Chapter Six: Sinners & Saints

Nobody's Pov

As everyone settles down the next episode begins to play.

The screen turns on and the camera pans to the mansion. We head inside where we see Holden, who was wearing a black shirt and black sweatpants, walking downstairs.

He looked tired but we can see how much his wounds have healed after what he and his sister went through that day.

Ken frowned, "he really shouldn't be moving. He needs rest".

He felt a hand being placed on his shoulder and turned to see Chan.

"I know and I agree, but this is Big we're talking about. Do you really think he's just going to sit back and rest?" Chan asked.

Ken frowned slightly at that but didn't say anything as he sighed and nodded his head in agreement.

Big was never one to just sit back and rest especially after what he's been through.

Hell, he was shot in the arm protecting Kinn when he was still working for him and had his arm in a sling for a while.

But he still didn't let that stop him from doing his duties.

Just as he was going to make his way into the kitchen he heard something from the living room. He walked into the living room just in time to see Klaus zooming inside and throwing Sophie onto one of the chairs.

Rebekah was also in the room as she stood by just as Klaus began to speak.

"We had a deal! You protect my unborn child, I dismantle Marcel's army. And whilst I've been busy fulfilling my part of the bargain, you allowed Hayley and Holden to be attacked and almost killed by a gaggle of lunatic witches" Klaus angrily spat.

Kim frowned slightly and shook his head at Klaus's words.

While he didn't like Sophie nor did he really trust her, he knew that she would never allow Hayley and Big get attacked.

Especially when she was the one that linked Hayley to herself as leverage.

Holden walked further into the living room and Rebekah turned to him, having heard his footsteps.

"I had nothing to do with it, I swear. Hayley and I are linked, remember? She dies, I die" Sophie reminded him.

"And what about Holden, huh? He too was attacked and could've been killed. Do you not care about him?" Klaus angrily asked.

Holden raised an eyebrow at that, as did Rebekah, as they both could hear the anger and worry in Klaus's tone.

Everyone had the same reaction as Big and Rebekah, they were confused why Klaus sounded not only angry but worried.

Tankhun, of course, knew why Klaus was worried and couldn't stop a grin from appearing on his face.

"He wasn't supposed to be there, Agnes just wanted Hayley. But that doesn't matter because I would never want any harm to come to him either. I may not know him but I don't want to be the reason Hayley is without her brother" Sophie explained.

Holden scoffed, gaining the attention of Sophie and Klaus, as he turned to glare at the witch.

"Then start talking. Who were the ones that attacked Hayley and I?" Holden asked.

He wanted answers and he was going to get them one way or another.

"Straight to the point, as always" Kinn chuckled slightly.

"And determined to get answers, as always" Chan added, chuckling slightly himself.

They both would be lying if they said Big hadn't grown on them, in different ways.

Sophie sighed before explaining, "they are a faction of extremists. Sabine stupidly told them about some vision she had about the baby".

Klaus slowly sat down on the couch across from Sophie. Before he could speak he turned to look at Holden who turned to look at him.

He opened his mouth to ask what was wrong when a yelp escaped his lips as Klaus grabbed his hand and pulled him down to sit next to him on the couch.

"Klaus, what the hell?" Holden asked, confused.

"You're not going to be standing the entire time and you still need to rest after what happened" Klaus told him, shrugging his shoulders.

Holden eyed him warily and weirdly before slowly nodding his head.

Everyone looked confused at Klaus's actions but just decided to shrug it off.

Everyone except for a certain Theerapanyakun, who scoffed under his breath.

"Yeah right. He just wanted him close to him" Tankhun muttered, his lips twitching upward.

"What kind of vision?" Klaus asked, turning his attention back to Sophie.

"She has them all the time. They are totally open to interpretation. I'm guessing she's wrong on this one" Sophie said.

"Well, how, may I ask, was this particular vision interpreted?" Klaus asked.

Sophie pressed her lips together, "pretty much that your baby would bring death to all witches".

Everyone's eyes widened at that, they clearly weren't expecting that.

They know that this baby is powerful, considering she healed her mother the day of the attack, but they didn't expect her to be powerful enough to end all witches.

They honestly weren't sure if they were scared or downright amazed.

Holden whistled lowly at that and muttered "damn" under his breath.

Klaus smirked as he leaned back into the couch, "ah, well. I grow fonder of this child by the second".

Vegas snorted, "of course he would considering his child is going to be powerful".

He would be lying if he said he himself wasn't amazed by this child due to how powerful she will be.

