Jungkook stormed into his room, startling the sleeping being in the other bed.

"The fuck is your problem mate?" Chanyeol growled, but he stopped glaring after seeing the red wet eyes of Jungkook, including his loud cries as he ran to the bathroom and locked himself inside. "Jungkook? Mate?" Chanyeol called as he knocked softly on the door. "Did something happen?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes and kicked the door to startle the male on the other side. "Leave me alone Chanyeol! I did when you were upset! Do the same or else – "

" – or else what, exactly?" Jungkook basically could hear his roommate's smirk as he said that.

"Just, please," he begged.

Just as it seemed as if the giant went silent was probably about to either leave or just go back to his bed, the entrance door had opened after some knocking.

"Did Jungkook come here?" the same deep voice Jungkook didn't want to hear asked.

"Uhm, yeah, he locked himself in the bathroom," Chanyeol, as stupid and useless as you could get and a waste of space, told the truth.

"Thanks," Taehyung muttered and knocked onto the door Jungkook was leaning against.

"Jungkookie?" he called softly. "Please come out."

"Go away hyung," Jungkook cried out loud.

"Please, just let me explain," he begged. He tried to open the door, but Jungkook had locked it to keep him out. "Jungkookie, please don't do this."

Chanyeol watched the scene from his bed, staring curiously at the new male who just entered their dorm room. "Who are you exactly?"

"I was Jungkook's former roommate and, well, we used to be boyfriends, but it's kind of complicated," he explained as he still tried to open the door. "Do you have a spare key or something?"

"If he wants you out, I'm kinda respecting that."

Taehyung gave him a frown. "You're not as he described you in the emails."

Chanyeol couldn't help but laugh. "I'm exactly as he described me, probably. But I was in a similar situation just the other day, so I owe him."

Taehyung nodded. "I guess. But I really want to talk to him. Nothing more, nothing less. He should hear me out instead of being the child he always is."

Chanyeol raised an eyebrow at him. "A child?" he asked.

"Never mind," Taehyung said, "just, please help me?"

"Sorry mate, I may be Jungkook's worst enemy, but even I can help a roommate out. That door is locked until he unlocks it."

Jungkook had listened to Taehyung and his roommate's conversation, and, for the first time, he felt grateful to Chanyeol. He actually respected how he wanted to handle the situation.

To be fully honest, even Jungkook wasn't sure if his reaction was overreacted or not. He just felt so pissed off and hurt with Taehyung. He just didn't want to see him, not until he had calmed down at least, or else he's afraid he'd start crying and let Taehyung comfort him; he shouldn't let that happen. He shouldn't let Taehyung touch him again. The question was if Jungkook was able to restrain himself from the elder.

After staring at himself in the mirror with his red eyes, he finally decided to check if Taehyung was still in the dorm as he hadn't heard him for quite some time, and therefore unlocked the door.

"Is he gone?" Jungkook asked his roommate as he scanned the room with his eyes with the door barely open.

Chanyeol glanced at him bored. "Yeah, left about fifteen minutes ago or so," he replied.

"Why didn't you tell me straight away when he left?" the elder frowned.

"Why should I?" he asked back. "I don't own you any favours."

He was right. He already had helped him out, so helping twice in one day would never happen, plus, Jungkook probably wouldn't have believed him anyway.

"Anyway, thanks," he mumbled as he walked into the room once he knew it was only the two of them. "For earlier."

Chanyeol rolled his eyes. "Yeah, whatever. Just try not to bring him here again."

Jungkook sighed as he dropped down on his own bed. "I didn't bring him here," he said, "he followed me. And this used to be his room as well, you know."

"It's my room now," the younger gowled.

"It's our room," Jungkook corrected. "Do you even try not to be a dickhead?"

"Why would I when I'd end up failing anyway?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes again, but remained silent. He was just lying there. His thoughts went back to Taehyung. He never wanted to see that prick again. But he knew he had to face him again some time.

Jungkook was a bad liar.

Jungkook had managed to avoid Taehyung all day, but when it was time to sleep, he kept on sending him text messages. Eventually, Jungkook called Jimin when Chanyeol had gone out.

"Hello? Jungkook, you okay?" he asked worriedly.

"Yes hyung, I'm fine," he said, though he was lying. He wasn't fine.

"Has something up then? You never call me in the evening," the elder commented.

"Well," he started, "Taehyung keeps texting me and asking me to talk with him."

Jimin hummed. "Yeah, he told me what happened. But, mate, you should probably talk with him though."

Jungkook nearly dropped his phone from his hand. "What?" he asked. "I already know what he'll say. He'll keep on apologising and saying he never meant to hurt me. And I believe him, so there's no reason fro me to see him again, because I know."

He heard Jimin sigh on the other line. "You're acting childish again, Jungkook," he told him, "you won't know what he'll say. Talk to him. It'll make it easier for both of you."

Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows. "Have I mentioned that I hate it when you're right?"

Jimin chuckled. "You have. I still don't know why you keep calling me voluntarily, but you always end up listening to me anyway."

Jungkook managed ta chuckle as well. "Good night hyung," he said and hung up after the elder said his good night's as well.

The male turned in his bed, feeling the empty bed on the other side of the room. Chanyeol was, of course, out again. But it was a good thing, because Jungkook cried again; viewing the room with Taehyung in his mind only reminded him of how they used to be. How Jungkook used to hate him and everything he did was wrong and stupid, until he finally put his heart out to the younger , and they ended up falling for each other.

Jungkook wanted to back to that. If he could build a time machine, he'd want to turn it back to when they were together - and happy. They were just happy together. Happy and complete. Well, until he left, of course. Then they weren't so happy at all. His time alone was purely based on how he was looking forward for Taehyung to come back to him. And now that was hewas back, it wasn't for Jungkook; he knew it was a selfish thought, but he truly wished Taehyung came back because he missed him so much he couldn't take it any longer and that he'd beg him fro them to get back together.

Jungkook wouldn't even let him beg - he wouldn't have to. He'd accept him with open arms immediately.

But he was closing them now. Taehyung could beg all he'd want. Jungkook was determined to keep strong and fall his head with lies that he'd manage himself just fine without the elder, and so he finally texted him back.

'Okay, let's meet tomorrow. The café, twelve o'clock in the morning.'

He finally closed his eyes and let himself fall asleep.

When Jungkook woke up that next morning, his head was a mess. Literally and mentally: his hair was standing all over the place, only a shower would fix it. Mentally, though, he couldn't stop thinking about what could happen when he'll meet Taehyung later. In his scenario, all have a bad wending with either one of them storming out, despising the other and never wanting to see them again. A lot of times those were Jungkook, but some of them were the opposite as well. Whatever Taehyung wanted to say to him, it'll most likely be something that'll make Jungkook sad, mad or disappointed, and him storming out feeling either of those three emotions were standing high.
