"What?" Dean breathed out with a sad expression.

He moved off of cas and the bed, standing up. "I- i said i dont t-hink this us going to w-work out." Cas sobbed covering his face and letting his tears flow.

His breath hitched and he took a minute to breath. "I-i know yo-u dont want to be with m-me dean.." Cas sat up and leaned over still crying.

"Cas why would you think that?" Dean asked wiping the tears filling in his green eyes. "W-we can never do anything because of my stupid lungs!" Cas hit his chest, hard, causing his breath to stop for a second.

"Cas dont do that!" Dean grabbed Castiels wrists and looked into his teary eyes. "So what there my lungs!" Cas yelled back sobbing. "Cas please dont do this..." Dean replied still holding onto the smaller boys wrists.

Cas fought back before giving up and letting his arms go limp as he cried silently. "I-i know you dont want to be with me dean.." He started. "I-i cant please you because of my-" he took a large breath. "my lungs.. And its not fair for you.. We cant kiss for more than 10 seconds or else ill probably, literally die... Why would you want to be with me huh? Im worthless!"

Cas looked up and saw deans eyes gleam with tears. "Castiel Novak dont you dare say your worthless!" Dean argued back raising his voice. "You are the best person i ever met and i dont care if your broken! No one cares if your broken! Your still the same cas that i fell in love with! Just because you have a shit pair of lungs doesn't mean we have to break up." Deans voice cracked at the end, a single tear rolled down his cheek, causing castiels eyes to widen.

"Dont you dare say your worthless.." Dean repeated again bitting his lip. "Your my everything cas.." He breathed out.

Cas was at loss for words, he shook his head slowly before wiping his tears. "I-Im sorry.." He stuttered pulling dean into a tight hug. "Please dont cry.." He whispered, leaning his head on deans shoulder.

Dean hugged castiel back in return before pulling him away. "Cas i have to tell you something.."  Cas tilted his head before nodding. "W-whats wrong?" Cas wiped deans tears noticing his serious face.

"Theres something you don't know about me."
