Jannat Mansion:

Preparations for Manan engagement are going on full swing they decided to include south Indian and North Indian rituals. Since Nandini parents are Tamilians and Manik parents are Punjabis.

The functions before engagement are:

1. Mehendi ceremony between friends and family

2. Next day; morning Ganesh puja, small function and in evening engagement and party

Friday

The preparations are going in full swing keeping in mind of their children tastes. Raj, Raman, Manav, Karan, Abhi, Cabir and Aryan are working so hard to make it one memorable engagement.

Manan are watching from stairs seeing their family taking care of every single decorations and making sure no mistake happens

Cabir and Amit ran away and manik was running behind them all the family members are laughing and finally cabir and amit hide behind nandini

Around 09:00 am guests started to come manav, raj and raman are welcoming them other boys are looking final touches girls are making nandini ready, Karan is with manik

In Punjabi sagai, both the family of bride and groom exchange sweets and give clothes and the bride father give kada, gold ring and gold chain.

Raman comes forward and put tilak on manik forehead and makes him wear kada and gift gold coin and chain manik takes blessing from both raman and ishita both kissed his forehead.

Raj and Nyonika comes forward and put tilak on nandini forehead and gives her clothes and sweets, nandini takes blessing from both of them and both kiss her forehead.

Tamil:

The engagement ceremony in tamil is called as Nichayathartham. The ceremony begin with worshiping of Ganesh followed by exchange of clothes and gifts between both the families. Later bride and groom change into new clothes. After they come back groom sister apply tilak of kumkum and chandan on bride forehead and offers her garland, while bride's brother does the same with groom. Bride and groom exchange the rings and takes blessing from elders.

Manik and Nandini sits in front of Ganesh idol and pandit ji started the puja after 1hr the puja got completed and Raj-Nyonika and Raman-Ishitha exchanged clothes and gifts. Pandit ji asked Nandini and Manik change into new clothes and come.

Nandini and manik were taken to their respective rooms so that they can change for another ritual Krystle is helping nandini

After 40 min both came down, mukti came forward as manik sister and applied tilak of kumkum and chandan on nandini forehead and offers garland and after that cabir came forward as nandini bother does same as mukti for manik.

Pandit ji: abh aap dono ek dusre ko angoothi pehna do

Manik ask nandini hand she gives her left hand manik slips the ring and kiss her cheek all throws flowers on them. After that nandini ask manik hand and he gives his right hand she slips the ring all throws flowers on them. They blessing of elders and their friends hug each other.

Karan: papa me and cabir are going to check the venue

Nandini: I'm so tired can

Raj: y don't u go and sleep princess

Around 5:00pm nandini wakes up and goes down

She looks see raj sitting on sofa she goes near him and side hugs

Raj: had a nice sleep

Raman: u will have something princess

Nandini: no papa

Krystle: chalo nandini lets get u ready

Nandini: bhabhi after half an hour in meanwhile u guys get ready

Nandini goes towards garden and plays with browny, just then manik comes their

Nandini: out of the world. How are u feeling?

Soon all of them came down manan are coming in separate car, in first car Dadi and Nani in second car Manav, Mansi, Karan and krystle in third car Raman, Ishitha, Raj and Nyonika in fourth car Aryan, Cabir and Abhi and in fifth car Aliya, Mukti and Navya.

All came out and see media is waiting for them they take their pics and goes inside finally Manan arrived and Manan poses for camera and later their family also joined and take a group pic and goes inside.

Soon guests started to arrive and event people escorts them inside

Soon all the guests arrived and they were made to sit

Host: welcome to engagement party of handsome hunk Manik Malhotra and gorgeous Nandini Murthy

Manan came on the stage manik pops the champagne and poured it two glasses and gave the bottle to waiter to serve the guests

Soon one by one came and congratulated them and manan thanked them and clicked pics

After sometime the host announces for couple dance and Manan comes to centre and dance on romantic song

The party ended at 2:00am and everyone came back home and changed into comfortable dress and drifted to sleep......
