" I said as I looked at his face from under my hoodie.

"Well... You once told me yourself, don't you remember?" He asked in a nervous manner.

"Yeah, it's her," I nodded before shaking my head and rubbing my eyes to get rid of the tears, "I'll be going to class then. See you later." saying that, I walked past him but suddenly, he grabbed my arm from behind.

"You're not going anywhere."

{ Jungkook's P.O.V }

Someone, PLEASE HELP ME!!

These were the thoughts going inside my head.

Go to America they said, it will be fun they said.

Sitting on the dining table with Jimin hyung and his parents for dinner, the perfect word to describe the atmosphere was 'awkwardness'.

"Boy. What's your name?" asked Mrs Park, pointing her fork at me.

"Jungkook. Jeon Jungkook." I answered width a wide smile across my face.

"It is unmannerly to talk during a meal." Mr Park said sternly on which Mrs Park rolled her eyes before nodding.

I looked at Jimin hyung who looked a hundred times tenser than I was. Seriously, the guy was freaking sweating.

Setting down the crockery in his hands, Mr. Park cleared his throat before turning towards Jimin hyung, "From this day forward, you'll be living with me."

"Eh? No thanks," Jimin hyung said in a cool manner.

H-He wasn't tense?

Slamming his fists on the table, his father yelled, "WHAT?! But why son-"

"Mr Park, that's enough. " cutting off Mr Park's furious yell, a voice came from upstairs followed by the clicking sound of heels.

Turning my head towards the stairs, I saw a beautiful young lady walk down the stairs. She was wearing a long black maxi with her hair falling down on her shoulders.

Oh God! Her beauty is blinding me!

"Noona! (Big sister)" Jimin hyung exclaimed in delight as he ran and hugged her.

Umm... noona who?

"Jimin, I'm so glad to finally see you, " she said pinching his cheeks, "Pardon me for my impolite etiquettes. Good morning, mom and Mr Park and... The guy I don't know. " she said as she gave me a smile.

"Oh, Jungkook this is my big siste-"

"Wait a second, Jae-Eun, will you mind explaining this situation to us first?" Mrs Park said in a stern and angry manner.

"My apologies, dear mother, but you see, before the day you married Mr Park, I had all information about him dug up and I found that he had this cute chubby son. So yeah, me and Jimin have been in contact ever since."

"Noona! I'm not cute nor chubby!" Jimin hyung yelled while crossing his arms.

I chuckled before mouthing a 'Chubby baby' to him.

"That's it, you're dea-"

"I'll very much like it if we were to postpone the killing session for later as I only have time for introductions now, " she said, looking at the wall clock before stepping towards me, "I'm Jae-Eun, Jimin's step-sister, " she said before holding out her hand towards me.

And without even my acknowledgement, I froze while staring at her face.

"Dude, shut your trap or a fly's gonna fly in, " Jimin hyung said followed by a chuckle.

With a gasp, Jae-Eun turned towards him, "Bro, you've gotten better at those puns."

"From the moment I was born, I knew I was destined to be a pun professor," Jimin hyung said with his nose high up in the sky.

"Oooh, that's my lil bro, " she said, high fiving him, "Anyways, I'll be leaving for office now. Everyone, have a nice day, " saying that, she started walking away but turned around after taking a few steps, "Let's gather tonight and get to know each other more." she said to me with a smile before walking out of the house.

Is my love story finally gonna begin?

{ Eun Bi's P.O.V }

"The air is so refreshing!" I exclaimed as I closed my eyes for a second before opening them again and looking at Jay, "Thanks for bringing me up here."

"Don't mention it. Let's sit down." he said, shrugging his shoulders before walking towards a corner of the roof and sitting down with his back against the roof's wall.

"Ehh, isn't that dirty?" I asked raising my brow as I walked towards him.

"Yeah, but you can always take a bath when you go home so don't be a party pooper." he said as be patted the floor beside him.

Without saying a word, we sat there in silence, just staring at the blue sky filled with fluffy clouds, and cool breeze-

Wait. There is no breeze. It's just freaki*hly hot.

The moment I started complaining about the weather in my mind, my belly growled, making the situation even more worse.

Da**, I forgot to eat breakfast.

Actually, it's not like I forgot but let's be real, who even likes to eat breakfast unless it's those fancy breakfasts shown in television.

"You hungry?" Jay asked, sitting up straight.

"No, my belly is asking me why sky is blue? My belly's pretty dumb, y'know, " I said in a monotoned voice, giving him a narrow-eyed look.

Chuckling, he stood up, "My bad. I'll go get something for you to eat. " saying that, he ran off.

"What?! From Wher-" I yelled but he had already exited the roof.

Does he even know that we're not in a five star hotel to go wherever we want and eat whenever we want?

I should just leave.

Suddenly, my phone beeped. Fiddling inside my bag before pulling my phone out, my jaw dropped opened when I saw the unexpected notification.

"Unknown open wifi connection spotted. Connect now."

I-Is this the rumored staff-only wifi??

{ Author's P.O.V }

"Did you talked to them about it?" Jungkook said, munching his pancakes as he sat inside a cafe.

After all the tension at the dining table last night, Jungkook had sworn not to have another meal with Jimin's family.

"Yeah. They said you can start school there if you plan to stay at least a month."

"A month?... I'm not sure how long I'll stay here though. But anyways, tell them to enroll me there as soon as possible. As of now, I'm really bored so I'm thinking of going to check out your school. Jimin hyung went with his father today so I'm by myself," he said as he placed down his fork and took a sip of the second helping of the special summer fruits' juice, which he without a doubt, had a 'fall in love at first-sip' encounter.

"You're paying a visit? Eun Bi might be in class today so I'll send you my class and its co-ordinates. Anyways, I'm hanging up now. You called at the worst timing, I was at climax of the anime I've been watching since last month! Bye!-"

The line was cut off by Taehyung due to which, Jungkook put his phone in his pocket as he ate what was left of his breakfast before paying up and leaving the cafe.

Connecting his hands-free as he walked around the streets, Jungkook checked the address to the school which Taehyung sent before making his way in the stated direction.

Jungkook reached the school and was now walking inside the corridor. It almost made him laugh when the gatekeeper fell for his 'I'm a student here' lie so easily. In Korea, such an incident would have never occurred because of the strict rules.

As the classes were still ongoing, there were next to none students in the corridor. Suddenly, he saw someone coming downstairs in a hurry and bumped into his shoulder.

"Sorry, pal," the boy who bumped into him apologized.

"No umm... me fine?" Jungkook said, cursing himself internally for always playing games and never bothering to pay heed to his studies and let alone, take separate English classes. This was the consequence of always skipping the YouTube ads about learning English and other languages, "Class 1-C..."

Watching his rusty English skills, the boy turned around, "Are you looking for someone?"

"Yes! Lee Eun Byul. Korean student," Jungkook beamed with delight on the fact that the foreign boy understood him without him having to explain anymore or ask anything else in English.

"Oh, Eun Byul? She's actually absent today. But who are you?"

"Umm... me? Who me? I'm Kim Taehyung. Korean. Eun Byul's friend." Jungkook said in a voice full of gratitude.

"Kim Taehyung..." the other boy trailed off as he seemed to be lost in thoughts for a moment before coming back to the present, "Gotta go now." saying that, the boy turned around and had already taken a few steps but stopped as Jungkook asked him, "Your name?"

Smiling a smile that seemed like a mixture of a bright smile and a cold smirk, the boy answered him before walking off.

"I'm Jay."