Rebekah sighed as she sat down while looking at the witch.

"Sophie, look, I promised Elijah that I would protect the Mikaelson miracle-baby whilst he tries to win your witch Davina's loyalty. Why don't you tell me just how extreme this faction is?" Rebekah asked.

"Elijah's talking to Davina?" Sophie asked, shocked.

"Yeah. As we speak, I imagine" Rebekah nodded.

"I'm guessing she'll have plenty to say about that crowd" Sophie sighed, nodding her head.

"Do tell" Klaus and Holden said in unison.

The two of them glanced at each other before looking away with Klaus leaning back against the couch.

Some people couldn't help but laugh at how Klaus and Big spoke at the same time and spoke the same exact thing.

"I wasn't always an advocate for the witches. My sister was devoted, like our parents, and our upbringing was very strict, which drove me nuts. The minute I turned twenty-one, I left the quarter to travel and play. But, I wanted to be a chef, so I came back to Rousseau's" Sophie explained.

The main and minor family brothers all looked at each other.

They had to admit that they themselves were in the same boat as Sophie since they themselves had strict upbringings and had duties they were basically forced to fulfill.

And, just like Sophie, it drove them nuts.

And while some were able to stay away from the mafia life, at least parts of it, like Tankhun and Macau, they weren't able to do what they really wanted.

Not like Sophie who was able to leave and live her life.

And, while they wouldn't admit it out loud, they envied the witch.

"When I returned to Rousseau's there was a party going on and I was just having fun and letting loose when Jane Anne came to see me. And she told me that the elders called a vote and that they were moving forward with the harvest" Sophie explained.

This made the three others that were in the living room with her stare at her in confusion.

Almost everyone was staring at the screen in confusion as they themselves were trying to down in the information they were given.

"The fuck is the harvest?" Ken asked, confused.

"What the bloody hell is the harvest?" Rebekah asked.

"It's a ritual our coven does every three centuries so that the bond to our ancestral magic is restored. We appease our ancestors, they keep our ancestral power flowing" Sophie explained.

"So it's basically where the witches get more magic" Porsche deadpanned.

He honestly shouldn't be surprised since from what they've seen so far the witches just care about power.

"And why haven't I heard of this?" Klaus asked.

"Because a Harvest always seemed like a myth. A story, passed on through generations like Noah's ark, or the Buddha walking on water. The kind some people take literally, and some people don't. They had the girls of our community preparing for months. Four would be chosen for the Harvest. They said that it was an honor, that they were special. I thought it was a myth" Sophie explained.

"Was it?" Holden asked, tilting his head slightly.

Sophie presses her lips together and if you look closely you can see a hint of guilt and sadness in her eyes.

"Something tells me this 'harvest' was real" Pol commented.

"And something tells me it wasn't anything good" Arm muttered, staring at the screen with narrowed eyes.

This harvest ritual sounded like a cult but it also sounded like a death sentence.

And he was worried that those four girls that were chosen were long gone.

Just before Sophie could answer we hear Klaus's cell phone ring.

All eyes turn to him as he lets out a sigh and takes his phone out. He sees who's calling him and accepts it as he stands up.

"Marcel. Bit early in the day for you, isn't it?" Klaus asked.

Everyone couldn't help but groan.

"I swear to god this Marcel guy has the worst timing especially when we were about to get more information" Macau whined.

Chay nodded in agreement with his friend.

Porsche and Vegas couldn't help but chuckle slightly at their brothers reactions.

Holden and Rebekah shared a glance before looking back at the hybrid.

"Rather you than me. All that responsibility seems like such a bore" Klaus spoke after a few seconds.

"Well, Marcel himself is a bore. It only makes sense his responsibilities are too" Holden sarcastically muttered.

Everyone laughed at Big's words and some couldn't help but fondly shake their heads.

Klaus and Rebekah, thanks to their vampire hearing, heard what he said and laughed.

Well, Rebekah laughed, Klaus had to stop himself from laughing so that Marcel didn't ask any questions.

Klaus cleared his throat and put his attention back onto Marcel. A few seconds passed and his eyebrows furrowed together at whatever Marcel said next.

"Dead witches in the Bayou. Sounds like less of a problem, and more like a cause for celebration" Klaus grinned.

Sophie instantly looked up at him when he said that.

"I definitely would call it a celebration. Considering they were trying to kill a pregnant woman" Pete nodded.

"And her brother, who happens to be my best friend" Ken added, sending his friend a glare.

He gets that Hayley is pregnant and none of them want any harm to come to the baby.

