(Holland's POV)

I looked around the empty hallways of hell. Huh? Was I late? There's no way I'm late because it's only 7:30. What's going on? Just as I was about to look around I saw a little boy at the end of the hallway. He looked oddly familiar and gestured me to come closer. I approached him with caution and as soon as I was close enough he took off towards the cafeteria. I groaned and ran after him.

"Hey kid wait up!" I yelled and he just giggled. Strange? I remember that giggle somewhere but can't put my finger on it.

He led me outside and to a tree. When I finally caught up with him, I was breathing heavily and panting like crazy. I took a good look at the boy and froze. He looked exactly like Dean did at that age. Same crazy hair and crazy excited eyes. Dear lord that's just great! Now he's haunting me in my dreams now! Just freaking fantastic!

The boy grabbed my hand and I gasped because of the little electrical shocks that shot up my arms. He smiled at me then pulled me down to his height. Once I was at eye level to me he put his little hand on my cheek and what he said next made my breath disappear.

"What happened to us Holly Bear? I miss us being together. I miss you coming to me when you're scared. I miss your cute little smile when we used to get ice cream together" he said and I closed my eyes.

"You won't understand Dean" I said with my eyes close.

"What won't I understand" said a much deeper voice. I opened my eyes to find a much older Dean staring at me with his crystal blue eyes. I looked away but he just grabbed my face in both of his hands forcing me to look at him. "Please tell me Holland"

I shook my head but he still didn't let go of my face. I looked up into his eyes and saw hurt flash.

"Please Holly" he said and I shook my head once again

"I-" I started but he quickly shut me up

"I love you Holland" he said and I stared at him with wide eyes "Always had and always will. Ever since our parents introduced us" he said and I was just about to yell at him when he pulled my face to his and kissed me.

THEN I WOKE UP.

Holy Hell I did not just dream of that!

God if you're listening I think I need a exorcism.

Because the worst part was that I actually enjoyed it.

Since that whacky dream happened and kept me up for most of the night, I decided that today would be my lazy day so I wore a huge sweater, a pink scarf and Uggs with my hair pulled back in a bun and no make-up. This is the most comfortable I have ever felt in a long time. I decided to leave early and get a gigantic Starbucks because I think I deserved it. As soon as I pulled up to school I couldn't help but get nervous butterflies in my stomach. I knew that something bad was going to happen today. I could feel it in my bones and my feelings were never wrong.

As I got out of my car I felt eyes on me. I ignored them and made my way toward my locker. My friends were running late because of traffic. I decided to make my way to health class early since today were going to have sub because Mrs. Grouch(and yes she's just as bad as her name) is having knee replacements. The first bell rang and kids started piling in. I saw the demon's spawn Lucy come in along with her followers, Dean's group, and lastly my friends ran in along with a couple of other kids right before the bell rang.

"I told you guys to leave earlier! But you never listen to me" I nagged and they all scowled at me. I grinned innocently and blew kisses to each of them. Kate and Ryland flipped me off and I gasped in mock horror. They rolled their eyes and laughed. Ryland looked at the cup in my hands and started gagging.

"Jesus Holly, if you keep drinking that you'll get diabetes" he said and I scowled.

"Oh this is coming from the boy that eats cake and then washes it down with soda instead of water!" I said and this time he scowled instead of me.

"That was one time!" He groaned.

"Four times" Kate,Harmony,River,Alfonso, and I said. He just grumbled under his breath and looked at the door as our sub walked in.

Mrs. Walker walked in and we all cheered. Mrs. Walker is everyone's favorite teacher because her teaching style is a little unique, since she's the drama teacher.

Mrs. Walker bowed and some of her greying hair came out of her bun. She reminded me of my grandma before she moved back to Hawaii. I missed my grandma but luckily my cousins taught her how to Skype so I could talk to her.

"Okay class settled down!" She asked and we immediately quieted down. "So as all of you know Mrs. Grouch is having knee surgery so I will be your sub until she returns in 2 months" she said while looking at her notes." So I see that your in the marriage and parenthood part in the book. Am I correct?" She asked and we all nodded. She then grinned "Excellent" she yelled and we all looked confused. "Okay so since I'll be your teacher for the next 2 months, what do ya say if we liven up this class a bit" We all nodded our hair once again and she continued "Wonderful, so for this chapter, I was thinking we could do a little project" everyone groaned and she rolled her eyes. "Oh quit you groaning, this will be a fun project and you hardly have to do anything"

"Mrs. Walker how much time do we have for this project?" A boy asked

"You have until Mrs. Grouch comes back" she answered

"What's this project about?" Kate asked and Mrs. Walker grinned wickedly.

