*Ajay Mehra Pov*

"Ajay!" She called when I am reading some file regarding the meeting we will have tomorrow.

"Hmm." I said not looking at her.

"Ajay!" She called again.

"What is it, Jiya?" I asked her staring at the file and leaned back to get comfortable on the couch.

"Look at me." She replied.

"Tell me what is it?" I asked her looking at an important point.

"Fine! You will sleep today on that couch." She replied and then I heard the door locking.

I looked to see her nowhere, and then I saw the door of our room is locked. I sighed and continued to study the file.

"You are so busy." I heard her voice very near after a few minutes, and I got startled.

I glanced up to see her sitting beside me. I patted my back and said, "This is really important meeting Jiya and you know it."

"Fine!" She said and switched on the television.

"What is it?" I asked her putting the file away.

"Nothing!" She replied, staring at the television.

I accelerate the process and then closed the file. I turned and made her turn towards me. I held her hand and asked, "What is it?"

"Happy birthday." She replied, smiling and then I glanced at the watch to see it is already 12.

"You remember?" I asked her shocked.

"Yes! And by the way, everyone knows that today is your birthday." She replied and left the room.

Nevertheless, then returned with a small cake in her hand. I grinned, looking at it and cut it with her singing a song.

"What is your wish birthday boy?" She asked, taking away the cake.

"I want to spend the whole day with you, but I know that I have this important meeting." I replied sighing.

"There is no meeting." She said looking everywhere except in my eyes.

"What?" I asked her shocked.

"Well, you shouldn't work like that on your birthday, so postponed it." She replied and bit her lip.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked her frowning.

"I thought you would be distracted, and then I can plan something. Please don't be mad." She replied, getting up and started walking away, but I stopped holding her hand.

"I am not mad." I said, pulling her on me.

"Thank god!" She mumbled sighing.

"So where are we going tomorrow?" I asked brushing her hair.

"To your house." She replied, looking up at me.

"Your parents want to spend the time with you, so I told them that you would be there." She added.

"You will also be there right?" I asked her frowning.

"No! It is your family time, and I don't want to be some disturbance." She replied laying her head on my chest.

"You are my wife." I said, holding her tightly.

"And we are not sure of the relation." She said shaking her head.

"I am sure and only you are not certain. It's ok I will go there alone." I said and closed my eyes.

"Ok!" She mumbled, and we both got up to sleep on the bed.

"Bye, Ajay! I am going to the office and please don't forget to go to your home." She said in the morning leaving the house earlier than every day.

I got ready and reached my parents place. I knocked on the door, but the door was already opened.

I frowned and cleared my throat and saw that everything is dark except the way where I opened the door.

"Mom! Dad!" I called and then suddenly the lights were switched on and everyone jumped up saying, "Happy birthday"

I got shocked and then saw them covering the windows with some clothes, and then I saw Jiya is also with them.

"What is this?" I asked her smiling and walked near her ignoring the employees.

"Your Mom wanted to give you a surprise, Sir." She replied and gestured to everyone around us.

"But in the morning?" I asked them frowning.

"Madam said you born in the morning time, so she wanted to have the party in the morning." Lily replied.

"Dance Sir?" She asked and I nodded, taking her hand after I saw that Jiya is talking with some guests.

"Where is your wife, Sir?" She asked looking around.

"She is here somewhere. Many people don't know that I am married so she is hiding." I replied, and she chuckled.

"By the way my boyfriend is here." She said and gestured to a guy.

I nodded at him, and we continued to dance. She is a really sweet girl and likes her boyfriend so much.

"Thanks for the dance." She said and walked towards her boyfriend.

I tried to search for Jiya but saw her dancing with Raj. What is he doing here? This is only for Ahmadabad staff right?

She is speaking to him, and he is laughing, but she is staring at him blankly. Please don't tell me she likes him already.

After her dance, she hugged him tightly and walked away towards the food without giving me any glance.

"So she seems like completely the girl I met all those years back. What have you done in just four months?" Dad asked walking towards me.

"I didn't do anything. She is just a strong girl." I replied shrugging.

"What are you going to do after two months?" He asked passing me the soft drink.

"She is the one who has to do everything. I will do whatever she asks me to do and sign wherever she wants me." I replied holding the glass tightly.