But he also wants them to know that Big is just as involved as Hayley is and that he is also going to get himself into some trouble and he'll get hurt too.

He doesn't want anyone to just dismiss him like he was nothing.

"Oh, why not? Haven't been to the Bayou in ages. I'm on my way" Klaus said before hanging up.

Soon Hayley walked into the living room holding two cups of coffee.

She walked further into the living room and sat down next to her brother and handed him a cup. Holden smiled at his sister and thanked her as he took the cup from her.

"I just love how they're always thinking of each other. She could've just made a coffee for herself but she made one for him too" Chay said, a small smile appearing on his face.

He loves seeing the interactions between the Marshall siblings.

And it wasn't just him, everyone else was thinking the same thing.

Except for one particular bodyguard that was feeling a little jealous.

"You can't go out there now. I need to gather the witches remains and consecrate them. If I don't get to them before sundown, we'll lose the link to their magic" Sophie told him.

"Those witches tried to kill Hayley and Holden. I'd prefer for Marcel's informant not to find anything that would lead him back to us, to her, or to you know..." Klaus trailed off.

He looked over at Hayley and pointed at her stomach.

"That" he finished.

"Did he seriously just call his own child 'that'?" Tay asked, an annoyed look on his face.

Everyone either sighed or shrugged.

This was Klaus they were talking about so they weren't really surprised at how he referred his child to a that.

Holden rolled his eyes while Hayley glared at him.

"You are all class" Hayley sarcastically said before taking a sip of coffee from her own cup.

Klaus ignored her and turned to point at Sophie, "stay put. And save the rest of your story until I return".

He glanced over at Holden before leaving the house to do what he needed to do.

Kim sighed as he rubbed his eyes causing Chay to look at him with a raised eyebrow.

Kim, having felt his boyfriends eyes on him, turned to look at him and spoke.

"Something tells me Sophie isn't going to just stay put. And something tells me Big and Hayley aren't going to stay put either" Kim told him.

If there's one thing he knew about Big is that he didn't follow orders from anyone.

Not even Kinn.

Sure, most of the time he did follow his orders but that was only because Kinn was his boss.

But there had been rare moments where Big went against Kinn and did things his own way, wanting to get things done how he did it.

And no doubt Sophie wasn't the only one going to ignore the orders from Klaus.

The scene changes to a cemetery and we head inside the cemetery where we see Sophie packing various bottles of magical ingredients into her backpack.

She puts in the last ingredient inside her bag before closing it. She nods and picks it up before turning around, ready to leave.

Only to stop in her tracks when she sees Holden and Hayley standing together with 'innocent' smiles plastered on their faces.

Everyone either groaned or sighed at the appearance of the Marshall siblings.

While some facepalmed slightly.

"Unfortunately, I knew it" Kim sighed while shaking his head.

"Hey, what the hell?" Sophie asked in confusion as to why they were here.

Hayley points at her bag, "you're going out there anyway, aren't you?" she asked.

"We wanna go with you" Holden told her.

Ken groaned and dipped his head down, bringing his hands to his hair in order to tug at it.

"Of course that idiot is going to head out into more danger rather than stay at the mansion where he'll be safe" Ken muttered angrily.

His best friend is just too fucking stubborn to take his ass to bed and just rest.

"No, thanks. Already got assaulted by Klaus this morning. Don't need a repeat" Sophie told the siblings.

She tried leaving but the siblings blocked her, stepping in front of her.

"What if whatever is responsible for all those dead witches is still out there? We've already established that it likes us and hates witches, so you'll be safer with us" Holden told her with a smile.

Porsche snorted causing his boyfriend and brother to look at him with raised eyebrows.

"He really couldn't have come up with anything else. It's clear he doesn't care for her so why the hell would he want her to be safe" Porsche rolled his eyes.

He thought Big was better than that.

But, then again he didn't know much about the former bodyguard.

Not when he first became a bodyguard himself and not even now, especially with his secret being spilled.

Hayley nodded while Sophie scoffed, clearly not buying that.

"Sorry if I'm not buying your sudden concern for my safety" Sophie told them with a tight smile.

She tried leaving only to stop when both Hayley and Holden slammed their fists onto the concrete wall, their smiles dropping as their faces turned serious.

Everyone couldn't stop themselves from flinching at the impact that the siblings made.

They were surprised to see that they made some dents on the wall, a concrete wall for that matter, but then again they were werewolves so they definitely had enough strength to break whatever they wanted.

The main family bodyguards couldn't help but shiver at the look at not only Big's face, but Hayley's too.