"Well I was thinking that we do a little marriage and parenthood trial. You'll be paired up with a person and see what it's like to be married and have children. That way you'll be more prepared about what to expect in the future when you do decide on settling down" she said a we all looked at her like she finally lost it.

"What do we have to do?" Jared, Dean's friend,asked

"Well I'm going to pair you up. Then I will give you a set of rings that ,with the help of the technology and science club, will allow me to monitor your progress. You will have to be with each other basically 24/7. If your not the rings will notify me when you're slacking and blowing off the project. You will have to get to know each other because at the end of this I will ask you questions about your partner. The first couple of weeks will be the marriage part. The the remaining of the weeks will be the child portion of the trial. Now I will talk about that part when we get to it but now I wanna pick your partners. These will be permanent and as soon as I call out all the names I want you to get with your partners and then we'll take it from there" she said and I was nervous. What if I get someone I hate?What if the person hates me? Now I really hate this project.

Mrs. Walker started calling off names

"Alfonso and Diana"

"Nick and Sabrina

"Harmony and Kaden" I shot Harmony a look and she blushed. She always had a crush on Kaden ever since we were little.

"Kate and Jared" Kate groaned and Jared grinned. Ever since the 8th grade Jared has always messed with Kate. He would always bug her when we were in gym class and once he even threw her over his shoulder and ran around with her because she ignored him for 2 weeks. He may be quiet around others but when it comes to Kate he'll let his fun side come out.

"Mina and Brody"

"Ryland and Mia" I looked at Ryland and saw him blushing. My eyes bulged out of my head when I saw his blush. He never blushes for a girl. I looked towards Mia and saw her talking to her friend. Her cheeks were pink and she looked everywhere else but at Ryland. Her friend said something to her and then wiggled her eyebrows at Mia. Mia gasped and her whole face turned a deep shade of red. I leaned over my desk and whispered in Ryland's ear.

"YOU LIKE HER!!" I whispered yelled and he snapped his head toward me while glaring

"Shut it" was all he said and I chuckled. Yep he was definitely liked her. I've never seen him act like this before and I have to admit, it's freaking hilarious. I'm SOO gonna use this against him when he gets me mad!

"Why Ry? She's nice, sweet, and beautiful" I said and he sighed. It's true, she was all those things and more. We became really close since we were on the Volleyball team and our sisters are best friends. Shes's a great girl and a perfect choice for Ryland. Where he's loud, obnoxious, and sarcastic, Mia's quiet and timid, but opinionated. She could definitely handle him. He groaned and I chuckled while taking a drink of my coffee.

"Holland and Dean" I started to choked on my drink and did a spit take. Ryland's head snapped up and he started laughing. He laughed so hard that he fell out of his seat and started crying.

"What!" I yelled

"You're so screwed" he said but I barely heard him because I was looking at Mrs. Walker with wide eyes. She raised a eyebrow at me

"Is there a problem Ms. Carter" she asked and I was about to answer her when the devil's spawn spoke up.

"Yes there is Mrs. Walker! Why the Hell does she get him! I deserve him".she said and Everyone rolled their eyes

"Sit down Satan's Spawn this has nothing to do with you and you're obsessive nature" I said and everyone started laughing. Even Mrs. Walker laughed but hid her grin behind her clipboard. She huffed and glared at me. I knew that this wasn't over because she would never give up that easy. I just rolled my eyes and turned my attention back to Mrs. Walker but she held out her hand in a stopping motion.

"I know what your about to say Holland and there is no way I will change partners. I'm sorry sweetie" she said and then started naming off the last pairs. I zoned out after my named was called. I can't believe my luck. OUT OF ALL PEOPLE!! I JUST HAD TO GET HIM! I looked at him and he looked like he was trying to hold in a grin. Our eyes met and his grin finally broke free. I scowled at him and his winked at me while blowing a kiss. I rolled my eyes and then smiled. He looked confused then scowled at me when I flipped him off. Jared laughed and slapped his back saying something like 'good luck with that one'. I then flipped both of them off. They both scowled and I laughed, blowing Dean a kiss. He smirked and then rolled his eyes. I looked at Kate and then nodded toward Jared. She grinned then called his name. He looked confused and then huffed when she flipped him off. Dean laughed and said the exact thing Jared said to him. Kate and I laughed so hard that we were crying. Mrs. Walker clapped her hands to get out attention.

