Tak Dong-kyung's house doorbell incessant ringing at 3:33 AM jolts and wakes her up from her drunk slumber , she hits her head on table while getting up because she was sleeping under the living room dining table and she yells " Okay okay I'm coming have some patience."

She slowly step by step stumbles towards the door and looks out the peephole and gasps when she sees a train making its way through a snowy mountain.

She vigorously rubs her eyes and looks through the peephole again. This time , she sees the Florence Duomo of Italy and she steps back baffled, Dong-kyung slowly open the door and peeks and in her mind she wishes that she saw was the truth and instead of The snowy mountain or Italy we find Myul-mang who proceeds to give a cherry hello with a broad smile.

Myul-mang says " I played a little prank on you , so you'd open the door faster."

A still baffled Dong-kyung says "What?"

Myul-mang then tells her about the images of Switzerland and Italy. Dong-kyung recalls him and says "Ahhh.....you are that doctor I bumped into..in the hospital right? Why are you here?"

Myul-mang introduced himself by telling her his name and insisted that she had called for him here at her house. He nudges her aside and makes himself comfy at her home on her couch and says "Interesting I thought your house was big , that's why you were taking time to open the door.....but it is small."

Myul-mang sees her parent's wedding photo and a red velvet cake on the table , he contemplates that it is their memorial day. He adds that today is his birthday and he starts chomping on the cake by cutting it bit by bit with a knife.

Dong-kyung gets annoyed and screams "Hey, what do you think you are doing? Are you crazy or did you just come from a mental hospital?". Myul-mang acts unfazed and keeps on eating , She scoffs at him and then after a while politely wishes him Happy birthday while secretly on the other hand dialing 112 for the police.

Myul-mang drops the knife back on the table and the phone switches off , Dong-kyung's heart races and she gulps. He then mentions her wish to call for doom on earth and Dong-kyung misunderstands it and thinks he is stalking her and calls him a stalker. Myul-mang finishes the cake and then from the couch he points at the calendar with the knife and a red circle appears on 2nd March 2021, Tuesday and says "That is the day you die on , perfect 100 days".

Dong-kyung's eyes open wide like a frog and she hides behind the wall peeking at him and asks him whether he is a doctor from the hospital and he laughs and asks her whether a doctor can do what he just did and she nods and says "You're right...a doctor probably can't do that".

He then goes on explaining that his birthday comes only after every century and leaps over destiny, so she should be glad and she must take advantage of this 1 in a million opportunity. Dong-kyung has an epiphany and gasps "Oh my gosh... I didn't know brain tumors could cause such fascinating hallucinations like this".

Myul-mang chuckles and says "Since you are still half drunk , I will give you more time to wrap your head around all of this. Meet you soon in your dreams...my birthday isn't over yet". He then proceeds to walk through the door without opening it......

Dong-kyung says to herself repeatedly that this is just a dream and that he didn't come to her house and falls flat asleep and cuddles with her cushion on the couch. Outside, Myul-mang says to himself "No way, this is a dream , Oh these humans...seriously ... .calling me a hallucination , there is a limit...oh God".

When Dong-kyung finally falls into a deep sleep she finds herself teleported to Myul-mang's lair which is sort of cave chic, there are massive rocks and candles everywhere. Myul-mang welcomes her , she asks him if he kidnapped her and he says"Yes, something like that but indirectly , you can say I am trespassing your dream right now without your permission".

She doesn't understand a word that he says and she stares amazed at the level of detail his house had and starts touching the rocks , asking him about his alcohol antique bottles and then proceeds to bounce on his gray couch.

She forgets about the fact that he kind of kidnapped her and excitedly says "Wow...wow....wow...this place is so cool".

Myeol-mang's causal speech irks her, but he argues she started speaking with him casually first starting with her doom wish. He gets up in her space, and Dong-kyung decides she needs to leave and she starts running around finding the door to leave and then finally she finds a door.

She opens the front door only to find herself thousands of feet up - the house is built into a cliff. With a snap of his fingers, Myul-mang transports them to a beach saying that's where she wants to be. He says it's a thank you for the red velvet cake. Dong-kyung gets a bit emotional and asks "So you're saying you ... .really are doom?"

He nods and says with a soft smile "I am doom and I am somewhat responsible for all the kinds of endings.."

She then proceeds to ask him the most important question "Then just bring yourself upon the world. Why are you doing this to me?"

Myul-mang says "What makes you think I never tried to? I couldn't...A mere will of a program wasn't enough , maybe." She tells him to speak in simple words and Myul-mang then says that as a human she has power over him , despite him being the doom. That's how Shin (Goddess of Fate) designed the system.

He smirks and says since she wished for doom perhaps this time , the destruction of the world might just happen. She looks at him with a serious face and asks "But why me...me of all people?"

Myul-mang says "Because you were the only one who wished , who wished for what you wanted , just as the star was dying and also the fact that we both thought about the doom of the world at the same time."

He laughs at her assumption that he'll wink out of existence like in fantasy novels if he doesn't fulfill her wish. Myul-mang says it's a mandate that he becomes someone's hope on his birthday.

Myul-mang starts singing his name and the mandate slowly

O Doom, may you be someone's hope on the day you were born.

Her phone alarm starts to ring and she tries finding her phone in her pockets but can't find it.

He says "Too bad it's time for you to wake up now" and he snaps his fingers and wakes her up.