It's pretty clear those two are siblings since they are very much similar in, well, everything.

"Listen. The whole reason I came to this stupid town in the first place was to learn more about my brother and I's family. Your sister's the one that told me Marcel ran the werewolves out of the Quarter into the Bayou. And last night, I'm pretty sure that some guardian-angel-wolf saved our lives. So, we're coming with you" Hayley told her.

Holden nodded at his sister before turning to Sophie as he began to speak himself.

"Look, witch, the only reason I came here was because I've been wanting to reunite with my sister for a long time. Especially after getting out of a job I never wanted in the first place. But now that I've learned that she's pregnant and that there's information about our family, I'm determined to get answers and so is Hales. And the only way we're gonna get that is by heading into the bayou. So, whether you like it or not, we're going with you" Holden sternly said.

Kinn couldn't help but frown at the revelation that Big never wanted to work for him and his family in the first place.

He knows it's not really ideal for anyone to work in the mafia but Big never complained.

Looks like he was wrong to believe that.

And he doesn't know why but the revelation did sting a little.

While he was busy with his own thoughts everyone else couldn't help but grow curious at the siblings words.

Especially when mentioning their family and how they wanted to learn more.

None of them really knew about Big's life outside of the mafia, not even Ken.

They only knew him as an orphan. Before hiring him his information stated that he was an orphan and while his parents were written as deceased they were simply written as unknown.

Whenever they asked Big about it he would either shrug them off or change the subject.

They always believed that it was just a touchy subject for Big so they never pushed him.

But now they realize it's because he didn't know anything about his family either. He didn't have answers to their questions when he too wanted his own questions to be answered.

Sophie sighed in annoyance and opened her mouth to say something when someone else beat her to it.

"Can you three be more idiotic?" a familiar person asked.

All three of them turned around and saw Rebekah standing a few feet away from them, looking unimpressed as her eyes landed on the siblings.

Everyone couldn't stop themselves from laughing at Rebekah's appearance and the look on her face.

"Oh she looks so done with them" Porsche laughed.

"Yeah, the way she looks at them is the way Big and I looked at you whenever you annoyed the hell out of us" Ken told him with a smile.

Porsche glared at him and flipped him off.

Ken rolled his eyes while everyone either sighed or chuckled at their interaction.

The siblings glance at each other before looking back at the blonde Mikaelson who walked further towards them.

"Two can play the follow-game, you know. You heard Klaus, he and Marcel are headed right where you're going" Rebekah told them.

"Distract them. Easy" Macau shrugged to which Chay nodded in agreement.

If Klaus keeps Marcel distracted long enough for Sophie to get what she wanted and for the siblings to get what they wanted, none of them would have to worry.

"So distract them. Because unless you wanna lock a hormonal, pregnant werewolf in a tomb, along with a protective and stubborn brother, we're coming with you" Holden said.

"And wouldn't Elijah be mad if he hears that the baby, Holden and I died of asphyxiation?" Hayley asked, tilting her head.

The siblings looked at each other and smiled before looking back at the blonde Mikaelson.

Rebekah stares at the two siblings, visibly annoyed by their stubbornness. Sophie closed her eyes and sighed, annoyed that she was bringing three people with her when it's clear she wanted to go alone.

Everyone couldn't help but laugh loudly at the looks on both Rebekah and Sophie's face.

If some of them had their phones with them they for sure would've taken pictures in order to capture the moment.

The scene changes to the bayou and we see Sophie, Hayley, Rebekah and Holden walking together.

Hayley and Holden were in front with Hayley having a protective hand on top of her stomach while Holden stood at her side protectively with his hands in his pocket. Rebekah was behind them and Sophie stood behind her.

The camera pans to Rebekah and we see her on the phone.

"Who is she talking to?" Tem asked, tilting his head slightly.

Tankhun shrugged, "probably with Klaus. He's going to be with Marcel most of the time and my guess is that Rebekah is going to ask him to distract him while they are busy in the bayou".

Holden could hear Rebekah on the phone talking to Klaus and decided to listen in.

"Well, order up a few rounds of moonshine and steer clear of the dead witches for a few. The witch is on a burial mission, your baby mama is on a spirit quest with her brother tagging along" Rebekah spoke into her phone.

"Hey, Klaus!" Holden yelled, hoping that the hybrid heard him with his vampire hearing.

"Did he really have to do that?" Vegas asked, confused.

Nobody said anything at that with Pete just shrugging his shoulders.