"Okay class, we will begin the trial today. Gentlemen please come with me. Ladies please wait here and quietly talk amongst yourselves. We should be back in a jiffy" she said. I took Ryland's seat to talk to my friends.

"Well me and Kate got screwed" I said

"True that!" Kate grumbled.

"What do you think their doing?" Harmony asked. I shrugged

"I don't know but we'll find out soon enough"

(Dean's POV)

We were walking down the corridors, following Mrs. Walker. I was deep in thought when Jared shoulder bumped me.

"What do you think about this project dude?" He asked and I shrugged. On the outside I was calm and trying to act cool but on the inside I was excited. I wanted to run up to Mrs. Walker and hug the life out of her for pairing me with Holland.

"I don't know dude. We'll see how it goes" I said shrugging again "How bout you? You happy with your partner" I asked casually trying not to grin. I knew that Jared had a crush on Kate since middle school because I would always catch him looking at her when she wasn't paying attention. His red face just confirmed my theory.

"Shut up Dean!" He said punching me in the arm. I raised my hands in a surrender motion.

"Jeez if it'll make you happy I'll drop it but there's no need for you to get violent" he snorted and I laughed. Someone slapped our backs and we turned to see Chris grinning at us.

"Can you believe this! I officially love health class! I got the hottest girl in school as my partner!" He said and we rolled our eyes. How coincidental that the two most self-obsessed people would be partners. I'm just glad I dodged a bullet with that one.

"Yeah man congrats with that one" Jared said trying to laugh. And being the idiot that Chris is he just thanked Jared and went to talk to the other guys. I rolled my eyes and Jared busted out laughing.

Mrs. Walker clapped for our attention once we were outside the science lab. We all looked at her weirdly and she began talking. "Okay boys, right now in order to get the full experience of marriage you need to pick a ring. Now think about your partners when your picking out one. And remember that these are special rings and need to be handled with care." We all nodded and she ushered us into the room.

On the tables were dozens of little black boxes with rings in them. We all looked at each other and gulped. Today was going to be a long day.

(Holland's POV)

Mrs. Walker led us to the science lab and we looked at her questionably. She shrugged and ushered us inside.

On the tables were dozens of little black boxes with wedding bands in them. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! Not only do we have to play the part but now we have to wear rings. Ugh! This day just keeps getting better and better. I knew I should have stayed home. Maybe if I did I could work on this project alone. I blame this all on the damn dream. I walked toward the table and looked over the rings until a particular one caught my eye. I picked it up and inspected it. It was a simple silver band with a engraving inside. I looked at the other rings and found out that some of them were also engraved. Wow Mrs. Walker really is serious about this project. I shrugged, I was done looking for a ring. I liked the one I have and decided that it totally fits Dean. Simple but at the same time it's not. I read the engraving and was confused by what it said. It read: Together. I shrugged and Mrs. Walker led us back to the class room. I was talking with Kate about our partners when we walked in and stopped dead in our tracks. Every boy was lined up on the wall looking at us. Mrs. Walker told us to line up in front of our partners and we did. Then what they did next made every girl in the room gasp. Including me.

They each got down on one knee and took our left hands. Mrs. Walker went down the line and each boy asked their partner to marry them. When it was Dean's turn he looked into my eyes and I swear it got 20x more hotter in here and I almost fainted.

"Holland Carter, you're a beautiful,talented,smart,sweet, and caring woman. Please give me the honor of making you mine. Together forever. I'll Always be by your side." He said and I gasped. I remember telling him that the day Jeremy Collins gave me a bracelet. He still remembered? I felt tears in my eyes. He was still waiting on a answer and everyone was looking at us with wide eyes. Even Mrs. Walker's mouth was hanging open. I blushed and wipe away the stray tear hoping no one saw.

I took a deep breath and looked him in the eye saying 6 simple words.

"Yes, Dean. I will be yours"