"Your Mom is still thinking you both will become a pair." Dad said, and I nodded.

"Ajay! What have you done?" I heard Mom's accusing whisper and saw her walking towards me frowning.

"What have I done now?" I asked her frowning.

"Why did you dance with someone else? Do you know Jiya actually searched for you to dance?" She asked, and I looked at her shocked.

"What?" I asked her not believing her.

"Yes! She even asked me about you, but then we saw you in all the dancing couples dancing with that girl. Then some boy came and pulled her away to dance." She replied shaking her head.

"Relax Mom! She doesn't feel jealous at all." I said understanding what Mom is trying to say.

"Did she say that? But do you know we don't even know when the feeling starts. So she may be feeling it and don't even know about it." She said shrugging.

"I agree with her. In the beginning, we don't know and someone will deal with the feeling backing away completely thinking there is something wrong with them." Dad said agreeing with her.

"Wait!" I said rushing towards Jiya who is stuffing some veg rolls in her mouth.

I pulled the tissue paper and then pulled her towards me with the other hand making her eyes go wide.

However, she couldn't say anything as her mouth is stuffed. I danced with her holding her close, and she continued chewing the stuff still looking at me with a frown.

After she ate, I passed her the tissue, and she thanked nodding her head. She was about to leave, but I pulled her even closer and danced with her more.

"What are you talking to Raj?" I asked her.

"Nothing special." she replied shrugging.

"Tell me." I said, holding her hand tightly.

"Did I ever ask what you are talking with anyone?" She asked making me step back, and she walked away.

"Is she troubling you?" I heard Lily's voice making me frown.

"What?" I asked her confused.

"Don't worry! I will deal with her." She said walking away.

What is happening here? I thought and saw Jiya walking towards Raj, and they are talking in hushed whispers.

But they both suddenly walked towards the corner. I started walking towards them and heard her faintly saying, "We can fall for another person. First love need not to be the last love. Some great guy told me that."

And the award for great guy goes for me. I just face palmed myself, but still continued to walk towards them seeing them hugging tightly and then that Raj planted a kiss on her cheek.

By the time, I reached near them Raj turned towards me and got shocked in the beginning, but then grinned saying, "You are really marvelous. You changed my best friend so much."

"Bye, senorita. I am leaving for Mumbai." He said smiling.

"Call me when you reach." She said and he nodded, smiling at both of us.

"What happened?" I asked her frowning.

"Nothing!" She replied walking away.

"Jiya!" I said pulling her into my arms.

"Trust me, it is nothing you need to be concerned about. And by the way, you need to meet the other guests." She said, pulling me from the corner and made me meet all the guests.

When everyone left in the evening, Mom started saying she misses me so much and all. I sighed and said "We are leaving, Mom."

"I know! But I really miss you." Mom said smiling.

"Ajay! Why don't you stay here for today? They will feel really good." Jiya said.

"What?" I asked her.

"Yeah!" She replied and informed the news to my parents, and then she started leaving.

However, I pulled her hand and walked inside my room. Pushing her on the bed I walked downstairs and said "We will stay here this weekend Mom."

She is so delighted and immediately agreed for me to sleep for now. I walked back inside the room and closed the door.

"What... what are you doing?" She asked me stuttering.

"What do you think?" I asked, leaning on her lightly.

"Ajay!" She said warningly and fell on her, but didn't put any weight on her.

"There are just two months Jiya, and I don't want to miss any day the sleep with you beside me." I said and closed my eyes.

"Sorry! I really thought you all would be happy with the suggestion." She said brushing my hair.

"No! I am angry, so now sleep." I said, and she chuckled.

"So what are you talking with, Raj?" I asked after a few minutes.

"Some personal matter, Ajay. He asked me to keep it in secret so don't ask me again." She replied.

"Ok!" I mumbled.

After a few minutes I calmly asked, "Were you jealous that I danced with Lily? But she already has a boyfriend so you need not to feel jealous. I mean I am not saying that you are feeling, but you know. Why are you not saying anything?"

I glanced up to see her already asleep. I sighed and drifted off into sleep myself.

two months more and the story is on fast track mode so need your views more because i dont know what am i doing right now...