"And I'm keeping Elijah's promise to keep the two of them safe. So, stall, please" Rebekah begged.

She didn't wait for an answer and quickly hung up. She sighed before continuing to walk, following the siblings as Sophie followed too.

Chay huffed causing his boyfriend to look at him with a raised eyebrow.

"I just hate that we can't hear what Klaus's saying. I'm curious" Chay told him with a pout.

Kim chuckled softly before placing a kiss to his boyfriends lips causing his pout to disappear and be replaced with a smile.

Porsche rolled his eyes at their interaction while Kinn let a small smile appear on his face.

The scene changes to a further part of the bayou and the camera pans to Sophie, Hayley, Rebekah and Holden that were still walking. Silence filled the air between them before it was broken.

"So, this harvest thingy, tell me more" Rebekah said.

"Klaus said to wait" Sophie reminded her.

Ken scoffed and rolled his eyes.

"He also said to stay out of the bayou but what do they do? They go there anyway" Ken muttered.

"Yes. He also said to stay out of the bayou and yet here we are, amongst the crawly, buzzy creatures" Rebekah reminded her.

The Marshall siblings stop walking as Hayley places her hand on a tree that was next to her.

"We're here" Hayley and Holden said in unison.

"I swear they have to stop doing stuff like that. It's a bit creepy" Pol shivered.

Big and his sister weren't even twins yet they certainly act like they were.

They four of them have reached the place where the witches were killed. And they were staring at the scene in front of them in shock and disgust.

The bodies of the dead witches were all bloodied and ripped apart, the camera pans over to a dismembered head that lies near the bodies.

Holden pressed his lips together and covered his mouth, trying his best not to throw up, as he looks away from the scene.

Despite working for the mafia he still was never used to dealing with dead bodies or seeing tons of blood.

Everyone had the same reaction as Big and did their best to look away from the scene.

The ones involved in the mafia were trying their best to act like it didn't bother them but they were obviously lying to themselves.

Hell, Vegas and Pete themselves look disgusted at the scene.

Macau and Chay gagged and would've thrown up if they hadn't hid their faces into the shoulders of their brothers.

"Who the hell fucking killed them?" Chan asked, bringing his hand up to cover his mouth.

Did the wolves do that?

He knows that wolves are ruthless but he didn't know they were ruthless enough to cause that much damage.

Sophie, who looked disgusted herself at the scene, took a deep breath before kneeling down as she set her bag down and opened it up in order to take out the ingredients she brought with her.

Hayley spotted something and her eyes widened in shock.

"Whoa" she breathed out, taking a few steps forward.

Holden furrowed his eyebrows before moving to stand next to his sister. He looked down to see a huge paw-print in the mud.

The camera pans to a nearby tree and we see three bloody scratches in the bark.

"Well, that definitely answered my question" Chan muttered.

"Is that a wolf track?" Sophie asked, furrowing her eyebrows together.

All of a sudden they hear the sound of crunching footsteps nearby. Almost instantly they were on high alert.

"Who's there?!" Rebekah called out, taking a few steps forward.

A figure appears to be a male as he approaches the four of them. Holden instantly puts himself in front of Hayley, ready to protect his sister and niece.

Despite how some people were tense and afraid, some couldn't help but smile softly at Big's actions.

How he was ready to protect his sister no matter what just shows how much he loves her.

The male stops at the sight of the four people with his eyes trained on Rebekah, realization washing in his eyes.

"What the hell? An original?" the male asked.

Before any of them can react he quickly speeds away, clearly scared, leaving the four people standing there in confusion.

"Seriously? Everyone knows who they are and are really scared of them" Jom asked in surprise.

"Well they are the original vampires and Klaus is the original hybrid, it only makes sense for them to be feared by all" Porsche shrugged.

Rebekah sighed and took her phone out so she could call Klaus to tell him everything that happened.

She walked off in order to talk to her brother leaving the three others to continue searching the place trying to see if there was anything else they could find or anything else they missed.

"Is it wise to tell Klaus what happened?" Tay asked, a little worried.

"Yeah, he told them to stay put but they didn't listen. And it's pretty clear that the guy doesn't have the best temper" Pol added.

Some people shivered since from what they've seen so far Klaus didn't have the best temper.

"But it makes sense for her to tell her brother what's going on. Especially if Marcel's informant is on his way to tell him everything that happened. Klaus is the only one that can stop him" Vegas explained.

The screen turns black before turning back on.

It's not late at night and the camera pans to Sophie's truck. We hear footsteps nearby and we see the siblings and Sophie heading over to the truck in order to head back.

