Myul-mang walks down the street and pauses outside of a bakery. After staring at the cakes he says "These humans always get to have birthdays and people celebrating it for them and I have been on earth for a thousand years and not once Shin allowed me to be happy" , he scoffs at some humans and keeps on walking.

Meanwhile, on the subway metro, Dong-kyung opens her phone and watches that viral video again and she reads the vicious hate comments about her. A woman alerts her that a man is filming Dong-kyung, so she confronts him.

When he starts to run out at the next stop, Dong-kyung chases him all the way out to the street. Nearby on the opposite side of the street, Myul-mang gets in his carmine red Porsche Macan GTS and when he starts the ignition ,Two cars crash. He then proceeds to take out a cigarette and lights it. A massive hole appears in the middle of the street right below the feet of the man Dong-kyung was chasing. She stares down at the man, stunned.

She utters a shocked "OH MY GOSH!!!!!" and slowly steps away from the massive hole on the street

Myeol-mang's bad mood gets worse as he ruminates over his conversation with the goddess and wonders what makes humans so special.

Outside, Dong-kyung gets caught in the pouring rain without an umbrella on her walk home.

She sighs heavily in rain and says "Great this was the only thing remaining now to make my day more worse".

Her little brother Tak Sun-kyung calls asking her for 6,72,300 won. From her response, this is a typical occurrence. He gives an excuse about the fact that he got into a fender-bender for crashing a rental car in Jeju island , but he's actually playing games with his friends at an internet café.

Dong-kyung scolds him for being like this on their parent's death anniversary which he forgot about. He's unfazed and brushes it off. After hanging up on him, she sees a bakery and enters to buy a cake for her parent's death anniversary and arrives home completely drenched because of the rain.

Dong-kyung says to herself in her mind "I learned how to swallow my tears. I wonder where those tears ended up?"

She places her parent's wedding photo on the table and sits down to eat. she flashes back to her parents' funeral where she holds her little brother's hand as their relatives sit nearby discussing whether to send them away or have a family member raise them. 

  Now she concludes that all those repressed tears must've settled somewhere in her brain, causing her illness. Her aunt Kang Soo-ja calls from Canada and makes sure she bought a cake for her parents - it's better to celebrate than be depressed.

They chat comfortably and seem close. Dong-kyung keeps her diagnosis to herself and lies that she's doing well. Her aunt happily notes that things are finally going their way. After they hang up, Dong-kyung tells her parents she's dying and asks if it hurts to die.

   As she gazes at the image of her parents, a sense of longing washes over her, a yearning for their comforting presence in her time of need. "I wish you were here," she whispers softly, her voice choked with emotion. "I wish I could talk to you, ask for your guidance." 

"I am finally going to be able to meet you both again, Mom and Dad," Tak Dong-kyung murmurs, her voice quivering with pain and longing. Each word carries the weight of years of sorrow and longing, a desperate plea to reunite with the parents she lost too soon.

 With trembling hands, she reaches out to touch the image of her parents, her fingers lingering on their smiling faces as if seeking solace in their presence. But the photograph offers no comfort, only a cruel reminder of what she has lost.

She sits alone in the silence of her living room, surrounded by memories of the past, she can't help but feel the crushing weight of her grief pressing down on her soul.

While drinking on the roof, Dong-kyung gets a text from her cheating ex who wants to explain. Then, she receives a text about her loan being overdue.

Several shooting stars light up the night sky, and Dong-kyung yells out her wish "I hope the world goes to hell! I wish everything would just stop existing! Bring doom upon the world!" With that out of her system, she laughs.

At home, Myul-mang hears the wishes of many people throughout the city, most of them wishing for personal gain, but suddenly he hears our Dong-kyung screaming for doom in between the rest of the happy wishes.

The wishes he heard were mostly like " Please, let me win this lottery , I want my mom to be happy......please let me shed just 80 kg please....., To hell to this world !"

He continues drinking his alcohol at first thinking that the to hell to this world wish was a joke but then he suddenly stops drinking as he hears Dong-kyung yell again " To hell with everything!!! Bring doom to this world! "

Myul Mang remained enigmatic, a silent specter lingering in the shadows, his presence an unsettling reminder of the capriciousness of destiny.

With a subtle smirk playing on his lips, he finally broke his silence, his voice low and tinged with amusement. "Ah, now here's a wish that reeks of alcohol," he remarked wryly, the hint of a chuckle underlying his words.

And with that cryptic observation, he vanished into the night, leaving behind a lingering sense of unease and intrigue in his wake.
