Hey ! I replied.

I stretched, climbing out of bed and headed to the living room. I plopped down on the couch, turned on the TV, and began watching Orange is the new Black.

After an episode, Emily sluggishly emerged into the living room.

"Hey!" I waved as she plopped down next to me.

She just groaned in response. She wasn't a morning person.

"Good morning to you too." I giggled.

"Good morning." She laughed.

"What shall we do today?" I asked with a stupid accent.

"We have online class today, don't forget. Hm... We should go to the mall!" She screeched.

"I know we have class." I sighed. "Mall sounds good too." I said as my phones text tone went off.

"Ooo who's that?" Emily said waving her eyebrows.

"Ethan." I laughed.

"Ooo get it!" She laughed. "What'd he say?"

"Hey asked if we're busy today." I replied.

"Ask if they want to go to the mall with us!" She exclaimed.

"Okay." I said texting back quickly. "Have you talked to Grayson other than yesterday?" I asked.

"Yeah. We may or may not have texted until like 3 A.M." She laughed.

"Oh my God." I laughed.

"What? He's really cute!" She giggled and blushed.

"Someone's got a crush!" I cheered.

"Oh sh. It's not like you don't like Ethan." She said.

"I don't like Ethan, you know who I like." I bumped her with my elbow.

"I know, but I think Ethan's better." She said smiling.

"I've known, you know who, longer though." I said.

"I know, but he's broken you so many times." She sounded worried.

"I know. I don't know why, but I still really like hi-" I was cut off by my phone.

Sounds good. What time? Ethan replied.

"What time are we heading to the mall?" I asked, changing the subject completely.

"2:30?" She suggested.

"Sounds good to me." I said typing the time into my phone.

"Ethan again?" She smiled.

"I have to go to class." I said taking a muffin from our dinner table and heading to my room.

"I love you, Y/N." She giggled.

"I love you too." I laughed.

Emily's POV

Grayson. He was perfect. I can't believe it. His smile was beautiful. Everything about him was beautiful. How on earth did I meet him?

I can't believe we talked until almost 4 A.M. We learned so much about each other. I watched a bunch of his YouTube video, and by some I mean all of them. He and Ethan were so funny, I'm surprised I didn't wake up Y/N from all of my laughing.

He makes butterflies infest my stomach, my heart jump out of my chest, and my cheeks to glow a bright red.

My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of my phone going off.

Good morning! Mall today?

It was Grayson.

G'morning! Yup! I replied.

Great! See you later❤️ He relied, making my heart race.

See ya later :) I replied, trying to play it off cool.

I ran into my room and began jumping up and down on my bed. I began blasting music, and then remembered I had class today.

"Crap!" I mumbled under my breath.

I left the music, but turned it down. I pulled my laptop up and began class.

"You ready, Em?" Y/N called from the living room.

"Yup! One sec." I replied, putting my last earring in.

I headed out of my room, and headed to the living room. Our living room and kitchen were connected. I saw Y/N with her earbuds, blasting her emo music in her ears. I snuck up behind her and tasered her.

"HOLY FUCKING CRAP!" She exclaimed.

"You jumped so high." I began laughing so hard I was crying.

"Well, no shit! Holy crap." She said holding her heart.

"I'm sorry." I said wiping my eyes.

"No you're not." She laughed.

"I know." I laughed.

"Let's go, you little shit." She laughed.

"Let's go!" I said, still laughing.

We headed out into he hall and bumped into two familiar faces.

"Hey." I waved.

"Well that was convenient. Hi!" Ethan laughed.

"Let's go?" Y/N said.

"Let's!" We all said in unison.