Rebekah had left after her conversation with Klaus in order to go distract Marcel while Klaus went to deal with his informant.

"I'm surprised she didn't force Big and Hayley to head back to the mansion" Arm said.

Ken snorted, "this is Big we're talking about. He's not taking orders from anyone no matter who they are".

Chan nodded, "agreed and the same goes for Hayley. They're both stubborn"

"Those people, all this, because of a vision about my baby you don't think is true?" Hayley asked.

Sophie sighed as she opened the trunk and took her bag off before putting it inside.

"Look, I love Sabine, but she's the witch equivalent of a drama queen. I've learned to take little stock in whatever she says or sees. Just kinda wish she'd kept her mouth shut" Sophie said.

"You and me both" Holden scoffed.

Had that bitch kept her mouth shut about what happened he and his sister wouldn't have been attacked.

"Same" Macau voiced his agreement.

Everyone else did the same as they too were blaming Sabine for being the reason Big and his sister were attacked.

And something tells them they're still going to get caught up in some trouble because of her vision.

Hayley nodded at her brothers words before turning back to Sophie.

"The harvest ritual, you said you didn't believe in it. Were you right?" Hayley asked.

Sophie shook her head, "no. I saw it with my own eyes. It was working. It was real".

"So, how can you be so sure Sabine's vision isn't?" Holden asked, sounding worried.

Sophie didn't answer his question as she didn't know what to say. She simply turns to close her trunk before getting inside her truck. The siblings look at each other and sigh before getting inside the truck themselves.

Everyone frowned and couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe, Sabine's vision was real.

While some were still in denial because there's no way a baby could be powerful enough to put an end to all witches.

And even if the baby could do something like that it doesn't mean it deserves to be put down.

The scene changes back to the mansion and the camera pans inside where we see Hayley, Holden and Rebekah standing near a piano.

The siblings stood together while Rebekah stood across from them as she began to pour some alcohol into three glasses.

Seeing the sight of alcohol made everyone, except for Chay and Macau, sigh.

Ever since they got here they've been craving something strong to drink. They believed they needed it.

"Man, I would kill for tequila, whiskey or bourbon right now" Porsche said, resting his head on Kinn's shoulder.

Kinn nodded in agreement as he rested his head on top of his boyfriends.

"I don't care if we have to get you a leash, that was your last trip to the Bayou" Rebekah sternly told them.

Hayley and Holden rolled their eyes as they watched her finish filling up the last glass.

"What is it with you two and those wolves, anyway?" Rebekah asked.

"I feel like we're connected somehow" Holden shrugged slightly.

Hayley nodded before letting out a sigh, "I don't know. Maybe it's just some pipe dream that my brother and I have of finding any real family out there. But sometimes, when I feel like it's my brother and I against the world, it keeps us going".

Porsche and Chay couldn't help but relate to the Marshall siblings.

Ever since their parents died and they were stuck with their deadbeat gambling uncle their lives were anything but amazing.

But what kept them going was the fact that they had each other no matter what.

The same can be said for Vegas and Macau.

Despite how they had to live their lives, with their deadbeat abusive father, they at least had each other and that's what kept them going. Especially when they promised to always be there for each other.

It was them against the world, the same way it was for Big and Hayley.

Rebekah looks at the two of them sympathetically before holding out a drink for Hayley.

Hayley gives her a look causing Rebekah's eyes to widen when she realized that she couldn't drink because she's pregnant.

"Oh, right" Rebekah nodded.

She gulped down the drink herself before setting the now empty glass down. She then turns to Holden and holds out a glass for him.

"Don't mind if I do" Holden shrugged before taking the cup from her.

He, just like Rebekah, gulped the drink down very easily. He's been wanting a drink for a while especially with all he and his sister are going through.

"Well, that's true. He definitely deserves a nice drink, that's for sure" Ken nodded.

Although he would've preferred if his best friend just left New Orleans. Go somewhere that isn't full of supernatural beings.

He just wants him to be safe and it's quite obvious that New Orleans is anything but safe.

"Well, if you ask me, family is a pain in the behind" Rebekah said.

The siblings rolled their eyes in unison.

"And as for being in it alone, how dare you? I don't ruin a perfectly fabulous pair of boots traipsing through the bayou for just anyone" Rebekah told them.

As she gulps down another drink the siblings can't help but smile softly at her because of her words.

Everyone had the same reaction as the siblings especially when they could tell how true Rebekah's words were.

"Looks like they're beginning to grow on her" Pete softly smiled.

