You haven't been quite the same since the Alzheimer's diagnosis, and I don't blame you. It's hard. I can tell you're hurting.

But let me tell you this, you are loved.

I know, I know that doesn't fix it. Especially coming from me, because I'll be gone soon.

But I'm not the only one who loves you, you know? I think you tend to forget that.

Not everything will be lost when I'm gone. You're surrounded by people who love you. Your family, my family, the boys...
