No. 04- Missing
The Five skeletons had finally reached the snowy woods.
The woods loomed over the skeletons, as they threatened them to enter the darkness of the forest.
Nightmare was the first one to step foot into he forest. The darkness swallowed him, as he blended into the darkness. All that was noticeable was his bright blue eye-light.
Nightmare had better night vision then the rest, so he could lead the group.
Cross obediently followed behind Nightmare, as he clanged onto him.
Nightmare just rolled his eye-light.
Horror came in next, with Dust and Error following after.
They glued themselves together, staying near each other so no one would leave, well besides Cross and Nightmare, they were ahead.
The trees' leaves shook from the wind going through the thick forest. Everything had harsh shadows covering them.
As they walked, the story sky started to get shadowed by the trees, as light fell from the eyes.
Cross kept a strong grip onto his knife, with Chara floating beside him.
Chara looked like a young boy, as he was see through, with containing only white and black clothing, along with their skin and hair were pure white, pale even.
Chara eyed the forest around them while they walked as the trees crowded them more and more.
Error had decided to leave a few strings connecting some tree branches as land marks, as the strings combined into different designs, as so they know that they've been there, and just to calm everyone's nerves of becoming lost.
Soon, the leave's of the trees had put a blanket over the skeletons, as they fell into pure darkness. The only things showing was their eyes lights.
Thats when Nightmare had stopped.
Cross stopped instantly as soon as Nightmare did. That made everyone else stop as they bumped into each other.
"Why did we stop?" Cross asked Nightmare, who was right beside him.
Nightmare just stood there. Looking down at something.
The goopy skeleton picked up something.
Killer's shoes were in his hand.
Cross had brought out on of his red glowing knifes to support as light, as he then noticed what was in his hand.
"Are those. . . "
"Killer's? Yeah."
Horror had looked over Nightmare's shoulder, followed by the others as they circled Nightmare.
"Do you think. . ." Dust started but stopped, not wanting to bring anything they didn't want to hear at the moment.
"No, I don't think he's dead. I don't see any dust laying around, no anything else that belongs to Killer." Error stated, pointing out truthful facts.
Nightmare stayed silent. He eyed the area, thats when he noticed something glowing ahead of them.
Horror looked where Nightmare was stalking at, as he too, noticed the glow.
"Whats that glow?" Horror pointed over to the glowing area.
"No idea. . ." Nightmare mumbled.
"Do you think it's anything good?" Error investigated the glow more, as Cross spoke out the obvious question at hand.
Error walked towards the glow.
"What are you doing?!" Dust growled, " We don't know if that glow is anything to do with good, nor do we need anyone else going missing!"
"It does't hurt to check it out though." Error shot back at Dust, turning this head towards him.
"Should we slept up?" Horror brought up, "Like, some of us could check the glow out, while the others go back to the meet up area to see if anything happens there."
Error turned his body towards Nightmare.
"What do you think?"
"Ugh, nothing could get worse then this, but, seriously, we need a better plan." Nightmare rolled his shoulders, making Cross stop clinging onto him.
"We could make a sound we recognized to say if anything happened." Dust suggested.
"Could work." Error spoke up.
The skeletons looked back at nightmare, who just mumbled.
"Fine. Me, Cross, and Error will check out the glow. You and Dust will go back to the meet up area. We'll scream bloody murder or something if something goes wrong."
"So anything that sounds like a dead horse is an alert? Alright." Dust joked, trying to lighten the mood, while walking away with Horror.
Nightmare growled a bit at Dust's joke, not enjoying Dust's humor.
Cross turned back to the glow, eyeing it warily.
Error looked over at Nightmare before continuing to go over to the glow, with Cross. Nightmare followed in the shadows, not getting close to the strange moonlight glow that was blazing through the shadowed forest.
The snow crunched underneath the skeletons' feet as they made their way towards the intriguing light.
Error and Cross made it to the door first with Nightmare tagging behind slowly.
Cross's eyes filled with confusion as he suspiciously glared that the glow.
There was a door, that wasn't connected to anything that would've supported it. The door held the glow as it light up the area it touched.
Nightmare had made it to the door, as he watched the expressions on his fellow skeleton teammates. Nightmare stared at the door intently.
"So. . .THIS is what was making the glow?" Cross questioned.
"But why?" Error asked the question that they all knew could never be answered.
Cross walked closer to the mysterious door but was stopped by a slimy tentacle.
Cross turned around to find the tentacle attached to Nightmare, him having a serious face, but not without a slight blue blush that was barely visible because of his color.
"Are you sure you want to. . .go close to it?" Nightmare interrogated Cross.
Cross stared at Nightmare, as his checks dusted slightly purple.
"Well thats the only way for us to know if the door is safe or not dumbass." Error interrupted the moment, clearly not impressed.
Error kinda already knew that those two are. . . pretty close, and he knew. . other things about those two. They should really just get together already but Nightmare rejected that idea, not wanting to seem 'weak' or have a weakness.
Nightmare let go of Cross, as his blush faded.
"I'll check it out." Cross responded, as he stepped over towards the door.
The winter skeleton touched the door handle, he seemed hesitant.
"Whats taking so long?" Nightmare mumbled under his breath, impatient.
Cross built the courage to open the door, but to his dismay, the door showed. . .
nothing.
It just showed the other side of the woods.
"Well thats a big disappointment." Error pointed out.
"Indeed." Nightmare confirmed.
Error turned away from the floor along with Nightmare, while Cross glanced at the door one more time before joining the others.
That is, until. . . .
Cross felt something grab onto his arm, he lagged behind Nightmare and Error.
He turned to face whatever grabbed him, but he saw absolutely nothing.
But Cross felt a force push him to the door without realizing that he had started to walk towards it.
Nightmare nor Error had noticed him disappearing.