Just as Rebekah finishes her drink and sets her glass down the front door opens. The three of them turn around and see Klaus walking in.

Holden lets out a sigh at seeing Klaus and when their eyes meet he offers him a small smile.

Klaus looks surprised but, nevertheless, returns the smile and nods his head.

Tankhun couldn't help himself and let out a quiet squeal.

It's clear that Holden is beginning to warm up to the hybrid and the same can be said for Klaus.

"Nik! Finally, what-" Rebekah started but stopped as her eyes turned to another person that entered the house.

And that person just so happened to be Elijah himself, who smiled at his sister while said sister stared at him in shock.

At the sight of Elijah everyone couldn't help but smile or let out sighs of relief.

"Well it's about damn time he came home" Kim muttered.

"I don't know how Klaus was able to do it but thank god he finally got his brother back" Kinn sighed.

Hopefully with Elijah back the Mikaelson siblings can come up with a plan to take care of those witches. Along with taking down Marcel.

But lets not forget that together all three of them will be able to keep the siblings safe.

After her shock disappeared a smile appeared on Rebekah's face and she quickly rushed over to Elijah.

She wrapped her arms around her brother and hugged him tightly. Elijah returned the hug as the smile never disappeared from his face.

"Elijah, you're safe!" Rebekah breathed out in relief and happiness.

Elijah looks up and his eyes meet Hayley's and Holden's.

Holden smiled slightly at him and nodded his head to which Elijah smiled and nodded back.

But when he turns to Hayley he sees her smiling at him as she tucks a strand of her hair behind her ear before leaving the room.

Some people couldn't help but smile at the interaction Elijah had with the siblings. More specifically, Hayley.

It's quite clear he's growing feelings for the female werewolf and it's clear she's in the same boat as him.

They were curious to see how their relationship would grow.

Holden, having noticed their interaction, chuckled quietly just as Elijah and Rebekah pulled away from the hug.

"Now that you're home, is your first plan to kill Niklaus?" Rebekah asked, shooting a smile to her hybrid brother.

Holden snorted while Klaus sent her a slightly offended look before scoffing.

Everyone laughed at Rebekah's words while some were laughing at Klaus's reaction.

"I wouldn't be surprised if Elijah killed him considering Klaus was the one that daggered him in the first place" Pol laughed.

"Yeah, it makes sense for him to want some revenge" Arm nodded.

Elijah turns to his sister, "excuse me just a moment".

He kisses her on the forehead before walking out of the room. Rebekah stared at him before turning to Klaus.

"Where's he going?" Rebekah asked.

Klaus says nothing but the look on his face indicates that he has an idea as to where he was headed.

"He's going to see a pregnant werewolf, that's where he's going" Chan chuckled slightly.

Rebekah sighs before heading back to the room she was in to pour herself another drink.

Holden walks out of the room and makes his way towards Klaus. The hybrid looks at him just as he stops a few feet in front of him.

"You're back" Holden said.

Klaus nodded, "yes. I am".

"I thought Elijah was going to dagger you the way you did with him. Or actually kill you" Holden told him.

"Believe me when I say he was tempted to kill me but didn't. But he did give me a few good punches and kicks" Klaus said, rolling his eyes slightly.

Holden laughed at that to which Klaus let a small laugh escape his lips.

Everyone couldn't help but smile slightly at the scene between Big and Klaus.

Although some of them were wary of the hybrid it was nice to see Big and him slowly getting along.

Maybe they could be great friends if they were to get closer with each other and just know more about each other.

When their laughter died down the Marshall male spoke again.

"I'm glad you're here. I was getting a little worried when you weren't here when the girls and I arrived" Holden said.

"Oh, really?" Klaus asked, sounding intrigued.

Holden rolled his eyes, "only for a little bit. It went away when I realized that you're literally the hybrid and you can handle yourself".

Klaus chuckled, "well I'm flattered by your faith in me. It's very much appreciated".

"Just don't go daggering Elijah, or Rebekah, anytime soon. Those witches are still going to want to take care of us, mainly Hayley. And I refuse to let my sister and my unborn niece get hurt because of power hungry witches" Holden sternly said.

He doesn't care if he gets hurt, he just wants Hayley and his unborn niece to be safe.

"I just love how protective he is over Hayley and her baby and how he's willing to sacrifice himself just for them" Pete softly smiled.

"Yeah but he should also look out for himself. His safety is just as important as theirs" Ken frowned.

While he liked that his best friend was ready to protect his sister and niece no matter what.

