Okay, here may be some reasons as to why the character may be special without any abilities at all.

1. Jeff loves seeing her suffer

2. Jeff wants to have a pet

3. Jeff failed to kill her, thus brought her back for punishment

4. He wants to break her fighting spirit.

Now he may not even want to do this at first, he wants to kill that bitch! He doesn't care about her flawless hair or perfect melons, no! Not her ass or great legs! He would have done the nasty with your corpse afterwards.

"No buts! Go! Clean your room or some shit, you barely escaped Devientart last time. "

If your OC is the next proxy, let her fit the role. Don't let it just be killing Zalgo and saving the world. The Creepypasta's could give a heck about the world that turned on them. Make sure it makes sense.

Make sure your OC is not a Marysue.

She is still human, she has weakness's and can die.

Okay, one last piece of advice.

I know you want to make a good OC, but trust me, focus on the story first. Then you can draw all of the art you want, but make it realistic. Don't make it to where the victims can pick your OC out on the street. Keep hair color natural and not all OC's have to be emotional. I mean that does get kind of old.
