Song: It's Changed by lemonymoll

I was messing around with a box of gel pens I'd gotten for Christmas and voila! These are the results:

It was pretty difficult because the gel pens take literal DAYS to dry and there was always the fear of smudging it. I didn't do any line work or use any reference photos for this because a) you couldn't erase the pencil marks after inking without smudging the gel and b) I wanted to try and challenge myself.

These are the random doodles I did when I didn't have anything in mind.

I found that using sticky notes was better for this because I felt less guilty about throwing out my failures (there were a LOT). With paper paper, I feel this pressure like, "I swear to god if I mess up this perfectly clean piece of paper aghhhh....." but with sticky notes it was more, "Ah, who cares? They're cheap sticky notes, so whatever."