He didn't like that he was willing to let himself get hurt or worse killed.

Big may not have died the first time around but whose to say it won't happen again, and for real this time.

He couldn't bear to lose him.

Klaus frowned slightly at his words before taking a step forward.

He hesitated before placing a gentle hand on his shoulder. Holden looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"I understand your concern and I promise you that my siblings and I are going to do everything we can to ensure the safety of Hayley and her baby" Klaus told him.

Holden nodded, "good".

"However, I also want you to be aware that we're not just going to protect them. We're protecting you too. Your life matters too and let it be clear that no matter what happens, I will do everything I can to keep you safe. I promise" Klaus sternly said.

Everyone in the theater were surprised at Klaus's words, they clearly weren't expecting him to say that.

In the beginning he had made it clear that he didn't want the child but that was proven to be a lie, especially with how he reacted when Hayley was going to have an abortion.

But even if he did show that he wanted the child he didn't really show that he cared for Hayley or Big.

But here he stood promising to protect not only Hayley and their child, but Big too.

And how genuine and serious he sounded was enough for them to know that he wasn't lying.

Holden stared at Klaus with visible surprise in his eyes.

He wasn't expecting Klaus to sound so genuine and serious. But the fact that he was willing to protect him, not just Hayley and his unborn child, proves alot.

Holden didn't know what to say and simply nodded his head in understanding to which Klaus nodded back, looking relieved.

Silence filled the air between the two of them as they stared at each other with Klaus's hand still on Holden's shoulder. Neither of them noticed how close they were to each other and even if they did, they didn't seem to mind.

Tankhun squealed loudly inside his head and prayed to god that they were going to kiss.

The silence was soon broken when Rebekah walked in.

"Nik, Holden, Elijah wants to see all of us. He has some information to share with us" Rebekah told them.

The werewolf male and the hybrid snapped out of it and moved back from each other, having realized just how close they were, and cleared their throats as they avoided looking at each other.

Tankhun groaned loudly in annoyance while throwing his head back.

Rebekah just had to show up at the worst time! Especially when Big and Klaus were having a moment together.

Everyone looked at Tankhun weirdly or confusedly but he ignored their looks and focused his attention on the screen.

"See you guys there" Holden muttered before quickly leaving the room.

Rebekah watched him leave before turning to her brother with a raised eyebrow. Klaus spared her a glance before leaving himself.

Rebekah sighed in slight annoyance before turning around and left, following behind her brother.

The scene changes to the study where we see Klaus and Rebekah sitting together while Elijah stands behind the desk. Hayley and Holden were standing together with their arms crossed over their chests.

"Everything that brought us here to New Orleans was a lie. This story that Sophie Deveraux fabricated, this struggle for control of the French Quarter, this war between vampires and witches, wasn't over territory at all, this was over Davina" Elijah explained.

Everyone looked at him in confusion and interest.

Everyone in the theater remained as silent as they could and leaned forward in their seats.

Now that Elijah was back he obviously had information, especially if he had been speaking to Davina.

And they, along with the two other Mikaelson siblings and the Marshall siblings, were curious to know what he found out.

"Eight months ago, Sophie Deveraux and her sister Jane-Anne lost everything. Now, four months after that, a young pregnant girl wanders into their restaurant. Suddenly, all hope is renewed" Elijah added.

Hayley pressed her lips together at that while Holden glanced at his sister.

"Jane-Anne actually sacrificed her life so that her sister can use you to find Davina. If Sophie Deveraux is successful in capturing Davina, she can return Jane-Anne's daughter back to life. We thought we'd come here to wage a war for power. This is about family. In order to return her niece to life, Sophie Deveraux will fight to the death. That makes her more dangerous than anyone" Elijah finished.

The Mikaelson siblings look at each other and the Marshall siblings did the same. It's clear they have their work cut out for them.

As the screen turned black everyone absorbed the information that was given to them thanks to Elijah.

They were surprised to know that not only Sophie was an aunt but that her niece had been chosen for the harvest and that she was killed.

And they sure as hell didn't know that the only reason Sophie and her sister had done everything they did just to get Davina back in order to complete the harvest.

And while they understand that Sophie just wants her niece back, the only family she has left, she's doing it her own way.

Not really caring who gets hurt or even dies in the process.

And Elijah declaring her as dangerous more than anyone is true, especially if she's fighting for family.

It's clear to say that Big and Hayley, along with the Mikaelson siblings, have a long road ahead of them.

And they were scared, and maybe a little intrigued, to see how it would all play out.
