I got to hospital , parked then went inside the hospital. I went up to the lady behind the desk.

Lady: How may I help you?

Me: Uh my sister is in the hospital and somebody from the hospital contacted me saying to get down here.

Lady: Okay then , more than likely that wiould've been her doctor , so just wait in the waiting area and I'll have her doctor come out as soon as he's finished with his next patient. 

I nodded.

Me: Okay thank you.

Lady: No problem.

I took a seat and pulled out of phone and shot a text to Tiki.

Me: I'm back at the hospital. 

I got a reply about 3 minutes later.

Tiki: I'm kinda busy right now with my roomate , but just lemme know what happens.

Me: Aight coo.

And that's the reason why I don't want Tiki with Holly because I know Tiki would just fuck Holly and leave her heartbroken and that's the last thing I want. I mean I'm already responsible for this in the first place. If I didn't drag her to that party , she would've never been in this ugly stinking ass smelling like cleaning supplies ass hospital.

After waiting for what seems like forever , but was actually a hour , her doctor came out and he walked over to me.

Doctor: Well , when I called earlier , I said there are somethings that we need to talk about , so follow me and we'll head up towards her room and after that you can spend the night with her or whatever.

Me: Alright.

We began our walk to her room.

Doctor: Well , as you know , her cervix is broken , but what we didn't find out , was that her cervix was completely damaged. There's no way it can be repaired either naturally or by a doctor.

Me: So what are you saying?

Doctor: We're going to have to remove it. Now she won't be able to have kids unless a miracle happens. 

I sighed and ran a hand through my hair.

Me: What happens if she don't get it removed?

Doctor: It's a possibility that a infection will occur and she could die.

( AN : I'm not sure about this , I'm just going with what seems like a reasonable answer )

Me: Don't you need consent from a parent or guardian to perform the surgery?

Doctor: Yes we do , unless it's an emergency then we'd have to perform emergency surgery , which is perform the surgery now and contact the parents or guardians afterwards , but that isn't the case unless she gets an infection.

Me: But you see , we live 3 hours away with our mother , We're basically in another city.

Doctor: Well your mother is going to have to come up here to make the decision.

Me: Okay. I'll let her know.

By now we were at Holly's room. I was about to enter when the doctor stopped me.

Doctor: She's awake but don't let her move to much and don't hug her tightly.

I nodded.

Me: Okay.

He went to the right and I went in her room. It didn't look like she was awake. She was laying back with her eyes closed , but her head did shift to the right .

Me: Holly? 

I closed the door behind me as she weakly opened her eyes. Once she saw me she gave me a weak smile. I went over by the bed as tears streamed down my face.

Me: I'm so sorry.

I grabbed her good hand and squeezed it gently as I cried.

Holly smiled at me and caressed my face , as a reaction , I leaned into her hand as mine covered the back of her's.

Holly: It's okay.

She was so quiet I could barely hear her.

Me: No it isn't. This is all my fault. I shoudl've never dragged you to the party. You'll never be the same again.

Holly: Yes I will. I'll still be your annoying , cheery , bubbly big sister. It's okay.

Me: I love you so much Holly.

Holly: I love you more. 

I kissed her cheek.

Holly: So what have I missed?

Me: Not much. Tiki's been annoying everyone.

Holly smiled as soon as I said Tiki's name.

I looked down.

Me: Holls?

Holly: Yeah?

Me: Do you like Tiki?

Holly closed her eyes but a small smile stayed on her face.

Holly: Maybe. Well kinda. 

Me: Holly , I don't think Tiki's right for you.

Her eyes opened a bit and looked at me but closed as a tear slid down her face.

Holly: That's the thing , I know she isn't right for me. I know she'll only use me , but that still doesn't stop my heart from liking her. And it hurts to know that she'll never like me because she's not into good girls.

You know how they say sisters has a connection? I think I just felt my sisters heart break.

Me: Hey , look at me.

She didn't look at me so I repeated my self. She looked at me and I wiped her tear.

Me: Tiki doesn't deserve you and your not even together. You deserve someone like you , extraordinary , cheery , smart , not someone like Tiki. Yes we love her to death , but you two just wont make a good couple unless she changes. 

Holly: I just like her so much , Rose.

Holly was legitly the only one who called me Rose. Anybody else I woulda hit but not Holly cause she was the first one to call me Rose since we were young like 5 and 6 year olds.

Me: I know. If she wants to be with you as well , she'd change and she knows it.

Holly looked at me teary eyed.

Holly: Do you think she'd ever change for me?

I though back to the times where I spotted Tiki looking at Holly like she wanted her.

Me: Honestly , it's a possibility. I be seeing how she look at you at times , just don't get your hopes up. Okay?

Holly: Okay.

It went silent as she closed her eyes again.

Holly: Rose?

Me: Yeah?

Holly: I'm really happy your my sister. I love you.

I smiled and kissed her cheek.

Me: I'm happy your my sister too and I love you too. Get some rest. I'm not going anywhere.

Holly: Promise?

Me: Pinky.

We gently did a pinky promise and she closed her eyes. I felt hger squeeze my hand before I heard her light snores.