"What the hell are you doing Cross?!" Chara screamed at Cross, who was walking towards the door.
Chara appeared next to Cross. floating as he wasn't exactly 'real'.
The two held the same soul, or the two half, one human and one monster, as the two floated near each other.
Chara can only get away from Cross for about an Hour and only by a few miles, or if they were in a huge house, they could get on opposite sides and be fine.
Cross hadn't answered Chara as he followed the road that he could see till he made it back to the glowing moonlight door.
The lights shaded his skull as he stepped closer.
The door looked more imitating when he was alone as he didn't have the protection of his two other skeleton teammates, as something could pop up and attack him any moment, even though Chara could alert Cross before hand if he saw any movement.
How do you think Cross is so good at card games like 'Go Fish' or 'Uno'?.
Cross's skeletal hand brushed against the cold, rusty door handle, as he held his breath and opened the door.

Nightmare was making his way through the snowy woods as Error tagged belong closely behind, not wanting to get lost.
The trees started to clear as they slithered through the darkness.
As Error pushed through the branches that took themselves in front of their path, Error noticed something.
Cross wasn't with them.
"Uhhh. .Nightmare?"
"What do you want? We have to report to the two that the door was nothing.''
"But uh. . . .Cross is missing."
nightmare stopped immediately after hearing that phrase.
"Shit."
Nightmare turned around and started booking it back to the forest, with Error running behind.

The door was squeaky, as it cried in pain that Cross had opened it.
As what Error said, the view was disappointing. it was only the other side of the forest it painted on itself.
Cross sighed, as he started to walk away from the door until he felt something grab onto his leg.
He looked down at his leg and found. . .
Nothing.
But, his leg felt heavy, and when he tried to move his leg but it didn't move. He then tried to move his other leg, but it didn't move either.
He felt. . light. As his head started pounding at his skull, pain warnings floated around in his mind.
He felt like he was going to fall any moment.
And thats when everything dark as he fell onto the ground.
But that wasn't the weird thing.
someone was dragging him into the door, as the door showed a whole different room, as everything went black.
All he heard was someone screaming for his name.. .
